I took my 11 year old daughter to get her eyebrows threaded yesterday. I walked in, there were no customers and I was greeted kindly by Dolly. I explained what I wanted for my daughter, a very natural look as she is still young. Dolly understood and was very patient and kind as my daughter's skin was sensitive. I went here to get my eyebrows, lip and chin threaded really quickly. The service was pretty quick and she was very nice. She said she had been really busy all day and she did have a client she was working with at the same time as she was working with me. She was very fast and I have really bad insecurities when it comes to my facial hair but she did an awesome job. There were a few out of place hairs here and there that she could have done a little bit better of a job removing but otherwise she did a good job for something relatively quick. If I had more time as well I would have pointed them out but I just couldn't. Maybe next time I'll let her know. read more

Terrible, I usually go to the eyebrow threading place on main by stater bro's but I was in the area and stopped in. I explained that I have very fine blonde hairs that are hard to see, she hurried me into the chair without letting me explain much. When she was done she showed me my eyebrows and I pointed out lots of left over hair she missed. She once again hurried and pulled a few and showed me again, once again stiill left over hair everywhere. I came home and plucked and I see lots of left hair. Will never come back. read more

I grew my brows out for about a month and when I went in the woman working listened to my concerns and definitely made this a great experience. I seriously love my brows! I don't understand how this place has a five star rating. I came here to get my eye brows threaded and this is by far the worst job someone has ever done on my eyebrows. All I asked for was a clean up and ended up with super thin eyebrows and they're not anywhere near even one is thinner than the other. Really upsetting and I should've complained however she had her daughter with her which is really unprofessional. Yelp really failed me on this one. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. read more
