It takes about 2 hours for the appointment, but the bed was very comfortable and there was a warm blanket to snuggle up with. I was able to go to sleep while she did my lashes. I've gotten my lashes done at other places before and never had any issues I know the proper care and the precautions I need to take in order for my lashes to last. However this was a last minute appointment because I had a flight to catch later that night. I wanted to get a hybrid set for my vacation and I knew the appointment would be around 2 hours. When my set was finished I noticed the time and it took almost 3 hours for a set that didn't look hybrid at all. It looked more like a classic set. I didn't have time to sit there more hours and have her fix it so I paid and left. Hours later I got to my vacation destination and combed out my lashes only to see they were flaky and falling out in chunks. I was beyond livid when I noticed my lashes falling off when it hadn't even been 24 hours since getting them done. I messaged Liz and heard no response yet and I requested my money back. This is so unacceptable and I'm very disappointed with the service considering the high class salon this is. This ruined my vacation and I will not be returning. I hope I hear back from Liz soon and get my refund.

My left eyelid got very swollen and red so I called Liz/Owner to let her know what I was experiencing. She told me to just brush them and was basically blowing me off. I called my original lash tech and she indicated that the lashes that Liz put on me were bunches up too much and plugged up my lash follicles. Worst experience I've ever had and Liz was very unprofessional! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I feel Liz is very young and has a long journey ahead of her.

These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.

Since the shop was closing as I was finishing my nails, she even stayed late for me even though I offered to come back to finish my brows another day. In addition, I noticed they even call their returning costumers by name, something I've never seen done in a nail shop. Strong massage, careful detail, and she even cut my ingrown nails. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I got the Super Deluxe Pedicure for $60, and it was absolutely worth it. It included: cut, file, cuticle care, callus removal, sugar scrub, refresh with real orange slices, cooling mask, hot stone, paraffin wax, a 10-minute massage, lotion, and a hot towel. Incredible! The whole staff was friendly, the salon was clean and welcoming, and they even took me right away on a Saturday--which is almost unheard of. Highly recommend!

Instead, she cut my natural nails extremely short, then immediately pulled out the acrylics. I spent a long time growing my nails out. I told her several different times that I wasn't there for acrylics. It was pretty obvious by the length of my nails that I wanted to keep my natural nails. I honestly think she did it on purpose, hoping I'd change my mind after she'd already cut them off and let her do a $60+ acrylic service instead. I can't prove it, but that was definitely the vibe I got since she just kept trying to push acrylics. I should have just been patient and gone to my nail lady in Orange County. Instead, I left with extremely short nails because she couldn't just listen. On top of that, I was told the wait for a walk-in would be 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting, but just be transparent about the wait time so customers know what to expect. Regardless of her pushing acrylics and basically ruining my natural nails, I still got the exact service I originally asked for. So no, she didn't get the $60+ acrylic service, and she didn't get a tip either. Listen to the customer instead of just doing what you want. If someone says they want to keep their natural nails, respect that. Customers are coming to you for a service they requested, not for you to decide what you think they should get. I'll never come here again.
