My friend got a tongue piercing here, and the experience was really bad. The male piercer didn't mark her tongue at all before piercing, and the piercing ended up completely sideways. I have the whole process on video. Now she has to get it fixed somewhere else. This did not feel safe or professional. I don't recommend this place. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. Last February, 2024. Me and my friends went to a flash sale. I got a belly button piercing. Now keep in mind this was my second time getting this piercing, I also got it here the first time. Anyways, watching all our videos back I realized KIM DID NOT CLEAN TWO OF US before piercing. AND ON TOP OF THAT I was given a STOMACH piercing. SHE PIERCED MY STOMACH. The first time I got it pierced he also did the same thing, different piercer but same issue. I was cleaning it at least 4x a day and it just kept getting worse. And I didn't even know why or that it was a STOMACH piercing until I went to tattoo image the other day to get it looked it, I was also told that she used the wrong jewelry and I do in fact have the correct anatomy for a belly piercing & she didn't understand why they both pierced it wrong. Got my second lobes pierced by Kim here, she did an amazing job! She was super patient with me and comforting, would 10/10 recommend.

I got my tattoo on a flash day, picked something out with my sister from the flash book, my tattoo was done by a guy who is a really nice down to earth dude, very open and sociable, However... my tattoo is so inconsistent it's insane. On the left tail end of my tattoo of the ribbon on my wrist the end of the tail where it creates a "w" like shape is blown out and lumpy in texture under my skin, and then the other tail on my ribbon is both thin lined and thick lined.. fresh ink isn't going to show imperfections until after it's healed, and noticing all the imperfections is too much, I can let go of tiny mishap, and I tried to give my ribbon tattoo the benefit of the doubt but it's just such a poor job. Plus the vibe of the place was so tense and unwelcoming the girlfriend of the owner is very stand offish and will literally stare at you from time to time as if she's trying to intimidate you the whole time you're there. And one of the other tattoo artists was high out of his mind I know this cause my sister warned me not to go with that artist and plus the place smelled so strong of weed im surprised the smell didn't ferment in my clothes. Overall, I will not be coming back, and as I said the guy who tattooed me is a really nice and welcoming guy who can keep a conversation going but however I will not be going to him or this place ever again for any of my future tattoo services. I did not drop his name due to the business having very few employees and also not wanting to have escalation take place against me if it were to happen. read more

2/3 sessions were some drama! Went in to get a tattoo done by Slade Orion. It is a huge back piece which I paid in full before we got started, because he had tattooed my arm a few months before this. After a few hours of him working on the outline, we took a break. And I posted a video of the progress on my fb story. Was getting ready to start again when he starts getting text from his girlfriend that she is going to hit him and is destroying their house. He said he had to leave and asked me for a ride home. We had a discussion about what happened but he never apologized only made excuses for her behavior. I also told him I was extremely unhappy with how crooked, uneven and scratched on it looked like a mess. Again, no apology, no admits to how crooked or uneven it looks just, " it will turn out super cool with color". The next session we both brought our girlfriends and everything was fine. The third session is where it gets really stupid. He brings his girlfriend again which was unnecessary but I thought whatever as long as there's no issues. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. But my girlfriend was chatting with her and I just wanted to get this done. I asked him to finish the outline on my neck so it would cover the tattoo I was trying to cover already, because that is the embarrassing part, and the whole reason i wanted this tattoo in the first place. He said no, he wanted to work on color. So I laid down and start getting tattooed and he starts pulling on my shirt to get to the bottom of the design so I remove my straps, without getting up, because my shirts not stretchy at all. I told him I wanted to continue until it was finished but he insisted on a break. when I got up I realize my shirt was not going to stay on without the straps and I didn't want to put the straps back on because they'd be laying over my freshly done tattoo. So I added a long sleeve black button up shirt after the break I went to take off my long sleeve black button up shirt but realized my tank top and bra we're not going to stay up so I went to the back room where they do piercings and I put the black button up shirt on the front of my body, on top of the tank top in the bra. I came out of the piercing room with the shirt on backwards, covering the entire front of my body, and lay down on the table. The sleeves of the shirt came off, and on the side Slade was sitting I grabbed the sleeve and covered my side boob. we were going to get started but his girlfriend got up and walked away so instead of getting started he took off his gloves and followed her back there. I knew they were talking about me or some drama and I didn't understand why so I continued to talk with my girlfriend about our personal life for a few minutes. Slade then comes out of the back room leans down and quietly tells me "So, I can't continue the tattoo because your titties are out." I turned flush red, humiliated and I quietly told him "OK Slade I'm just going to get up off the table now and leave, ok." He said OK and I told him "now turn around so I can get up off the table" because I didn't want my boobs to accidentally show still. I got up the table, he never offered to clean off the tattoo he told me to call him in two weeks and I calmly said you will never see me again, and left. Now I have to pay a real professional to have them fix the huge mess on my back. read more

