I've gone to this place 3 times before and this will be the last going to this place just want to say customer service is trash so unprofessional and rude I had mentioned one of my eyebrows was a little uneven and the lady said it's fine and didn't want to fix it. Left the place so disappointed and won't be back still had to pay the full price. I have never been treated this way before in an establishment. read more

Went in for a full face threading an hour before they closed and refused me service claiming it was too close before closing time, been here before multiple times never had an issue until now, but the two Indian ladies that work here do tend to have an attitude but the Hispanic has always been really sweet and does an amazing job at threading eyebrows and never over does them read more

I had gone Saturday and the older lady who did my eyebrows left my eyebrows uneven and took all of my left ends gone and I had called right away after taking a good look at them the other lady had said I can go the next day to get "fixed" which I didn't go since I work overnights so I was going to let it go unfortunately it happened. But today Monday I was checking my account and I got charged $16 instead of $15 and I didn't leave a tip. I had called asking if they charge a fee and they said no and that's when they handed the phone to the owner bita/vita she said oh sorry that next time I go they will give me $1 off? Makes no sense but I said okay whatever and did mention about my eyebrows not liking them etc, I get a call back saying she found my "receipt" and that I did leave a $1 tip with "your handwriting" and I was like no I remember not leaving a tip and leaving it blank and she accused me saying that I did leave a tip and I got offended and I did say maybe your employee added a dollar tip. That got me upset clearly I know when I do tip and don't. I went in person to see what receipt she claims was mine I tell her I'm on the way. I get there she's not there and the Hispanic lady shows me the receipt and it's not mine and owner comes back rude and I go over the receipt and find mine which was only for $15 not $16 yet they charged me for $16 she didn't want to give me the dollar difference back and to dispute it with my bank she "couldn't" do anything about it. And said there's nothing she can do about my eyebrows being uneven by her employee. What a joke this place is and owner read more

they did a terrible job! I will never patronize this place again. the woman that worked on my brows completely ignored my wishes, and giggled at the end saying "oops, I forgot ". read more

was here well before 3 white woman arrived (20 minutes before) i wrote my name down for a full face threading. she continues on 2 guests then says she won't do a full face because there are 3 people waiting after me don't come here do not recommend ! what kind of customer service is this? it was the lady with the thick accent on 2-10 morning read more

Got right in with very little wait time. Geeta speaks so softly and the mask does not help. I'm absolutely satisfied with the time the treatment took and wowed by the results. The salon is clean and it looks very nice inside. Thank you Geeta I will be back! read more

I Recommend this place it's clean and affordable... you may call for an appt but the lady who answered told me to walk in is better ... two women working here very nice ... had my full face done and $30.00 they also accept tips ... Apple Pay is a dollar more to use... read more

I will never be going back to this place. I usually get my threading done down the hill because there is a place I go and love... but now my job isn't down the hill so it's more inconvenient to drive down for threading... thought I'd try this place. Went in, didn't wait too long. Told the lady I want to keep my brow shape and do NOT thin them.... After I was done she completely thinned my eye brows when I specifically told her not to. I have a before and after photo to show... I completely get my eye brows were in need of a clean up, but she could have kept them thick like I like. Then I've had this rash on the one eye brow for 2 days now... I've never had irritation, break ours or redness before and I've been threading for over 10 years. It's itchy and hurts. I gave the lady a $20 bill and told her to keep the change since that's all I had in cash.. that will be the last tip she will ever be getting from me. I'm so annoyed read more

See all

I called for the past two days this exact location and they tell me 5 but google says 7 and I keep showing up at 4 and their doors are locked, this is unprofessional, they tell me on the phone 5 then I waste the gas all the way over here to be told wrong information/ I used to be a very loyal customer but I don't think I'll be doing business here again. Replying: I messaged the Facebook page and called the number off google first to make sure you guys were open read more

They do an okay job but are a bit rude. It costed 10$ and I really liked how she offered aloe vera or toner after. She helped show me how to stretch my skin as well. But I couldn't get over lil comments she made that were unnecessary and a bit rude. Overall im satisfied with my eyebrows but with for them to be a little more allined with eachother. read more

This place closes at 6:00. I got there at 5:45 today, 5/19/21, and one person was in the chair getting services and no one was waiting. One person was working. She told me they were closed. I said, oh what time do you close, your sign says 6:00 pm. She said, yes we close at 6:00. I said, it's only 5:45. She said yes, but we're closed. I said I'm the one who leaves a good tip. (I leave a minimum of 50% tip). I'm a regular at this place (because they do a good job) and this is how they treat their regulars? I didn't expect special treatment, but I did expect that since I got there 15 minutes before they say they close, that they would provide the service (eyebrow threading) and not turn me away. If I do go back, and I'm sure I will if I can't find another place nearby, there'll be no more 50% or more tip. read more

I actually came here on July 10. They don't even seem happy to greet or talk to you. It just made me uncomfortable and awkward to sit on the chair while they worked on my brows. I've had my brows threaded before and it went okay, with little pain, but that is to be expected when having your brows threaded. At this place, however, they were rough and it hurt so much the whole day. I couldn't even touch my brows without feeling pain. Even though they did a good job thinning my eyebrows, I'm going to stick to my regular because they at least have better service and are more gentle when threading my brows. read more

