NAIL HAD CHIPPED 3 DAYS LATER!! I went here because I didnt book an appointment at my favorite place on time and they couldnt take me in. I called and they took me in on May 12th at 6:20pm, while the message felt good and the people were super nice that I cant deny. I paid the smae amount Ive paid at other places for a better experince. Paid $72 including tip, $45 for pedicure, $17 for gel and 10 dlls tip. Well I should have listened to reviews, 3 days later and my nail has chipped. Keep in mind Ive only gone out once to church and came home. Havent even been out and about yet. I would not reccomend this place to anyone because you will be throwing your money away as stated in other reviews. The work they did wasnt like wow (as you can see in pics) but I wasnt going to leave a bad review just for that, I figured I would just never return but now that its chipped its very upsetting. read more

Now I've been here a couple times before for a new set, toes and then a follow up. I had no complaints. I thought this would be my new nail salon. So I go in today, per my hubby's request to treat myself today. I went in with a picture screenshot of what I wanted on my phone. Showed it to the girls and they sat me down. Toes were painted without a problem. I didn't get a pedicure. Its too painful for my feet. As far as my hands, that's another story. I was cut several times. I was bleeding and not once did she stop and clean me up or even try to disinfect. Using files and contaminating them with my blood. Never really spoke to me about anything, forget about apologizing. Then after all that pain and suffering, she didn't get the colors right. $40 for a fill and toes painting. I tried going to another nail salon to change the Polish, but I have to wait a week for my fingers to recover. Every single finger on my hands was injured from one extreme to another. read more

They were all very nice.. I went for a mani-pedi, before I went out of town for a wedding. I shouldn't pay 56.00 and go home and have to touch up their work. My skin around my nails were hanging and catching on to my clothes. I had to trim them off. My skin was burning like razor blade slices on each finger. The clear polish on my nails, was a yellow.. The nail shop is clean and that is a must for me. The space is small and leaves a lot to be desired. The chairs are modern and super comfortable. When I walked in I asked how long the wait was for a manicure and pedicure. I was told about five minutes even though I could not sit. Everyone waiting was there for waxing. I waiting for about an hour and they sat me in the chair for 45 minutes without anyone helping me. I know it's a busy day so I didn't complain. The only problem was that the girl kept leaving me to go help other people. I was sitting in the chair with wet feet just waiting. A lady fell in the bathroom and started yelling like she was dying. She was old and in a walker. I was like omg I'm never getting out of here. Now as I'm writing this they are trying to figure out if 911 needs to come. Stumbled upon this place to get help with my 12 year old sons toenails. We called, got in right away and everyone was so nice, helpful, welcoming. Everyone converses with you and makes you feel good about yourself. They want to help! My son was getting a little scared and asked for water- so they walked next door to buy water. Way too nice of them!!! They made him feel so comfortable and put him at ease during the whole process. Before I came to fashion nails I went to unique nails and spa. Let me say this unique nails HORRIBLE, my nails were too thick, the stickers came off and the gel on the first day of getting them done. The nail tech who did them was rude and wasn't even paying attention. I got them done Friday and I was so embarrassed walking around with ugly nails. So I stopped by at fashion nails. My poor little sister came here to get her nails done for her senior prom and they did such a sloppy job they were uneven they left polish all over her skin she was suppose to have a glitter accent nail and they just did one coat of glitter which looked terrible she came home so upset so I called them and talked to Audrey and she said to have her come in and that they would fix them they totally messed up her shape they were suppose to be coffin shaped and they made them look almond and left glitter polish all on her skin the coffin shape is super common so I don't know why they rounded the tips we are probably going to take her somewhere else to get them redone I'll post pictures of how they were suppose to be how they were done the first time and after they "fixed" them read more

I brought my sister to get our nails filled in. Honestly I do not recommend this nail salon at all. DO NOT COME!!! They messed my sisters nails up, she went home and ended up fixing them herself. As the lady was doing my nails (I believe the owner) Lina Or something like that, I kept telling her she was leaving my nails crooked. She responded "it's your nail, you do it, you can file your nails when I'm finished filling them in," WRONG! If you are a licensed manicurist you should know how to leave nails straight, you went to school for it. End of story, just don't come. read more

They know exactly what I like and the length that I want. My female family members started with them 20 years ago and have been stuck ever since. I made an appointment for 3 pedicures over the phone, I asked what time would work for the company. They gave me a time. We get at the location at the time that was given and I said we called ahead of 3 appointments. They said I only called for 1 pedicure and that an appointment with 3 pedicures we would have to wait an hour. In general, waiting doesn't bother me.