Rob the owner was someone I considered a friend. He did my piercings for me many times and I have to say I never expected this. I got a tattoo form him about 3 weeks ago and I am scarred. Literally my tattoo is scarred on my skin I will need to laser removal it off. I showed him pics of the " healing process". And he did not thing other then say he's sorry and wishes me healing energy and vibes. I have gotten many tattoos from another artist who used to work there and I've never experienced this. After showing multiple people and artist the tattoo was infected , and over worked. They said it was a flesh eating infection and that he over worked my little tattoo very bad. I'm so disappointed but this is shocking and I now have a really ugly bad painful tattoo on my arm. This was the most painful tattoo ever and again, I have many. Just felt it was right to leave a review because after being an artist for years I would imagine this could be avoided for being so experienced. read more

I've been wanting to get my ears re-pierced for a while but I'm a wimp when it comes to these types of things. My friend Alyssa wanted to get a double nose piercing and convinced me to to go with her to this shop. This place is a hidden gem filled with a lot of talented artist. I've gotten a few piercings when I was younger at various tattoo shops. Logic beat both by miles, not only was it spotless with friendly staff, it had a very inviting and pleasing aesthetic. The second major point that I really appreciated was the jewelry choices. A place I had gone to didn't ask what I wanted and put in thick ugly hoops. I left here getting exactly what I wanted and very happy. Can't wait to go back! read more

Got my second lobe piercing and cartilage done here last January. All of them got infected periodically regardless of how much I cleaned them. My cartilage was so difficult to deal with I ended up taking it out. I don't think things were properly cleaned before the piercing. It was also extremely hard to even set this up. Staff has very bad customer service skills and come off very disrespectful. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I spent about 2 1/2 - 3 hours getting a tattoo from my wrist up to my shoulder done and after it healed I noticed the line work is absolutely disgusting and there was no straight lines they are all super shaky 10/10 don't recommend getting a huge tattoo done here. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. My aunt went for a tattoo and the artist Slade was extremely unprofessional. My aunt had on a tank top and bra on because she was getting an upper back piece so she moved her straps out of the way (as you should when getting a tattoo). She had pulled the shirt down to make sure the tattoo artist could have plenty of room and she had a little of the side of her breast showing. She even tried to cover up a little but with the shirt she had, but that shouldn't of even needed to be done. You get tattoos their is skin and portions of the body that are going to be exposed. The tattoo artists girlfriend was there and took a photo of my aunt and stormed into a back room, in followed the tattoo artist. A few minutes later Slade came out and told my aunt he couldn't continue with the tattoo. So unprofessional and can I say illegal? How are you going to ask for 100$ deposit and x amount of money and not even finish the tattoo because your girlfriend is upset. Wow. read more

as of feb 2021 theyre only taking cash, do not enforce masks, and i'm not sure if they sanitized the seat before and after i sat in it. they did not tell me the piercing procedure or at least tell me ahead of time they were putting the needle in, i wasn't given the chance to pick my jewelry nor was i even told what type of jewelry they'd use. rob, the piercer could be friendlier and maybe a little more gentle. i got what i paid for and will most likely be getting repierced elsewhere. read more

Awesome service. My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced, nothing too challenging. But with Covid it was harder to find someone. We gave them a call and they told us to come in after a specific tome because they were busy, and had other clients booked. Not a problem. We arrived, as well as several other people. At least 8 people were waiting to get piercings, that to me means they must be doing something right to have that much of a demand. We waited a little while, the others went, and one by one each came out happy with the results. In between each client, they cleaned the room and got everything ready for the next customer. My daughter was nervous, the guy doing the piercings was really nice, and showed her the dots. The first piercing startled her, she didn't cry, but was scared for the next ear. He was really nice and patient while we talked her into the second ear. He offered if we wanted to come back another day that was cool. But my daughter did it and easy as pie. She loves the piercings! They look great, and I like the ear rings they use, good quality and seem like they will be easy to keep clean. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you! read more

I had 3 piercings done here at once & they were terrible. He was struggling to even pierce through my ear, I could feel him shaking. He had me leave with blood dripping down my ear. I was praying they wouldn't get infected, but of course they did. My piercings were bloody, crusty, & developed big bumps.
