I'm so happy I found Sam. I had reached out to a few other places beforehand, but she was by far the most informative and kind, which made choosing to book with her an easy decision. She really listened to what I wanted, made the process feel comfortable from start to finish, and helped me achieve the look I was hoping for. What stood out most was how thorough and intentional she was. She took great care in mapping the shape and finding the right color for my lip blush, and I really appreciated that she never rushed the process. I was looking for someone who specialized in a natural style, and she truly knows how to enhance your features while still keeping them natural. She'll definitely be my go-to for permanent makeup in the future, and I'd highly recommend her. Thank you again for making this such a great experience from start to finish! read more

I went back to Tattoo Image because of my first experience there getting pierced (nipples). Becca is still amazing with a great personality and explanations of what she's going to do, and the aftercare of your piercing (septum this time). Rikki was an apprentice the last time I got pierced, and she was busy with a customer this time, but she was very friendly back then and was still friendly now. The piercers are awesome. I would recommend Tattoo Image to anyone who wants to get pierced. read more

Shaelie recently put her beautiful artwork on me. I sent her a picture of what I thought I wanted and she turned it into a bad ass piece. She provided me with the best service and art work. The quality of her craftsmanship is amazing. She is such an out going, talented, respectful artist. Very hard to find these days. I love the new addition. I found my life long artist. I highly recommend her for all your new art! read more

As many other reviews have mentioned, Becca is amazing. I did my research before going anywhere and settled on this place because of the raving reviews. It was awesome to be able to have our piercings done by her. Becca is incredibly knowledgeable. I came in with 6 piercings, left with 3 new ones and a ton of useful information that I didn't know from previous piercings. I thought my ear lobes were too small for anymore earrings and she didn't make any promises that she could do it, but examined my ears carefully before confirming that I could fit one more. Piercings are walk in only. Once you sign in, you can't leave. Leave any kids 10 and under at home, they can't go past the waiting area with you. Scan the QR code to do your paperwork and bring cash only! I took my foster daughter there and Becca was able to help me make sure that I had all the appointments court documents showing that I was allowed to get her ears pierced. I am coming back in 6-8 weeks to get my conch piercing downsized but I will be coming here exclusively for any piercings in the future. Thank you Becca! read more

Rikki was a pleasure to have as my daughter's piercer. She was professional, honest, explained everything clearly, and super friendly. Even though my daughter is 15, she was nervous and Rikki made her comfortable. She got her 3rd holes and a helix. I like the shop vibes. Lots of little knick knacks to look at. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back for more soon! read more

Go see Joe! I've had such great tattoo experiences with him! He is highly creative, and very professional and friendly. I am always extremely happy with the tattoos I receive from him. If you are looking for a shop and an artist with a great vibe, don't hesitate to make an appointment with him. Check out his work on Instagram (@horse_thieff) .. you'll be happy you did! read more

I brought my daughter in today because her second hole on her ear had closed up about a year ago and I didn't want to do the mall places anymore. We had a wonderful lady explain the scar tissue from her last piercing and how she should have to avoid that exact placement and do it slightly next to it. She was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, definitely different from when I was younger. I would most definitely go back without hesitation for any piercing needs. The place it self it's absolutely beautiful. Love the vibe. Highly recommend read more

Tattooed by Steven, and I couldn't be happier! My mom and I got matching tattoos to celebrate her 80th bday. Steven understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen. Everyone at the shop is friendly and the shop is super clean. I definitely recommend this shop. read more

This shop is so clean and truly every aspect is high quality. I got pierced by Becca a few months back and she is such a professional. I had both nipples done and she made me feel so incredibly relaxed and comfortable. I am so glad I came to this shop to get such a sensitive piercing. She was very clean and friendly. I also have recently gotten tattooed by nando and he was amazing as well! His line work is incredible and he is an amazing artist. I absolutely love this shop and will be coming back! read more

Samantha and Steven(the owner) are amazing! Samantha reached out to me immediately after I posted my review wanting to make things right. She and her husband(Steven) were extremely supportive and understanding of my dissatisfaction and they wanted to make it right, which meant the world to me. Steven listened to me and was just super sweet the entire time. We came to an agreement on what needed to be fixed. We then made an appointment. He came in on his day off just to make things right. I must say he went above and beyond what I was expecting. I'm sincerely grateful and happy with my tattoo now. He understood how important this tattoo was to me and he understood the assignment. I will definitely go back to him for my next tattoos and would recommend him to everyone. Steven and Samantha you both rock! Thank you so much for the stellar customer service!!! read more

