I went to Ling Ling's Massage for a deep tissue massage after a long and hard day at work. Mei the massage therapist was excellent, she new exactly how to apply the right pressure and what areas were sore. Great job Mei. Thank you so much. The price is very reasonable, the place is clean and welcoming. The only drawback is that someone in the front desk had the phone or radio a little bit too loud. But in general it was a great experience. Nando read more

My massage was amazing! The man that did the service was very respectful and professional at all times. I was very relaxed. The lady in the front was also so welcoming and nice! Would def come back. Price was also great! I paid $50 for one hour and they definitely did it for the whole hour. read more

I have been coming here for years. It's a great massage and the girls are nice and the place is clean. On my last visit I hurt my back at work and was due for my weekly massage. I cancelled and told them why. They told me to come in. Ling Ling herself wanted to try acupuncture.....NOT. Well, she talked me into trying it. Not going to lie it was uncomfortable at first but after the session I was pain free.....No Shit read more

My husband and I came in for a $50 one-hour massage, and it was honestly the worst experience we've ever had. We left feeling absolutely terrible. My massage was "meh" at best. The therapist basically just did the same motion on my back for the entire hour. She didn't even touch my hands or feet, which is pretty standard for a full-body massage. It felt like she was just going through the motions with zero effort. But what happened to my husband was truly atrocious. His therapist was incredibly rude and straight-up body-shamed him the entire time. She called him "fat," made comments about him sweating, and then told him his muscles felt "double his age." Nobody should ever be made to feel that self-conscious or insulted during a massage. It was so disrespectful. To top it all off, we still tipped $10 each--which is 20%--even though the service was subpar and insulting. As we were leaving, they actually followed us out and yelled, "You cost us money, we lost money on you! You don't come back ever!" My husband told them we definitely wouldn't be back after a mediocre massage and being called fat. If you want a relaxing experience where you're treated with basic human decency, stay away from this place. They are judgmental, unprofessional, and then have the nerve to harass you for more money on the way out. read more

Worse experience ever.Don't Go. Im sorry but omg the massage was so painful it felt like they didn't know what they were doing. The staff came in playing their music from the phone in their language it was not at all relaxing or peaceful. The pillow you put your face is smelled so bad . The paper towel they use over it does no justice. I walked out of there beyond sore and woke up even worse, feels like I thrown off a train. I will not be going back. And its true what they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. read more

I pulled something in my neck and haven't been able to turn my head to the right without wanting to cry from the pain. I was looking for a certified masseuse on Yelp and Yahoo maps, when I found "Ling Ling Massage." I called ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived I told the owner that this wasn't a regular massage that I needed to fix the pain in my neck. She said she would personally give the massage and that she would be able to fix it. The room had nice ambiance with clean linen that smelled fresh. With calming light music in the background. Got an hour massage. You know it's a good massage when you fall asleep during it. She worked my neck and paid attention to find every knot in my back. She did some light stretching during the massage and kept the sheet draped correctly at all times. She was very professional and attentive. I noticed that she wasn't watching the clock but trying her best to give a superb massage. When it was over my neck was still a little tender. She smiled and said, let's try acupuncture and cupping. Something I have never tried before. OMG, what an amazing experience. Literally removed the pain afterwards. She instructed me to go home and take a hot shower for at least 10 to 15 minutes. By the time I got out of the shower I could move my neck to the right with no pain. Ling Ling is a amazing masseuse!!! Highly recommend this place. As far as tipping is concerned. Once you find someone that knows what they are doing. I recommend tipping 100% for what ever the going price is for the massage. I promise you that not only will they appreciate it, but they will remember you. Everytime you come back they will spend that extra minute to find every ack and pain you have and when it's over you'll feel like a million bucks. Two thumbs up for "Ling Ling Massage!" read more

