.. this woman.. Her price went up in March. Before that she advertises "reserve for ANY future date…read moreand receive the old price and free touchup" I paid my deposit in early Feb to get this deal. Long story short Covid postponed the appointment all summer. This lady is so unorganized: She opened up her website booking during this time but never reserved dates for those of us who had already made appointments that got cancelled due to her closing during Covid. When the time finally came, she UPCHARGED me. I was kind enough to not fight the price, and even tip her really well knowing I'd have to come back for a (free) touch up. THEN I schedule the touchup. It charged my card and I ask about a refund since a FREE touch up was included in my service. To which she has the audacity to tell me she doesn't do free touch ups anymore... I'm sorry?? Was that not paid for in the service you offered me?? Oh also she decides to edit her IG posts in order to lie to me when I literally have screen shots of everything... talking to her is no use. ON TOP OF THIS she avoids text messages and IG messages yet was on her phone half of the time I was in an appointment with her?? Waste of time AND money. Trust me, her brows are cute but she is a headache and will likely rip you off too. UPDATE: She has literally called ME the liar when she changed the service I paid for with no actual explanation.. included photos for proof.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the pricing felt extremely high. I paid around $34 before tip just for eyebrows and upper lip threading, which is the most I've ever paid for that service. After tip, it was close to $40, and unfortunately I can get the same quality elsewhere for at least $15 less. I also found the threading process more painful than usual because she works very slowly. Normally, after a while, the area kind of goes numb for me, but this time I could feel every hair being removed the entire time, especially on the upper lip. Overall, the results looked great and the service was professional, but the combination of the higher prices and the slower, more painful threading means I'm not returning. I refuse to pay that much again.
