Normally, after a while, the area kind of goes numb for me, but this time I could feel every hair being removed the entire time, especially on the upper lip. Overall, the results looked great and the service was professional, but the combination of the higher prices and the slower, more painful threading means I'm not returning. I refuse to pay that much again.

I've had to make a few returns over the past few months and they never seem to go as smoothly as they should. The process often feels more complicated than necessary, and I usually leave feeling like it was more of a hassle than a simple customer transaction. Another challenge is inventory. It seems like whenever I stop in for a specific product, there's a good chance it's out of stock. I know inventory issues aren't always within a store's control, but it's happened often enough that I've started lowering my expectations before I even walk through the door. That said, the store itself is clean, organized, and carries a great selection when the products I'm looking for are actually available. I genuinely want to like this location more because I enjoy shopping at Ulta. I just hope they can improve their customer service and keep popular items in stock more consistently.