If I could give this place no stars I would, I went for Mother's Day and literally the worst experience of my life. It was hotter than hell in there, no air conditioning, fans couldn't even help. I wanted and hour and a half massage but left 25 minutes into the massage because it was so horribly hot, not to mention the older man "massaging" me was literally rubbing as if I was a fragile child, no pressure and no satisfaction. Also when he started rubbing my bottom his hands were completely groping my butt cheeks to the point where his fingers were in between my butt crack. I finally told him no more and said to check me out. He charged me $40 for 25 minutes, I will never EVER come here again. Terrible service and terrible environment. read more

It's a small run establishment, so if you are looking for something where the prices is right and the job gets done (a deep tissue massage) - this is your place. If you want something a little more upscaled or boujee, I suggest you find somewhere with a higher price point better suited to what you need. They moved establishments from the mall and into their own building store over here on Bear valley, I'm sure they are struggling like many small businesses. But, I came in with a pretty open mind with my grandmother. $60 for both of us for 30mins and I couldn't complain. Felt great. My grandma often complains of neck pain, after our visit she said she felt great Don't be afraid to communicate either, if the masseuse is too rough or you want a particular spot focused on. Just ask, they're very kind people who are doing the best they can as small business owners in a rough economy. Personally, the place isn't so bad. read more

worst experience ever! I have been going for 5 years now and every time I went it was new ladies less experienced then the girls prior. Then they have the perverted guy that just wants to massage the butt area. I went tonight and of course only the guy was only available. I was in my underwear and he left the door wide open. I had to ask him to stop massaging my bottom and focus on my back. then his hands were extremely ruff he was rubbing where I still feel like I got a rug burn from his ruff hands and focus on the same area. I felt like I went to get rubbed and not massaged. we left and they let other ppl in without changing the sheets. then I heard the man next door ask for happy hour and the lady said 40 extra. ugh read more

This would be my first visit here, and my last. I was in desperate need of a massage, on arrival it smelled like whatever they cooked in their microwave. There was no ac, and no fan, causing the building to have very little air circulation. I felt embarrassed to leave right away so i thought id give it a chance. They walked me to one of the massage rooms and i immediately noticed the unsanitary sheets on the bed. Seeing this, i refused to lay down out of disgust. I said nothing, and simply walked out. I'm not sure how this place is still in service considering the dirty beds, no air flow, and I doubt that any of the 'masseuse' actually have licenses. I wish i had four thumbs to give this place four thumbs down. Yuck! read more

Im very upset , I walked in for a 30 minute massage I'm not happy with how it went . The massage therapist walks in doesn't say a word to me as I'm laying there waiting with my top off face down . I asked for 30min massage at$30 I was charged 60. The place is musty, no fans, no AC. The sheets on the tables smell bad. The owner acts as if she doesn't speak English. And after I saw what it was, I said please don't use that on me, the owner said it's a Gua sha, I said NO that is a lid for a jar and it hurts. I just walked out. Ever again will I return. Do not go to this place its very unsanitary. Saw with my own eyes that they do not change sheets after each client. Too late we could not walk away... The evironment is not relaxing at all, you can hear the sounds of what the receptionist is listening, including the voice of the receptionist talking to prospective clients. Most importantly they are ripping you off the tip. Told them to charge us $20 for a $90 service and yet they charged us $40. We already gave them 22% of service and yet they blindly charge you more without even asking to sign the merchant receipt copy.(make sure to ask for rcpt on this place). If you can only put zero star that is how this place shold be rated. You will end up with a sore and itchy body (dirty linnens) after massage. read more

Have been here a few times. I tried several people giving a massage. Ling Ling herself was my most recent masseuse. She is too cheap to hire a receptionist so she left the room a few times to handle customers. She massages like she has another appointment to get to. She acts like she doesn't speak English when it's convenient. Twice she ignored direct questions from customers (what time a certain employee was working and how much longer before a certain employee was finished with another client). She plays music on a phone but yells with the door closed to other employees. Not relaxing. The biggest turn off was when we paid and she asked for a tip. A tip was given and she said it wasn't 20%. Then she said she couldn't give a receipt because she closed it out. Pushy and unprofessional. She just lost our business. read more

