I gave 4 stars for customer service. The employees were really nice and I love that it's a family environment. I saw so many mothers with their kids getting nails done together, I even had my 7 month old sitting on my lap while I got a pedicure and the employees were so interactive with him and fine with him being on my lap while doing my nails. I came in as a walk in and they sat me down in a chair right away, but I still waited awhile to get helped. I felt like my pedicure was a bit rushed, it wasn't a relaxing experience which is what I seek when going in to a nail salon, and I wasn't happy with my color. They gave me one pack of nail colors to look at which wasn't much. The color I chose came out clear which was not how it looked on the swatch. I didn't have time to ask them to change it so I just kept it. Although this wasn't my favorite place, it's the best I've found out here in the high desert so I would come back. I'll just choose a different color next time! Lol read more

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I had a disappointing experience. I got a French tip pedicure and regular manicure, and not only was the quality poor, but I also felt misled about the pricing. I ended up being overcharged, and when I brought it up, there was no clear explanation just that the pricing on the book was out dated. My pedicure itself was messy. The French tips were uneven--one side was noticeably thicker than the other--and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly, the tech just tried filing the nail down, which didn't help. They didn't shape my nails on my manicure at all, and there was still visible dirt under them when I left, which is unacceptable after a professional manicure. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this salon. The lack of attention to detail and transparency left me really disappointed. read more

My daughter and I went yesterday, 12/4/25, and got two basic pedicures. We were the only customers in there at the time and the 2 women doing our pedicures were rushing and doing everything so fast as if they were being timed. The women just walked away when they were done; one started filing her nails and drilling underneath her nails, the other just sat back on a chair with her feet up. I had to ask if we were done to which she replied "2 minutes". The best part is that my daughter's big toe is red, slightly swollen, and she said it feels itchy. The woman doing her nails was scraping the sides of her nails so carelessly that she poked/stabbed her with the tool. Just waiting now to see if her toe gets worse. Never going back. read more

This is what my gel manicure looks like after I asked her to fix them twice. Instead of fixing them, she filed my nails down to the quick. When she pulled out the nail clippers, I made her stop. It wasn't until I left and got a good look at them when I called and asked for a refund. There's no fixing this mess. I arrived and was treated like I was in the wrong when I refused to let them file my nails one more time. The owner embarrassed me by slamming my money down on the counter and shooing me away. I'm the owner of a popular hair salon in the desert. I will NEVER recommend this place to any of my clients. And watch out for your daughters around the male nail techs. I'm literally so upset right now. I just went there and I got the volcano pedicure, which is like $73 plus $15 for gel so about $88 total I asked the woman if she could please take out my ingrown toenails she refused which is actually insane to me. I always get my ingrown nails taken out at nail places one of the main reasons why I come is for that so I was upset about that very upset and then she keeps poking my inflamed ingrown toenail that she refused to take out while she's painting my nails like why I don't know why I decided to get my eyebrows done as well after this experience, which was a big mistake. She did an absolutely horrible job on my eyebrows. I could've done a better job, plucking them myself. I asked her to please do my eyebrows and my chin. only and this woman literally waxed my whole freaking face. I asked her to please not do my cheeks and she still proceeded to do my cheeks my sideburns all the way up to my whole forehead. I had $100 gift certificate and my bill ended up being $141 for this I don't even understand she then charges my card for the full total and has to give me cash for $100 which is even more ridiculous. I waited a whole week to do this review. I came in with my mother to get my nails and toes done. The pros : I made and appointment and they were available. Constructive feedback: They were short and choppy with me. The man did not ask me to turn off my back massager before he started he just turned it of and asked for my hand. While I'm getting my nails done. I notice a female waiting for her nails. No one asked her what she wanted to get or if she needed help until she asked them. Then they placed her in a chair to get her feet done. Some how she ended up back at the nail table still waiting. She was so frustrated she left with a few words about getting themselves together. Now after she left is when I really felt uncomfortable because another customer said you know it's a privilege to get your nails done. Well, my sis and I went to this shop for pedicures. I was tired so I turned the massage chair on and closed my eyes, not sleep. worst service I have ever had. Wasted $145.00 dollars. First time that I did not tip. I called ahead to get the prices for the services I wanted for my 2 granddaughters, 8 & 13, and myself. When we arrived the prices were a lot higher but my husband had already driven off so we stayed. First we got pedicures. They never offered to tirn on our massage chairs so I asked and we were told to wait, I was unhappy with that so they told us to do it ourselfs. The man doing my 8 year old kept trying to put ger feet im the water so I told him to stop because she hadn't finished rolling up her pant legs, then he made her fingers bleed. She also wanted stickers and told they don't have any, they do. They brought the stickers, left and started working on another women. We waited only because my granddaughter really wanted them. A worker came up and asked if we were ready to pay. I said, NO, we are still waiting for the stickers to be put on, so the guy came to put her stickers on but did not cover with a clear coat " which I didn't realize until we left, by the time we got picked up the stickers had fallen off. My 13 year old did not want box nails but the lady said she had to. No she doesn't! Her polish was done so poorly, she had more on her fingers yhan her nails and her toe nails. never got a clear coat on them. I go to pay and the tried to charge me more than they told me. When I showed her how to add, she got upset and said. 'Well if your going to make a big deal over a few dollars" It was $18.00 dollars more. I have gone there on and off since 2014 and always had great service but today was just BAD. It's so sad because it was supposed to be a nicer day for my granddaughters and myself. read more

