.. this woman.. Her price went up in March. Before that she advertises "reserve for ANY future date and receive the old price and free touchup" I paid my deposit in early Feb to get this deal. Long story short Covid postponed the appointment all summer. This lady is so unorganized: She opened up her website booking during this time but never reserved dates for those of us who had already made appointments that got cancelled due to her closing during Covid. When the time finally came, she UPCHARGED me. I was kind enough to not fight the price, and even tip her really well knowing I'd have to come back for a (free) touch up. THEN I schedule the touchup. It charged my card and I ask about a refund since a FREE touch up was included in my service. To which she has the audacity to tell me she doesn't do free touch ups anymore... I'm sorry?? Was that not paid for in the service you offered me?? Oh also she decides to edit her IG posts in order to lie to me when I literally have screen shots of everything... talking to her is no use. ON TOP OF THIS she avoids text messages and IG messages yet was on her phone half of the time I was in an appointment with her?? Waste of time AND money. Trust me, her brows are cute but she is a headache and will likely rip you off too. First of, homegirl takes DAYS to reply so unless you're willing to be the one to always initiate convos or follow ups don't expect an open communication. She always seems to "accidentally" open her messages. Second if you make the deposit for your appt just know its nonrefundable, apparently this is listed on the website but I wasn't able to locate it anywhere so super vision must be the secret. I made my appt prior to the covid 19 madness (back in feb) followed up a week prior to my appt to make sure all was good given the quarantine restrictions. I was told we would play it by ear(understandable given the circumstances) heard back like 12hrs prior to my actual appt throught text letting me know I needed to reschedule via a link (again not an issue given the circumstances.) However nothing was available for MONTHS, I reached out and let her know I would be moving out of state for school (hopefully still ‍) & the availability listed would be tough for me (booked my appt in feb for early May she had nothing new until at least end of july) asked about any sooner availability and she gave no fucks and eventually left me on read. So yeah good luck with this one. Paid her a $50 deposit for literally NOTHING! She may showcase decent work and prices but her customer service is shit so If you have the extra funds to splurge please go elsewhere cause this girl ain't it. read more

My review may not apply to you if you are below the age of maybe 60, but I am leaving a review on behalf of my mother who is 65 and got her brows done by Rose in May 2019. Unfortunately, I trusted Rose to do the amazing job she appears to do on young women, on my mom too. That was not the case. Rose shaved my moms brows and placed her brows higher than her natural brow (I should have stayed in the room and regret not doing so). Initially we thought it was a good thing, since naturally the skin of a woman will wrinkle over time. So it gave her more "brow bone" appearance at first glance. However, we later realized that my mom lifts her right eyebrow when speaking and now with her brow being tattooed higher than the natural hair brow it looks completely uneven and sadly, she looks funny when she's talking. This broke my heart because when going into this I thought this would boost my moms self confidence, but now she is so self conscious of her brows. Last issue I want to mention is that the brow color is not quite what we would have expected as the color match for her hair. Some parts of the brow have that greenish tattoo tint. I've reached out to Rose via Instagram for some questions, but never got a reply. Glad others have had great experiences with her work, but my mom did not get the microbladed brows we thought she'd get. read more

Could not get ahold of her for my touch up app. After 3 montjs of trying i finalky was able to schedule another one. And when i went to my app. The door was locked and no one was there. I called and messaged her several times. She still has not returned my messages . Text or phone call. My eyebrows are un even and one is dsrker and thinker then the other. I still have to do my eyebrows to go n e where. I will be getting mine redone elsewhere. Its not worth the stress of trying to get her to messages you back. read more