I have been to this place three times prior my last experience. I went and got a massage with my friend. Was put in a separate room. It started as a good back massage. Then I was told to turn over to massage the chest. It was going well. Until the masseuse pulled my underwear completely down and started pouring oil on my private area, then began to stroke me. When I told her to stop she continued until I pushed her hand off me. I told her no, and she said "oh no?" And I said no. The massage ended five minutes after that. So I would definitely not recommend this place. After calling the front desk to let them know what happened, they seemed to not remember me coming in for a massage. I felt very violated. As someone who had this happened to him when he was 8 years old as a 30 year old now it something that took me back to that age. read more

I am giving 2 stars because i went in mainly for my upper back which wasn't bad and i needed a deep tissue on my shoulder blades. It wasn't until Michael "massaged" my lower back and buttocks. He literally dug his elbow into my ass crack and into my cheeks so hard i have bruises now. I made uncomfortable noises and swung my legs up to let him know i wasn't liking it. He backed off a bit... but then he came back!!! I thought that maybe I'm just a weenie and have a low tolerance but then realized that my massage bed was the only one making noise... Everything about their technique is rough and careless. They bend and stretch you in ways without regard to any injuries or capabilities. The bruises on my ass are literally keeping me from sleeping on my back. read more

The owner ling ling has always been kind as well as attentive. The service I received today was from one of the new employees. I rarely have a bad complaint when it comes to rating businesses, but what I do do is give a fair review. upon walking into this massage parlor. I just want to start by saying that I was greeted by the staff in saying welcome young man. How can we help you, my mother had given me a $50 gift certificate for a one hour massage. The care and quality that I received was amazing when it came to my masseuse her name was Anne Lee and she was very experienced and knew exactly where to find the problem and locate my inner tissue problems. She took care of me very well, and let me start by saying if I went in there with the intention to pay for my massage, I would have brought a tip for her. However, I was given a gift certificate, and on the way out an older lady asked me if I liked my massage and I said yes And I said her name is Anne Lee, correct? And she said yes please leave her a tip and I said I didn't really bring money. I just brought my gift certificate and the experience totally shifted from pleasing and relaxing to pressuring and misleading. She automatically assumed that I was going to tip Big and asked if I wanted another hour and I said no I am sorry I only had that $50 gift certificate and she said well tip $10 I said I can give five dollars because that's all I have in my pocket at the time and she said no that's not a good tip. Give $10 or $20 come on you have it and I said no I don't. I am sorry next time I will make sure that I have money to tip because that mass was given to me by my mother is a gift I wasn't aware I had to pay anything, maybe that is just general courtesy and I do apologize that I did not have the other five dollars to give because it was a really good massage but I just feel like that lady at the end in the lobby was very unprofessional, and her whole attitude changed with me. When I said I could not tip. She went from really nice to very sour and I will only return if the lady that massaged me that day happens to be there other than that I would not recommend this place just off the simple fact that the lady is hitting you for money on the way out I was going to refer many people to this establishment until I got that service on the way out. I'm gonna go ahead and give 3 1/2 stars for Miss Ann Lee, because she was the best thing there, and her attitude was amazing. Other than that miss and Lee needs to find a new spot to do business. If this is not her own business, I think Miss Ann Lee would be very successful she opened up her own shop, they need to get rid of that woman in the front. She's kind of short black short hair, very wrinkly and mean looking you will be able to identify her very quickly as nobody else in that whole establishment look like her, so just avoid the troll under the bridge or you will have to pay toll, also that same troll was the one rushing my masseuse to hurry up because somebody had just walked in and I didn't even get my full hour. I had a 39 minute massage and my mom paid for a full hour our am I masseuse, apologizing said she would have to get my front side next time and I was like huh? Oh yeah, just so you know I do start my timer on my phone and I recommend you all do the same because they do not give you what you pay for other than that thank you and you are amazing though Mrs. Ann Lee I know that it wasn't your fault read more