I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded. Great service when I arrived. I didn't wait long since I was the only customer in there. Whole process was about 10 minutes max. Quick great job! My brows got a great clean up. Still thick and shaped beautifully. Definitely will go back. read more

went in to get my eyebrows threaded about a week ago, i haven't gotten them threaded since covid started i just started doing them at home. when she first started she let me know that my eyebrows were a little uneven but she would fix it, she did fix it and i love my eyebrows they came out wonderful ! one eyebrow was a little bit thicker than the other but i just fixed it at home ! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could instead of one. It's a waste of time to even drive over here. I've been here twice to get my eyebrows done and they say they're closed last time it was about 30 minutes till closing this time it was an hour and a half until closing. And they just turned us away with only a couple people in there. Don't waste your time coming over here, best to go somewhere else they seem rude as well. read more

This place is great! Geeta has a gentle touch and takes her time getting your brows just right. I have very sensitive skin and tend to break out with waxing and plucking, but with Greta's threading I only got some very temporary redness that went away a few minutes after. She pays attention to what you ask for and delivers great customer service. Her prices are extremely reasonable as well, especially considering what a great job she does. I will definitely be a regular and highly recommend this place! read more

Eyebrow R Us - Greta's Salon Info - Threading Services Near Me - Hesperia, California

I went in three days ago with my mom to get eyebrow threading services, it was going ok and the wait time was long because there was only one woman attending. We have been going to her for a while now, we just don't know her name. But help came and I was given to her, she kept going back and threading my eyebrows as if she had made a mistake and I was too nervous to ask. It hurt even and she ended up cutting my skin with the thread. I'll add a picture. But then it was my moms turn with the woman from the beginning, but another customer requested her service as well, so she left my mom on the chair to go attend the other customer. My mom was bothered with that and she left the establishment, I don't blame her. And my eyebrows were threaded too thin. Two women had worked on my eyebrows as if they were fixing the mistake. I don't think we'll be coming back, it was unprofessional to leave my mom on the chair because another customer requested your service when it wasn't their turn. read more

amazing service, i moved here 1 year ago and i tried 3 other places but this is the best place trust me. i've been there 4-5 times, i cannot explain how much i'm satisfied with their service . they have a waiting area when i walked in there were 2 people waiting infront me. i mean its worth it because everybody is short staff these days that's understandable they are doing their best. different girls helped me each time but all of them did a wonderful job, very professional staff. they make sure everything with you before threading that how do u want your eyebrows i mean the shape and thickness wise which is great. 5/5 read more

I've been here 4 times now, they only charge me $10 and a .70¢ charge for using card. They are super quick, never a wait! The ladies don't say much, they are willing to pluck any additional hairs I see and at the end offer toner or aloe. I'll continue to go here! read more

Gazelle ( I think that's how you spell her name) did an outstanding job on my eyebrows. I was 100% satisfied and loved her work. I will definitely go back to her and I strongly recommend her. Their new Riverside location is wonderful! So glad there is a place to get threaded in downtown riverside.

Geeta was so sweet an it was so pain less with her the price was great an the inside and outside was clean an nice definitely going back !

Geeta is amazing. She works quickly and yet does an excellent job of making sure your eyebrows are shaped properly and look good. I always get compliments when Geeta works on my eyebrows. I have been going to her for years at other centers (also has a location near the Apple Valley Super Target) now she has a new location in Hesperia. If you want your eyebrows to get done and look proper make sure you go to Geeta. Eyebrow threading is healthier than waxing as it does not damage the skin cells. Highly recommended read more

Went in for a cleanup since I was near the location and the person messed up my eyebrow shape. I was scared for her to touch my other eye brow so she did very little to it. She seemed very inexperienced but she was really nice so I didn't want to be mean. I just kindly asked her to stop, I paid her her $10 dollars and walked out with uneven brows. read more

i got my eyebrows threaded today 11/11/21 in the afternoon around 4:30 and I had luckily walked in with only 2 other people in the chairs already being serviced so I was next. After I had already signed in 4 other people walked in & also signed in so it got busy with one lady, a 5th person asking how long the wait is & left instead of waiting. So after the 2 people were done it was my turn and I got my eyebrows done but I noticed when she was done she kept brushing over & over on my eyebrows & brushe's them UPWARD then trimmed them & left them brushed up which I didn't ask her to do. I looked in the mirror thought nothing of it, just though no big deal i'll brush them down when I get in the car, paid & left. After my sister & I drove away I realized i have any entire line straight through my left brow at the front & my right brow now has a bald spot & at that moment I realized she brushed my brows up because she was trying to hide the bald line & bald spot she made. She was rushing through my whole session which lasted LITERALLY 5 minutes which I believe caused her to mess up & caused the bald spots. It's hair it'll grow back but I will never go back to this place. She could have took her time with me EVEN if it was busy as I am paying just like everyone else there too & I genuinely would have not been mad if she would have just told me she messed up & honestly still returned for services again but she tried to style them so I purposely wouldn't notice & rushed the whole 5 minute appointment. read more

so today i went to go get my eyebrows done and this lady did not follow my instructions as i perfectly made it clear i wanted it to be arched and thick. and guess what ???
