I placed an order for some adhesive on December 16, 2024, through her website, which states that orders will be ready within 24 hours. However, as a lash business owner, it's unprofessional for me to have to reschedule because the owner doesn't adhere to her store hours of 9:30 AM to 5 PM. Today, December 18, 2024, I arrived at 9:30 AM and it's now 10:45 AM. @ 10:06 i recieved a message my order is ready for pick up ... I've gone to the store several times, but no one answers the phone or has opened the shop. I've also tried reaching out via email, Instagram, and text. If you're considering shopping here, I recommend placing your orders weeks in advance to avoid similar issues--or maybe think twice about shopping here altogether.

I've gotten my lashes done at other places before and never had any issues I know the proper care and the precautions I need to take in order for my lashes to last. However this was a last minute appointment because I had a flight to catch later that night. I wanted to get a hybrid set for my vacation and I knew the appointment would be around 2 hours. When my set was finished I noticed the time and it took almost 3 hours for a set that didn't look hybrid at all. It looked more like a classic set. I didn't have time to sit there more hours and have her fix it so I paid and left. Hours later I got to my vacation destination and combed out my lashes only to see they were flaky and falling out in chunks. I was beyond livid when I noticed my lashes falling off when it hadn't even been 24 hours since getting them done. I messaged Liz and heard no response yet and I requested my money back. This is so unacceptable and I'm very disappointed with the service considering the high class salon this is. This ruined my vacation and I will not be returning. I hope I hear back from Liz soon and get my refund.

I took time off work to get to the appointment on time, drove OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to get to her, waited in the lobby where she approached me and said she had no appointments for the rest of the day. My heart dropped, I showed her our messages from the day prior and as she scrolled through them she muttered "oh i forgot..". She said that she could not take me that day because she had booked a class for that time slot. It was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate and upsetting. She said she'd be accommodating but didn't offer times and when I asked about my next available day she seemed hesitant to take me. She later went on to post on her instagram that it was clients duty to assure that their appointments were set and that she would send verification texts, the whole situation just was very unprofessional. I have nothing against her work, just wish it went differently. She later offered a 30$ discount but I am still hesitant to take the offer. Also I am very forgiving and understanding of human error, I know times are busy right now but there was just no way for me to know if I wasn't booked considering all she had asked of me was my information. I never knew she sent verification texts and she was continuing to promote other time slots on her instagram so I assumed my time was booked.