My husband and I got a couple's massage around 6pm. This was my first ever massage and I'm not sure what the ladies name was but I came out more tense then when I went in. She was pulling my hair, at one point she dug her elbow into my spin. She was hitting me and for most of the massage all I heard her do was sigh. I felt like She was letting out all her anger on me. Next day I ended up with shoulder and back pain. Would never come here again. read more

Once upon a time this place was a good massage parlour, and then they moved out of the mall and they don't have time for their customers anymore. I got turned away on 2 different occasions recently because they were too busy, but they took me in yesterday and asked me if a male masuesse is OK. I'm in more pain now than I was when I went in. I have visible bruises on my back, legs, neck, and now both of my feet hurt instead of just one. I told the massuesse he was rubbing too hard, and he said OK sorry but then didn't stop. I think I'll take my chances at the other questionable massage parlors in the high desert. read more

If you want a relaxing massage this is definitely not the place. I went here a couple days ago at around 5pm in the afternoon to get a 1hr full body massage. I was placed in a room where I was told to get undressed and get under a sheet. For one this sheet barely covered anything it was so small. The man comes in and I tell him I want a soft massage nothing too rough. He proceeded to give me one of the laziest massages I've ever had. He even sat on the massage table at times and rubbed one spot in a circular motion for like 10 minutes at a time. The atmosphere was extremely loud! Kids running around crying, staff conversing with each other loudly, no relaxing music to try to mask the noise. Fast forward about 30 minutes in my "masseuse" disappeared and left the door wide open! I'm half naked with the sheet only covering my butt and I can hear people walking past the room, so uncomfortable! At that point I was ready for the massage to end. When I got to checkout the lady made comments about my weight asking if I ate and why I was so skinny. She told me I needed to eat more which I found extremely rude. Terrible experience, will not be returning. read more

Dirty and loud. This place is not designed for massages over 15-minutes. Never had a massage and my wife wanted to go for an hour long couples massage. We made an appointment at Ling Ling Massage the day before. We walk in, mention the appointment and a lady, seemingly in-charge, says to the five idle employees, "I'll take one; who'll take the other?" No one responded, so she continued, "come on guys! Someone's gotta do the other one!" After a couple of beats another employee volunteered. We wait in the main area while they prepare the room, as we must've surprised them by keeping our reservation. One of the employees comes back and tells us that the room is ready. We are ushered back to a storage/workspace area where a frame and shambolic curtains have been haphazardly hanged. Despite the excessive darkness to hide the conditions, I turned on the flashlight and saw inside this emergency room bay, were the two dilapidated massage tables lay. The fabric which covered the tables was old, revealed the foam cushion in places and was stained. The paper towel that had been split in two to line the `face hole' in the table didn't do its job in hiding the fact that this area, too, seemed unfinished with exposed foam. My wife was in desperate need of a massage, so we soldiered on. The massage began with the employee sitting on a footstool at my head and working my neck and shoulders. It wasn't long before waves of an extremely foul and pungent aroma began to sporadically find me. It smelled like a putrid cut of beef that had been rubbed with rotting fish. However, it went away when the employee stood to my side to work my back. The music they turned on 10-minutes into the massage still couldn't drown out the sound of the TV mounted on the wall in the adjoining business. At least, I was able hear the World Cup highlights. I'm asked to roll onto my back and the employee sits at my head and begins to work my neck and shoulders again. And, again, the smell returns. The massage table would rhythmically creek while the masseuse worked certain parts of my body. The overall dirty look, the aimless backroom set-up, the anticipation of being hit in the face with that smell made it impossible to relax. They finished 8-minutes early, we get dressed and leave the "room." We enter the main room and I see one employee, kneeling next to a massage table while resting his head on the cot with his eyes closed. Obviously, there is only one employee there that wants to earn their pay. We were charged $40/ea. and we were outta there NEVER to return. I feel $25/ea. would be a fair price for the quality of product and overall experience. We will be gladly paying more for our next massages elsewhere. read more