I have been having my brows done by Samantha for some time and recently she touched them up and then also did my liner. I LOVE IT! She is SO gentle, and caring. I highly recommend her!! read more

I've been getting pierced for over 12 years and currently have over 20 ear piercings and 4 facial piercings. And let me tell you not all shops are the same! Becca and Rikki are the first piercers who truly educated me on my anatomy and what works specifically for my face and ears. Their knowledge helped me understand my body better and finally bring my dream ear curation to life. They offer upgraded jewelry (hello, gold options!), which is a huge plus for a gold girly like me. I've come in for everything: new piercings, jewelry downsizing, swaps, and styling; and every single visit has been a great experience. I recommend Tattoo Image to all my friends and family because I know they'll be in good hands. The shop itself is clean, professional, and has an amazing vibe. You can tell the owners genuinely care about every service offered, not just tattoos. The piercers are well-trained, professional, and super welcoming. I've never left unhappy. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Staff is friendly... very cool tattoo parlor. Becca is the best at piercing. I went in and she was super knowledgeable... to the clients before me she told them her professional opinion on the piercing they wanted and the healing process. I went in for a belly button re- piercing. She told me she would have to examine my scar tissue before to see if it was possible to re-do. I prayed she could make a miracle happen as I hated my scar from the previous piercing. My turn comes... she's super sweet... made me feel comfortable, gloved up and examined me. She said the same piercing was not possible but that she could do a " floating Naval piercing" showed me pics and I said let's do it!!! Becca the magician did amazing and even covered my top scar area too! Which was a complex I had and hated. It was less painful than the first time I got pierced. I almost didn't believe she had finished. Becca, bless you and your gentle and talented hands. I will always come to her for a piercing and recommend her. It's cash only. She will go over healing and cleansing instructions and offers a Saline Solution. I didn't purchase because I didn't have enough cash and felt she deserved the tip instead. Tip your piercer and tattoo artists. They deserve it! read more

Samantha Schmidt is literally the best permanent makeup artist. She did my brows well over 5 years ago and i still get questioned about them all the time. she is detail oriented and goes above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable. Her technique is so versatile she could literally do anything and i love that she's always staying up with the latest. read more

Went in to get my belly pierced by Becca. My hole was still there from a years back and she explained everything that was going on getting it back after pregnancy. Samantha is the absolute best! I came in for a tiny tattoo and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I worked with her many moons ago, and she's still just as on point--if not more. Now specializing in permanent makeup, she's seriously dominating her craft. Tattoo Image is full of talented artists, each with their own unique twist, but Sam's precision and passion make her stand out every time. Highly recommend! read more

I went in for some ear love piercings and the people were great and amazing to work with. They are super informative and give details one the aftercare as well. Also I got a sticker for getting a piercing, so there's that. I plan on coming back for more in the future. read more

Sam at the beauty lair did my brows and it's been 5 years and I have never had a touch up and I still get asked about my brows and I'm always told they look amazing! I can't wait to finally get a fresh touch up and I'll be getting my eye liner done as well! read more

It was a great vibe and the girls are definitely knowledgeable but it would be great if they only used titanium based jewelry. I had complications with a nose piercing which despite 7-8 months of constant aftercare would not heal and the doctors told me it was from the stainless steel. The young girl at the counter was incredibly rude and snobby. Refused to allow our children in the party in the building, and proceeded to give dirty look to us the rest of our visit... not cool read more

I got amazing brows from Samantha at the Beauty Lair, inside Tattoo Image. I went for her famous nano brow. It's hair strokes with shading in between. I have no natural tails on my brows, and Samantha made me a beautiful, full, fluffy looking brow! I couldn't be happier with my results. Her pride and education really comes through in her work. very rude staff. off the bat walk in to a bald lady being rude and assertive. i wouldn't recommend this shop, many more better ones up here.