I got a mani/pedi on Friday afternoon. By Sunday morning, one of my fingers had almost completely chipped off (see photo). I did literally nothing to cause that - I took one whole shower during that time frame, went to dinner at one point, and then just hung around the. Rest of the time. My nail should not have chipped off. The rest of my fingers are chipped, but that one is the worst. Also, one finger was clumpy and blobby (see photo). Definitely do not recommend this place. The pedi (so far) is fine but the nails are atrocious. $65 (mani/pedi plus tip) is far too much to pay for a set of nails that I have to remove before my work week even starts. read more

First time here. Very busy. Was supposed to accomodate 3 individuals at once. So far only one of us are getting services. If you want a foot massage don't count on anything more than a minute. Kind of sucks because that was what I was looking forward to. I got the green tea but not much of a full service. Too rushed to just get you out fast. I would suggest that management defines what a massage is on their menu so your customers will not be disappointed. Also, if management can't accommodate your appointment promptly then they should not schedule you. Overall I got my toes and nails done just not to my level of expected service. Terrible attitude!! The older man wearing a hat had so much animosity from the very start of our experience here! He was very offensive! We took my 4 year old granddaughter for her first experience and this was a terrible experience for all of us. I was waiting to pay and he comes to me and says "do you want to pay?" I responded jokingly, "well, I don't want to but I will," with a smile. He turns and walks away and says "when you're ready to pay let me know." I said "I'm ready, I was just joking." And he kept walking and proceeded to talk crap about me to the other techs. He also notched my daughter-in-law's toe polish by putting brown polish under pink polish glitter, without asking and by the time she noticed it was a done deal! My friend was also with us and they told her they didn't have the color she wanted only in gel, before we knew it they had her toes under the light and charged $20 more. They had the dual pack of regular polish and gel, and both polishes were there. So they were just trying to get more money out of her! I will never go to this establishment again!!! read more

Latest experience here really was the final straw... so very rude. Feels like I'm being rushed and shuffled around. I went in first thing in the morning and it was not busy. I grab the color palettes in the front to pick. Girl doing my toes snatches them and hands me a different color palette? I'm assuming it's to put back the one in the front. I pick a color and the one I choose is low, the man doing my nails tells me. Not a big deal at all to me, I'll just need the color palette again. The man visibly becomes annoyed and goes off somewhere else until my pedicure is done. So I pick another color, he goes to get it and he says I need a base which he's picked. I tell him I'd like a different base. He says "are you sure?" He snaps at me to scoot my chair closer (im 39 weeks pregnant), and at this point I never want to see any of them again. I had really liked this place because they aren't chintzy with the polish, but had a bad experience the other day and won't be returning. Girl with blue tips on her glasses was rude at every turn and twist. I just wanted my nails done and always leave an above average tips. She kept tapping my fingers saying, put it down, I'll do, I'll do. Didn't put the color on I requested, cut my nails without asking and just really did a sub par job. I walked in asking for a fill. I showed the woman the reference photo and said I wanted white nails, or a light color, with the heart on 2 nails. Going in, my nails were pink & white ombré. The woman was confused by my request and asked if I wanted a black ombré on my nails. I again told her I wanted the whole nail painted. She had to ask another lady to help her because she didn't understand the color I wanted. She pulled out the gel colors & asked me to pick my color. I told her, I'll just get white. It seemed like what I was asking was too hard to understand and made me feel like a nuisance. By this point I'm already disappointed. She started working on my nails, starting with cuticle oil. I'm not entirely sure if that's all she did though. Because later, my pinky and ring finger started BURNING around and on top of my nail bed and was in a lot of pain whenever she put the brush to those fingers. I washed my hands twice and it still hurt. It feels fine to the touch, but whenever polish or something touched the top of the nail, I was suddenly in a lot of pain again. Still not sure what's up honestly. Applying Nail polish should NOT cause that much pain. I was visibly wincing. Not only was I in pain, but the polish looks bad & not at all what I asked for. You can see brush strokes, although the camera doesn't pick them up. Lots of visible bubbles on my right hand & over all a messy job. The polish is very bumpy. Lastly, they charged me almost $40 for just a fill and solid color. Never in my life have I paid so much for a fill & basic paint. I left feeling pretty upset, Bc I thought I had asked for something pretty simple. It's also pretty dirty in there. Powder everywhere and in the cracks of the dividers. It doesn't look like they clean their tools. The box she pulled out was covered in powder & polish. Kinda gross. Plus there's a pandemic, so cleaning and sanitation should be at its best. This was my second time here. The first time, I paid for 2 mani pedis with a citrus treatment. They completely forgot my mani treatment after painting my nails. Paid well over $200 that visit and was kinda disappointed Bc I didn't get everything I paid for. My nails were cute so I just sucked it up. read more

I am so disappointed with the manicure and pedicure I got today. I paid $15 for a basic manicure and $46 for a specialized pedicure. Both of these services were completed in less than an hour. I have 2 toes that are bleeding because the toe nails were cut too short and my cuticles are rough and ragged because they weren't trimmed properly. The technician's name is Jessica. I decided to try this place and I am really disappointed. I am really sad on how thin the matte gel is on my nails. I can literally bend my nail. It feels like regular polish and not worth the money at all! I asked the man if I could get one extra layer of top coat to make them feel like they're not going to break and he said he told me I should have got the dip and he can take them off and put dip on.
