As a follow up to my previous review....this is what my pedicure looks like 1 day after. Crooked cut and the paint already flaking off

Great service , very gentle, nice atmosphere. Next time going for the full experience

I came in on Saturday to get my pedicure fixed. The guy that helped me was cutting my feet up and rushing and I kept saying oh that hurts and he said I gotta get the nail polish off somehow so it ended up happening. He he did acrylic on my toenails and the big toes were crooked and he said your nails are just like that. You know I don't know since living up here in Victorville area. I noticed a tend to treat Black people different especially women I usually tip $15-$20 when a person does a good job. Honestly, I didn't want to tip at all, but I know they always think that Black people don't tip so I tipped five dollars. But I've been having horrible experience with nail tech and the high desert. Please do better not everybody is the same.

My new favorite nail salon here in Victorville. I will definitely come back! They are very nice and polite. Made me feel welcome right when I walked in. Natalie did a great job with my nails. I love them!

Natalie is THE best. This salon has THE best service. I've tried dozens of shops in Atlanta--and none compare to the quality of work or the service provided here. I wish I could pack them up to move them to Georgia! Thank you ladies for such excellent service.

Lené C.

I was in there yesterday with my mom and my niece and we had an INCREDIBLE experience. This is a new shop and is worthy of your business hands down. We used to go to Royal Nails on Main St in Hesperia but came to this new location near Best Buy, it is the same great quality as the other shop. Tina did my nails and I am a very satisfied customer! You should check this shop out!

Honestly, I'm pretty pissed about my nails. I told the lady I wanted my natural nails shaped and the gel redone. She told me, "Oh, I'll just cut a little bit." Instead, she cut my natural nails extremely short, then immediately pulled out the acrylics. I spent a long time growing my nails out. I told her several different times that I wasn't there for acrylics. It was pretty obvious by the length of my nails that I wanted to keep my natural nails. I honestly think she did it on purpose, hoping I'd change my mind after she'd already cut them off and let her do a $60+ acrylic service instead. I can't prove it, but that was definitely the vibe I got since she just kept trying to push acrylics. I should have just been patient and gone to my nail lady in Orange County. Instead, I left with extremely short nails because she couldn't just listen. On top of that, I was told the wait for a walk-in would be 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting, but just be transparent about the wait time so customers know what to expect. Regardless of her pushing acrylics and basically ruining my natural nails, I still got the exact service I originally asked for. So no, she didn't get the $60+ acrylic service, and she didn't get a tip either. Listen to the customer instead of just doing what you want. If someone says they want to keep their natural nails, respect that. Customers are coming to you for a service they requested, not for you to decide what you think they should get. I'll never come here again. read more

I've been to this nail salon multiple times and had good experience in terms of customer service. The quality of the mani/pedi were fine, even though not as long lasting when compared to some of the nail salons in OC/LA. I won't be returning to this location, due to the fact that I made an appointment when the shop opened one day, and was told to go in at 1 in the afternoon. When I arrived (right on time), I was told they were short staffed and couldn't accommodate me. Someone could have at least called me to let me know the person for my appt couldn't make it. Went in for nothing and had to scramble to find another place to get my nails done before an event. Not cool at all. To the owner who responded to the review- Thanks for the response, but it is indeed the location next to Best Buy I'm referring to. This review is to reflect something that happened in the past, not today. Since the disappointing event took place, I have decided not to visit again in case the shop again double books and I'm asked to reschedule. Hopefully my experience is an exception, not the rule. However, I will not be removing the review, as it accurately reflects my personal experience. read more

They're ok. Pedicure was too short. By that I mean, it literally took them 20 minutes to do my husbands pedicure. Now, I'm from LA and pedicures are at least double that time. It's like you don't even have enough time to sit and get settled before it's over. Do better! read more

