I felt like my pedicure was a bit rushed, it wasn't a relaxing experience which is what I seek when going in to a nail salon, and I wasn't happy with my color. They gave me one pack of nail colors to look at which wasn't much. The color I chose came out clear which was not how it looked on the swatch. Today, December 18, 2024, I arrived at 9:30 AM and it's now 10:45 AM. @ 10:06 i recieved a message my order is ready for pick up ... I've gone to the store several times, but no one answers the phone or has opened the shop. I've also tried reaching out via email, Instagram, and text. My left eyelid got very swollen and red so I called Liz/Owner to let her know what I was experiencing. She told me to just brush them and was basically blowing me off. I called my original lash tech and she indicated that the lashes that Liz put on me were bunches up too much and plugged up my lash follicles. Worst experience I've ever had and Liz was very unprofessional! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I feel Liz is very young and has a long journey ahead of her.
