However this was a last minute appointment because I had a flight to catch later that night. I wanted to get a hybrid set for my vacation and I knew the appointment would be around 2 hours. When my set was finished I noticed the time and it took almost 3 hours for a set that didn't look hybrid at all. It looked more like a classic set. I didn't have time to sit there more hours and have her fix it so I paid and left. Hours later I got to my vacation destination and combed out my lashes only to see they were flaky and falling out in chunks. I was beyond livid when I noticed my lashes falling off when it hadn't even been 24 hours since getting them done. I messaged Liz and heard no response yet and I requested my money back. This is so unacceptable and I'm very disappointed with the service considering the high class salon this is. This ruined my vacation and I will not be returning. I hope I hear back from Liz soon and get my refund.

My left eyelid got very swollen and red so I called Liz/Owner to let her know what I was experiencing. She told me to just brush them and was basically blowing me off. I called my original lash tech and she indicated that the lashes that Liz put on me were bunches up too much and plugged up my lash follicles. Worst experience I've ever had and Liz was very unprofessional! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I feel Liz is very young and has a long journey ahead of her.

I took time off work to get to the appointment on time, drove OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to get to her, waited in the lobby where she approached me and said she had no appointments for the rest of the day. My heart dropped, I showed her our messages from the day prior and as she scrolled through them she muttered "oh i forgot..". She said that she could not take me that day because she had booked a class for that time slot. It was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate and upsetting. She said she'd be accommodating but didn't offer times and when I asked about my next available day she seemed hesitant to take me. She later went on to post on her instagram that it was clients duty to assure that their appointments were set and that she would send verification texts, the whole situation just was very unprofessional. I have nothing against her work, just wish it went differently. She later offered a 30$ discount but I am still hesitant to take the offer. Also I am very forgiving and understanding of human error, I know times are busy right now but there was just no way for me to know if I wasn't booked considering all she had asked of me was my information. I never knew she sent verification texts and she was continuing to promote other time slots on her instagram so I assumed my time was booked.

These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.
