I like this location. The wait is not long at all and every "threader" that I have ever had was detailed and concise with my eyebrows, and I have crooked eyebrows. They do well with cleaning up my eyebrows and making sure they appear even. Additionally, I get my upper lip done, and sometimes my chin. I hesitate to go anywhere else mainly because I am so used to getting quality service here. I have walked away when there are more than 5 people ahead of me, mainly because I k ow that though they try to be quick, they also try to be detailed and careful and no one should be rushed to do that. The hours are irregular though, but I have always been willing to return at a different time. Plus, within this area, it's the only eyebrow salon out here. read more

Anyways this was my first time here and the woman that threaded my eyebrows was very friendly, quick and more gentle than others that have done my eyebrows. I give it 4 stars only because my right eyebrow still looks a little messy on the section towards the corner of my eye. I looked really quickly in the mirror when she handed it to me and didn't notice until I really looked when I was in my car. The girl did a great job on my eyebrows and upper lip, but upon arriving she appeared to be in a bad mood. Perhaps because they were going to close in 45 minutes and it was the end of the day. She had attitude from the moment I checked in and up until I left. At one point I asked her to stop (I wasn't going to tolerate the way she was talking to me as a customer). She insisted she'd keep going so I let her finish. This was my second time coming to this location because I had a great experience the first time. However, this will be my last. I'd rather pay more or drive a little further knowing that as a customer I will be treated with respect. read more

I'm sorry I've never had my eyebrows done so badly. They're so thin. I asked for a clean up and I kid you not she took 40% of my eyebrow thickness. I have scabs from my skin being cut and they're uneven. This will take months to grow back. read more

Me and my sister went in for brows. We both left disappointed. The girl that did our eyebrows was Nikki. She was very very kind but unfortunately she's not the best with eyebrows. Came in today to get my eyebrows done and the door was open so obviously since it wants closed I thought they were open, I walk in and the lady at the desk gave me attitude and says we aren't open yet and I try asking what time are they open and she didn't even let me finish my sentence and spoke over me saying they won't open till 11.. and she didn't bother looking at me just kept digging in her bag. My other eyebrow lady was out until the end of the month and I really needed to get mine done. I decided to try this place out because it got good reviews but it was a mistake. The worker wasn't welcoming at all. Just said sit down in the first chair and went to work. She was really rough while threading. She left cuts everywhere that I've never experienced at my other lady. My eyebrows are my pride and joy and I told her to keep the natural shape of them and she said okay. When I arrived the closing time on there door said 7pm, now its 5:43pm, I see a girl doing someone eyebrows through the window and she just shakes her head at me as if they are closed, I point to her sign that says 7pm and she just continues to shake her head. Gotta love this place. Now I don't have to go sit in the center of the Mall and feel ashamed/embarrassed while everyone watches me have my eyebrows threaded. This location is wonderful, even if they do have a creepy mannequin holding their sign out front along the street. I've been here about 7 or so times now, and had the same gal doing my eyebrows all times except one. They've always come out wonderful, and they even give you a mini massage at the end. Once... I splurged and got one of their facials, but don't recommend it. The gal was far too gentle, and they setup this funky makeshift salon room by putting up paper barricade panels around a little massage table, right in the center of the business. You're not asked to undress, and instead lay down on the bed, shoes and all. Then you're covered up in sheets/blankets. I don't know about you, but I don't lay under the covers at home, sporting shoes and socks. Really uncomfortable. If you're going for your eyebrows, I highly recommend it here. My eyebrows desperately needed to be cleaned up. I went in after seeing a sign for a 2018 award. Big mistake. I didn't get the name of the lady that threaded them, but I won't be going back. After I got up to look at her work, she could see that I was upset, asked me if I liked them, when I told her "no, one is a lot thinner than the other," she grabbed my face so that I would turn toward her and told me that I was wrong "they are even". While she was threading her thread kept snapping at least 3x. I've never had that happen to me before. Afterwards she asked if I wanted toner or lotion. I looked at my brows carefully at home and noticed they were uneven. I asked her to not thread too much in the front which she did not, but the shape itself is strange. My eyebrows look rounded. The job itself is clean but the shape is horrible. Nothing that eyebrow shadow and wax won't fix but I'm pretty bummed. When I go here they usually do a good job, but make sure you give yourself a lot of time to wait. The only time I have to go in is on Saturdays and EVERY TIME I do, it's such a LONG wait!! They only have one person working on Saturdays... not sure why they don't staff it properly, but it's really annoying to have to wait so long. Not worth it read more

I couldn't find a good place to get my eyebrows done up in the ville area, until one day I went to CVS and I looked across the street and saw "eyeBrowsrus" . It's close to the college VVC which is helpful to me, because I could get them done before or after classes. Rani, did my eyebrows and she did I really great job, no one has never been able to make my thin eyebrows look thick and fuller; especially because I have a scar underneath my right eyebrow.
