My daughter went to have henna brows done. This was her first visit having them threaded and tinted. She came home and told me how painful it was; the worst she has ever had. The lady took 4 hours and she was told after the first round of tinting by my daughter, that one brow was too dark and the other too thin. The lady blamed my daughter on her eye brows instead of the lady's lack of skill. Btw, my daughter was also told the brows would last 3 weeks, and even with proper care, they only lasted 1 week!! She was told over the phone the price $45 and my daughter was charged $59. Also my daughter was not forewarned that they only take Zelle, or Apple cash, so she had to leave and go find an ATM to bring cash back. Avoid At All Cost!! I Would have rated this a 1/2 star, but not given that choice on YELP read more

I love this place! So far I have been there 3 times and each and every time the lady is very nice and does my eyebrows just the way I want them. The place is very clean and has great customer service, they even accept Apple I pay. For eyebrow threading it is only $8 which is a great price and I like this place way better than the place they have at the mall for threading eyebrows. They also do henna which is pretty cool. My daughter got a henna design on her hand for only $5 and it came out really cute and lasted two weeks which is great! They also have a card and if you thread your eyebrows 9 times the 10th visit your eyebrows are free, Awesome!!!!! read more

Told the lady how I wanted my brow shape she kinda fought me on the shape and was pretty much telling me it was impossible. Then she asked where I get my brows done I said in San Bernardino. I told her I want my brows thick with arch on top round on bottom. She didn't do so she made them thin and round on top and round bottom. Smh now I have to grow them out before I get them done again. I will surely stick with my brow place in San Bernardino. read more

I've been going to this eyebrow threading place since I moved to victorville. I've gone to one other place in Victorville and I can honestly say that this is by far the best place I've found! Not to mention the amazing customer service I get when ever I visit! She always does an amazing job when it comes to my eyebrows. She listens to what I want. I no longer have to tell her what I want since she already knows what I always go for. And it's a shame that others don't like or appreciate her work. For she is the only person in the shop. And yes, maybe sometimes she might be a bit off her game or a bit tired, since she is the only one there, but that doesn't mean she is terrible at her job. I for one love my eyebrows every time!