I was coming here a few times before never had any issues. I usually get the young gentleman who does my pedicure but since it was so busy I got someone else. My recent visit I had got a gel pedicure and asked how much the older lady said 65$ that's including with the callus removal. Ok so as she was doing my nails she properly didn't scrub the bottom of my feet and didn't get all the rough parts of the bottom of my feet and on top of that when she was painting my nails she missed some parts of the nail and left a bump of polish on my big toe and proceeded to paint over it. I asked her if she can fix it and she did a horrible job. So as I'm paying she charges me 70$ and I'm like you said 65$ she said no it's 70$. I told her I never pay that much for a gel pedicure with calluses removal, so whatever I paid. So the next following day I get an infection on my big toe i wanted to go back to see if there's anything they can do, but their closed on Sundays so I had to go to urgent care to get some antibiotics on my toe. Never again I'm coming back. read more

There is nothing about this place that constitutes their prices. $35 for a basic, simple , 25 minute pedicure. $7 for French tip and $2 if you forget to bring cash. $44.00 for a basic pedicure is insane. This is before you are expected to tip the person as well ?!?!? I was the only one in there so time wasn't an issue either. No callus treatment or anything. Just the basic simple feet in water for a few minutes and out. Their massaging chair wasn't working properly and honestly wasn't comfortable, nor did a good job massaging. The front door was open so you heard the transients dog bark continuously along with all the cars driving around the shopping center. Since the door was open flys came in and I had to keep brushing them away from my feet and kegs. There was nothing that was relaxing about this experience nor did I find it worth the money they charged me. I will say .. the owner is very nice and truly tries to make you feel comfortable, but the pedicure was underwhelming and not remotely worth the money. read more

Being new to HD, I am searching for my new "spots" to be a regular at. Im glad i came across Royal Nails Spa Studio. This location is newer, so it wasnt as busy and i was able to get an appointment as soon as i called. Service was great and attentive to details. I had a classic spa pedicure with Natalie and would say that this is the best pedicure I've received in the HD. White polish, in general, is difficult for some spa places to pull off - just due to the multiple layers that are needed to cover the nail. However, Natalie did a SUPERIOR JOB. Spa Salon itself is very clean and a lot of park spots since it's located in a small shopping area between UPS and Best Buy. Sure, there might be street noise due to propping of the front door, but I found myself tuning it out because I was scrolling on my phone... There is a $2 surcharge for paying with card, so keep that in mind. However, it would be the same concept if you were to withdraw money from an ATM, so that wasn't a big deal. read more

I was happy to hear that she went back to texting since last year she had me sign up for an app (vagaro app) to make appointments and it was difficult to find her and she also did not have her availability set up, which is actually one of the reasons why I never returned. The reason for the one star this time is because I texted the number in the morning inquiring about getting a wax. She now has an assistant that helps her with her appointments. She asked me when was the last time I shaved/waxed and let her know that it had been a week. (In my mind it was obvious that I would be wanting to schedule something out for 5 weeks). She told me "oh ok unfortunately we need 4-6 weeks of hair growth" and then in a separate text asked me if I wanted to schedule something out for another 5 weeks. I let her know that I was hoping to do that and then asked what days of the week is Priscilla in since I am only available on weekends. Maybe I asked too many questions (I asked 3) but they never replied back to me. It was later in the afternoon when I replied to their last text (5:30pm) so if I had to wait till the next day to hear back I wasn't going to be upset. This conversation happened on 10/23 and it is now 11/1 and I have yet to hear back. Priscilla is the only one who I have found that does waxing in the high desert so its a little disappointing when I cant even access her work. While her pricing can seem a little high, she is totally worth it and you can tell that she wants her work to be good. One of the reasons why I wanted to go back to her! But we will see if I ever hear back.

