I came in here for the first time today and I am so happy with my eyebrows now. I let them get super crazy because I over plucked them and she did a good job cleaning them up. The thread did keep breaking but I'm not sure what that means, maybe from my thick eyebrows. It was a bit pricier than what I'm used to, it would be nice if they offered a student discount. read more

Entering into the eyebrow salon one of the the two ladies volunteered to do my eyebrows, but when I told her I wanted an arch and explained the shape she handed me off to the second lady who said the other lady was more experience. Shape of eyebrow is not even close to what I requested, they don't even match one another and my left eyebrow is thinner than my right. Then the lady had the decency to say I need to grow them out?!?! How can she even say I need to grow them out when I have quarantine eyebrows! They were pretty much full grown bush when I came them. My cousin went in yesterday and usually she has a specific lady she goes to. The lady not being there and her prom being this weekend she went ahead with another lady. BIG MISTAKE! She should have just walked away. Poor girl had a full blown panic attack after because the lady completely BUTCHERED her eyebrows. I demand she gets a refund or at the very least a discount. My eyebrows turned out well shaped and cleaned up, but I can't honestly give more than a 2 star review because of the 3 sizable cuts I got under one of my eyebrows. Previously when I have had threading, the experience was much gentler and I never got cuts. read more

This was my second time coming to this place and so far my experience has been wonderful! The lady who does my eyebrows is absolutely nice. I believe she's the store owner? The first time I came here my eyebrows were uneven and weren't done right. She walked me step by step about how my eyebrows were uneven and needed to grow out. They got butchered when I went to get them waxed. Anyways she did an absolute fantastic job on trying to even them out. Around 2 months later my eyebrows grew out and I came back to the same place again. The lady was super helpful and even remembered that I came last time.
