First time trying out this nail salon. I went in at 6:00pm and was out of there at 7:16 pm. I was able to get a pedicure and acrylic set. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I even got a stamp card for a future 10% off. Will definitely be back

Day 2!!Gel manicure and she took a chunk off my pinky and it still bled after I left. Waste of $35. My fingers look so crusty

Went in for a gel manicure and calluses remove. She took a chunk off my pinky and still bled after I left. My nails started chipping on day 2!! Plus the gel looked so chunky! The lady claimed her husband owned the place. She's first chair to the right when you walk in.

The staff was great. We came because our usual spot was busy, and we didn't want to wait for another day. This place accommodated us last minute. Everyone was busy trying to clean up to close shop, but they didn't make us feel rushed. They didn't speed the process of doing our pedicures, and our toes look great. We will come back whenever our usual spot is not available. We are creatures of habit, and well, I do like my nail spot.

I was recommended to come to this shop by my aunt because I live down the hill here in West Covina, and she lives up there in hesperia and my gosh the drive was worth it. I called a day before to schedule an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure: GEL + Service of Hot Stones (+$5) HOLLY was absolutely amazing. My gosh her hands and technique were amazing. I work and stand on my feet all day and the MASSAGES she does on your feet and calves etc I couldn't believe it. It's been a VERY LONG TIME since someone massages good and TAKES OUT EVERY INGROWN TOENAIL WITHOUT CUTTING ME! Absolutely amazing! Manicure: GEL TRUNG I believe mostly focuses on hands. He has rough hands but is VERY GENTLE when doing service. He literally cleaned ALL my cuticles and dead skin ( Mine was very bad since I'm always touching water for work) but he was also very fast. He cleaned my cuticles, he cleaned under my nails, shaped them and did an amazing ARM AND HAND MASSAGE! He literally did 5 mins each arm like deep tissue. The main person in charge usually who answers the phone too is helpful, great customer service to everyone inside the salon in general. I have not had a great experience like this in a very long time!! I definitely will be back and I definitely believe the drive up the hill will be worth it for this. I forgot the pricing but I paid 100 for my services. Mind you I got GEL, and I got a nail color that comes with a design $5 or $15 I don't remember. The halo graphics ON THE NAIL are HAND DONE with a metal thing, and I had the additional Hot Stones to my Pedicure. Thank you to the team at Royal Nails. I went Friday 10/13 @ 9:45am. By the time afternoon hit like around 11 phones were going crazy, last minute appointments, and walk ins. So best bet is to BOOK EARLY OR IN ADVANCE!!!

Mom and I walked into the salon and we were the only clients at this time. We both asked for mani-pedi. My manicure was powder and my moms was gel. The man doing my pedicure was very rude. Didn't really pay attention to detail. I had to fix my toes at home because there were painted so bad. The lady who did my manicure didn't even clean my cuticles. Like what? Moms mani and pedi came out looking great. Total was close to $200. What a rip. Won't be coming back. Oh yea Not even a week later my powder manicure was coming off.

Took my daughter to get her nails and toes done , and they did an awesome job ! The service there was friendly and welcoming. We found our new nail spot lol.

Rushed through my service.. all of my nails were filed down into uneven squares, even though I told him to leave them long and as ovals. My french tip was blotchy on some nails and also uneven in thickness and shape. They're fine if you stare at them from far away but up close they're giving early 2000's, and definitely not what I wanted. lol don't try new places I guess.

Holly did my nails today! she was amazing so kind and attentive! I will definitely be back!