Our go-to spot for all piercings! We're always greeted by someone super friendly and welcoming. Becca & Rikki are top tier at what they do, always explaining each step along the way and making sure you're comfortable and ready. Their receptionist, Sophia, was also very helpful when explaining the follow up care! Haven't had any tattoos done there, but all of the artists seem very chill and the artwork they have posted looks great. The shop itself is very cool, super traditional and clean. Great place to check out for sure! read more

I got my belly button pierced march 15 of 2024 on my 15 brithday and they gave me a floating navel piercing the bottom of the jewelry went inside of my stomach because she did not give me the right size also I went back in to get it changed because she messed it up nd it was hurting really bad nd they told me they couldn't help me with anything nd i would have to pay for it. it makes no sense why i would have to pay for it when she messed it up nd ruined my belly button piercing also its not straight nd she just did it completely wrong nd couldn't provide the things i need to make sure it heals nd don't swell over the jewelry like it did.... This place is horrible to go to i will never go back the piercing lady needs to go get her license checks because she does not know what she is doing read more

Well where do I start? First as soon as you walk in you are greeted by Rikki the apprentice piercer and she is kind and inviting and then she formally will ask you to sign in and get you all set up whether you be there for a tattoo apt or to inquire about one or a piercing. Next If you are their to get a piercing You will meet Becca and from the moment I met her she was kind, genuine, straight forward and honest and answered all my questions and made what fear I had dissipate. She is quick and truly makes the experience a great one and I have been back to her multiple times for other piercings and I can truly say I'm a Becca client for LIFE!!! Ps. I wanted to get my nose pierced for my birthday (last minute idea). As a walk in, I was greeted and filled out paperwork. Since there was only one person ahead, the staff prepared my area and I was in and out in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Can't guarantee it'll be the same experience for everyone as wait times vary, but I loved that there was no wait on a Saturday evening. I appreciated how detailed, organized and straightforward everything was from the beginning of my experience to the end, including after care instructions. Great experience, would recommend to friends and family if they are seeking quality service in the area. read more

Over 4 years later and I still refuse to go anywhere but here for my piercings! Becca has pierced me multiple times since I was 16 and the vibe she brings is always positive and bubbly and i've always felt that she created a safe space for her clients, which made her the perfect teacher for Rikki, who is now done with her apprenticeship and is piercing on her own!! Rikki brings a calming, positive vibe during piercings, makes you feel cared for and listened to as a client while still being time efficient. She helped me figure out the layout i want for my piercings and a schedule to come in and get them checked out and move on to the next size and piercing. And not to mention how amazing the prices are!! This is always my go to spot and the only place I'll ever recommend to anyone. Definitely come check them out if u want to get jabbed!! read more

Highly recommend this business for all tattoo and piercings. I have been a customer here for a couple of years now and they are amazing. When I get a tattoo, I like to try out different tattoo artists at Tattoo Image. I had tattoos done by Ian, Pulga, and Steven which came out amazing. Their artists are very talented and I look forward to getting more work done by any of the tattoo artists there. If you haven't already, follow them on IG. Now let's not forget about their piercer, Becca. She is amazing and the only person I go to. She makes sure her clients are comfortable and is very upfront with anatomy specific piercings. I always have a great experience with her, especially when she has her top quality jewelry available. She is worth the wait! read more

I've been here before with my sisters to get pierced and they've given us a pleasant experience with a friendly staff. We came back again today and immediately walking in some guy gave us a dirty look. Fine whatever. But then the lady at the front came to help us and had a very rude stuck up attitude. My sister is under age and we understand she needs to be accompanied by a legal guardian to get pierced. I'm her legal guardian, almost hitting 30, and apparently that's not old enough to be considered her legal guardian? That lady with the crooked bangs needs to at least have better mannerisms when dealing with clients. She quickly shooshed us out with one look but treated other people that were white better. Not recommending anyone else here again. UPDATE: I received a message from Becca apologizing for the incident as well as an apology from her "apprentice" and then turned around and went on her Instagram to say the opposite. "Please don't be rude to my apprentice because it's against the law for you to sign for a minor without proof of guardianship" was clearly directed towards me. As I explained to her through messages, if her "apprentice" with awful mannerisms could have stated that, I would have obliged, but she didn't specify any of that. Her look and attitude was enough to scare us out of the establishment. We were not rude to her at all we kindly walked away after SHE was the rude one. We went to Lockdown Ink HD in Hesperia where they were much kinder and helpful! Eduardo happily took us in! I recommend them more than this place. read more
