Very nice and clean location, and the lady who did my eyebrows and upper lip did a great job with the final look. That part definitely gets 5 stars from me. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the pricing felt extremely high. I paid around $34 before tip just for eyebrows and upper lip threading, which is the most I've ever paid for that service. After tip, it was close to $40, and unfortunately I can get the same quality elsewhere for at least $15 less. I also found the threading process more painful than usual because she works very slowly. Normally, after a while, the area kind of goes numb for me, but this time I could feel every hair being removed the entire time, especially on the upper lip. Overall, the results looked great and the service was professional, but the combination of the higher prices and the slower, more painful threading means I'm not returning. I refuse to pay that much again. read more

And I'm assuming she is the owner and she just asked what I wanted and I just told her just an eyebrow cleanup and she just seemed like in a rush and I kind of felt awkward about it. I kinda just wanted to leave, but I didn't wanna waste her time because of the car honked at me and she ran and hurried to open the store... I was gonna tip cash till I saw the total so I'm assuming she probably put the tip there, but I honestly probably won't come back it's too expensive. This was my second time visiting. I asked her to please remove all the hair because she had left a lot last time. She proceeded to tell me I wasn't holding tight enough. I did exactly what she said. I then kindly mentioned maybe she was going too fast. In total she took, less than three minutes. When she "finished" I told her she had left a lot of hair again. She then said it was my fault because my skin was sensitive and none of her customers were sensitive. I told her I'd been threading since I was a teenager and never had this issue. She then told me "No one is forcing you to come here." I just said, I know and I'm not coming back but I just think the problem is you're going real fast. I turned on my phone light and showed her all the hair and she was still rude and dismissive and when she saw I was taking pictures she offered to fix it. I believe this business focuses on one demographic and either does not care for the others, or purposefully tries to make you not come back. Time to change the culture of this community. read more

I went today at 5:15pm with my daughter and she was friendly but I did notice she wasn't spending more than 5 min with anyone all she was doing was cleaning the eyebrows this is not what I expected to get for what I paid for. She charged $35 for me and my daughter and honestly i did not liked them I didn't want to be rude so I just paid and left. The eyebrow threading is just "okay" more expensive than other places. I came here a few times because I worked in the same shopping center BUT they always either open later than what their business hours say or close early. They have a huge flashing neon sign turned on saying open so I make my way over and it turns out it's locked with all the lights on. It's been over 5 times that they wasted my time. Upon entering it wasn't busy at all. No one but me was there. I was greeted nicely. I sat down and she did her thing. I checked, everything looked good. Although, she left me with all the hair on my face, no witch hazel or cleanup, no eyebrow trimming etc. $15 but I just felt rushed/ripped outta the whole thing.