I can't say enough great things about Colleen! Working with her has truly changed my life in ways I…read morenever expected. When I first started, I thought fitness was mostly about working out, but Colleen helped me understand that real transformation starts with what we put into our bodies and how our bodies use food for fuel. She taught me so much about body composition, how to count my macros, and how to make nutrition work for my goals instead of against them. One of the biggest eye-openers for me was learning the importance of eating good carbohydrates. For years, I steered away from carbs because I thought I couldn't lose weight if I ate them. Colleen helped me understand the difference between good carbohydrates and processed foods, and she showed me how the right carbs actually fuel your body, support your workouts, and can absolutely be part of a healthy weight-loss journey. What makes Colleen so special is that she doesn't just give you a plan--she educates you, empowers you, and genuinely wants you to succeed. She took the time to explain the "why" behind everything, which completely changed the way I think about food, fitness, and taking care of myself. Because of her guidance, I have more confidence, more knowledge, and a healthier relationship with both food and my body. Beyond her incredible expertise, Colleen is supportive, encouraging, and truly invested in her clients' success. You can feel how much she cares, and that makes all the difference. She has given me tools and knowledge that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend Colleen and all of the services she provides to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being. She has made such a positive impact on my life, and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

My first time coming to this Nail Salon. As soon as I walked in I was assisted by Paul who was very respectful and was very informative on the Service Royal Nail provides. Although they were busy staff remained calmed and reassured customers coming in that they will be assisted. Overall quality of service was amazing. I requested pedicure with French tip Brandon did a beautiful job as well as Paul who did my Acrylic French tip Sets. The atmosphere was definitely calming and I'd say this location is definitely a place I will return for the service I received today. Thank you , Paul and Brandon! read more

I have tried so many other places and always left unhappy until I tried this place, I first came for Mother's Day and I absolutely loved my nails, the shape, the color, the attention to detail. The place is clean, they have great customer service. They immediately offered me something to drink. Evonne did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. I've been here once more after my initial visit and loved my second set even more than the first one. read more

Royal Nail Spa is excellent! It's by far the best nail spa in Victorville. Its been trial and error for me to find a place like this. Staff is kind, friendly and respectful. The spa is clean, quiet and relaxing. I really enjoy coming here. They don't rush their services and always make sure you are comfortable and that you love what they did. They mostly go by appointments but do take walk ins. read more

While the other salon wasn't bad, I left feeling unsatisfied with their scrubbing. I'm a bit particular about getting a really good scrub to remove dead skin--it's such an important part of a pedicure for me--and when it's not done right, it just doesn't feel complete. Here, I had an older gentleman do my pedicure, and I really appreciated the time and care he put into it. He wasn't rushing to finish, which made the whole experience much more relaxing and thorough. It felt like he was genuinely focused, and that attention to detail really stood out.

The 2 ladies that worked on my hand and feet were very nice and super gentle. They were accomodating and made sure I got the design and nail color I liked. The only thing, I didn't notice until I got home, during my pedicure I didn't realize my nail tech didn't cut my big toe nails right. Other salons will take off the ingrown nails but my nail tech didn't do that and I'm not sure why. Anyway, it was still a very good experience and I'm glad I found this little gem of a nail salon. Another good thing is there's plenty of parking, and they were able to take me in as a walk-in and I only had to wait 10mins. Plus, they were next door to a hair salon which I went to afterwards for a hair trim.

She began to prep my nail to add the gel polish, I stopped her and said NO thank you, you've done enough, I don't want any color. Why not? She asked. I didn't say a word. Once you speak up about the poor job they did they talk shit about you. Maybe she was tired ? This is a Sunday afternoon. The place was near empty. Next my hand nails, I asked for a Deep French tip, the nail tech took soooooo long to finish I asked was this the first time he had done this type of nail style, he kind of got offended he said "Oh I've done this type and many others". Yet he did such a poor job... ugh so irritating how many of these nail places have people who don't have proper licenses or certificates to actually do this job. I tip them anyways $5 each on top of my regular bill. $120+tip smh fist and last time I visit this place. Another thing the way they talking in their native language and stare and laugh like villains is wrong and annoying. It's so obvious they are talking mess about whoever is complaining.
