Owner was very rude. Went 5 or 6 times and almost every time he was rude. The last time I wanted a different color on my fingers than on my toes. He came unglued. I asked him did he not want to do my nails since he always got upset with me. He said he did but I put pressure on him to do a good job. I ended up having another person do them who was very sweet. I will not be going back. They are great for pedicure though. read more

I really want to love this place. And I'll still go from time to time. The last 3-4 times, the gel life and quality just really sucked. Not sure if anyone else has had that problem but I swear it's lifting / chipping within days. This last time I tried dipping powder for th first time and it took not even 24 hours to bubble and chip. I wanted to go back to have them fix it that same day but this has happened a number of times now. With gel polish and this dipping powder. I don't think them doing it again would've done anything. I really wonder if their polishes are old or what. Plus anytime you go back to a Salon for a complaint, you generally get treated like crap or accused that it's something you did which is why your nails are chipping. I've been here twice and I'm still up in the air about it. The first time my friend and I went, she had a guy and I had a gal. He was great gave her a really wonderful foot massage and hand massage with her manicure and pedicure And mine didn't. There is just no effort in it at all and we ladies know that we do enjoy that foot massage when we get a pedicure as well as that hand massage. This is my gel manicure after one week. It cost me $70. My thumb polish started chipping after two days. I have never seen gel this terrible. It looks grown out, sloppy, everything is either peeling or chipping, I would not recommend going here read more

I walked in on a Sunday for a pedicure. Brought my own nail polish. Gentleman who did my service was tall with short salt & pepper hair. A year ago a podiatrist cut out an ingrown nail from my left big toe. It is growing out. The tech decided to cut into it more. I told him I already had surgery on it and to let it grow out but he acted like he didn't hear me. And I wasn't quiet about it either. He also flooded my cuticle when he painted my nails. He went back with a clean up brush but it left the polish lumpy. The lighting is also way too bright here; it actually caused me to get a migraine in the middle of my service. Otherwise I would have said something but I just wanted to get out of there. The next weekend I went to my regular place to fix this mess (which is closed on Sundays). I went here hoping to find a place open on Sundays. Never again. read more

Not going back ! The staff was rude and we actually watched two different arguments we couldn't understand. One girl left during her session cause they cut her , she was bleeding and two workers started arguing about it . Then while my husband and I were getting our toes done the wax spilled over and we watched two different employees argue . I've been here in the past and the pedicure was good. I went back today with a friend. She got cut and the lady who did my pedicure kept digging at the sides of my toes even though I don't have ingrown nails. I've been up all night with my toe throbbing from the pain. Decided to try this salon since it was so much closer to my home. First visit was for a fill & polish for a wedding I was attending. Owner was very nice & greeted me with a smile. Tech was 20 minutes late and the owner kept apologizing. The tech finally showed but seemed frazzled. Service was acceptable and I left. Husband had a pedicure & was satisfied but said it wasn't as good as our regular salon....plus a lot more expensive. Returned 3 weeks later to give them another try. This time, a new tech seemed uninterested in engaging, mediocre service...I wasn't impressed. Husband had another pedicure with the same feeling. Both times, our combined services were a total of $20 more than our usual salon 8 miles away. We will go back to our old salon where I've been a customer for over 15 years. However I Wish my $55 Mothersday pedi would have been more complete...I have all the same dry skin on my feet that I entered your salon with...I understand its a holiday weekend but if a client pays for the deluxe pedi atleast do a proper callus removal & exfoliation of dry skin....I recieved a $20 pedicure as it appears after the fact. Family friend recommended this location when I was looking for a place to get my nails done while I was visiting family (I am from out of town). This nail salon is so nice inside! 100% nicer than my local salon and staff 100x nicer too! I called for a same day appointment for a full set and was accommodated shortly after 6pm. Eric did my nails and he was so nice and stayed late without grumbling or complaining when he could have ignored me the whole time or rushed through the process. He treated me like I was his first customer of the day and I really appreciated that so much. He took his time, making sure to shape my nails nicely and painted perfectly. Sometimes with acrylic it can get lumpy or uneven but my nails are so smooth! He is amazing and I highly recommend Eric. If I lived in the area, I'd make this my new regular spot but alas I will only be able to visit every once in a while.
