The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the pricing felt extremely high. I paid around $34 before tip just for eyebrows and upper lip threading, which is the most I've ever paid for that service. After tip, it was close to $40, and unfortunately I can get the same quality elsewhere for at least $15 less. I also found the threading process more painful than usual because she works very slowly. Normally, after a while, the area kind of goes numb for me, but this time I could feel every hair being removed the entire time, especially on the upper lip. Overall, the results looked great and the service was professional, but the combination of the higher prices and the slower, more painful threading means I'm not returning. I refuse to pay that much again.

The young lady who helped us was very professional, took her time, and made sure our brows were looking on point. The shop is clean, well-lit, and has AC, plus there's a waiting area if you need it. They also have a happy hour, so today we got our eyebrows done for only $12 each, which is a great deal. They accept cash, cards, and tap-to-pay. Apologies as I don't remember the names but the younger girl who works there on weekday afternoons has cut me three times with the thread. What's the point of getting rid of hairs if you're gonna be left with scabs? The older woman that works there is fast and efficient but it doesn't seem like they have set schedules. I've had good experiences here before but yeah this is the last time for me. I've got to go home and put some antiseptic on these cuts.

I hesitate to go anywhere else mainly because I am so used to getting quality service here.