You guys... you seriously have no idea how picky I am with my nails and I absolutely love this place! They hook my nails up every single time I come and every person I've had is wonderful! I've had Sonny, Tina, Natalie, Howie, and Paul and I have not had one single complaint. Anything I ask to be fixed, is fixed right away. I highly recommend this place, but I also recommend making an appointment. You won't be disappointed! read more

First the lady sweeps my feet. I told her how rude that was. I pay $80.00 everytime I come. Today Sonny wants to charge me $85.00 because he says he took his time. I told him he is suppose to take his time. Last time I gave him a tip, although my nails were not filed properly, they were not smooth. He told me not to come back anymore. He just mad because I went to the nail shop across the parking lot last time. Thought he was going to charge me an extra $5, please. They did better work for less actually. I will definitely keep my Black dollars in my Black wallet & Sonny, you can kiss my black you know what. read more

Good place nice and clean they used clean tools even clean nail files they would throw them away after every use which I loved I'm very particular about that I got a pedi and gel mani I paid 45 for both it's is pricey compared to other places but I feel it's worth it for the peace of mind read more

Yes I do I have my favorites there to do my peds. Some aren't as efficient for I have a tendency to get ingrown nails. Most of the time I do well. Unfortunately this last time I had a lot of trouble with ingrowns! So I ended up cutting my big toe nails myself and they really look bad but I couldn't stand the pain! read more

I got gel French tip. They did a really good job on my nails. I've been to other salons where they rush while doing your nails, so they end up cutting you on the sides of you cuticles. Here they took their time to make sure the shape was exactly how I wanted it and didn't leave my nail beds feeling sore. 100% coming back! f read more

Seriously walking into Royal nails was such a breath of fresh air. Super clean and comfortable. Haven't been to a nail salon in the high desert that everyone was super sweet and welcoming. Sonny made sure everyone was attended to and all the appointments were on time. Howie did an amazing job on my nails, like exactly what I asked for ! After moving to the high desert and trying different not so good nail spas I kept making the hour drive to get my nails done at the place I've been going for almost 10 years . I finally found my new nail place . My pedi was awesome besides the fact I had two in grown nails ( my fault ) but they took very good care of me , just didn't get her name :( . This was my first time here. I walked in and was seated right away since it wasn't too busy. The girl started to work on me and when She opens her tools from the bag I noticed that these tools weren't even sterilized! It looks like she just put them in the bag and hopefully they washed!! I work in the medical field, and I see when something is sterile.... The edge of the bag has a different color to indicate sterilization. When I went to check they tell me there is an additional 2.00 credit card processing fee is this ok? I inform them that I wish it was told to me in the beginning so I could have ran to grab cash, the gentleman points to the sign that is on the wall that is facing inward to the salon, not in the front of the salon so I wasn't aware and he then informs me that they usually tell people. We'll I was never told! Asked if they have a zelle Or Venmo, because 2.00 is a lot, he said well you should look at my statement! the girl that was helping me said something to him in another language and he snapped at her and said only credit card or cash! I had no other choice but to pay it. I understand that there may be a fee but yayy o more that 1.00. Will not be returning. read more

I believe I've found a nail salon that I will return to in the high desert. Howie was awesome my feet feel great and look fabulous. He is the person to get it right! The organization is very clean and relaxing. No pressure in regards to up selling like most salon do (you get what you ask for) and that's also a first for me. Quality work & at an incredible price compared to other salons in the High Desert. My mom & I frequent here for pedicures & not once have we left disappointed. Loved my full set and gel pedicure! Really great customer service my nail tech did Exactly what I asked for my nail, pedicure was amazing callus remover and a nice massage removed my cuticles without hurting me too! I walked in and was greeted quickly I did have to wait about 20 minutes for my fill because they were busy or shortstaffed however when I got my fill the guy his name is Howie was super sweet very talkative and he was multitasking he did a beautiful job on my fill and I asked him to reshape my nails because they were squared and I asked for pointy from a previous salon. I love how they came out and I love the great customer service! I will be going back for my fills from now on! read more

The whole gang is back- Paul, Sonny, Natalie, Howie, Tina & Holly! The new place looks great, modern, new and of course clean (as expected from these professionals). The location seems to be better than the old one, so I don't have to worry about my vehicle or vagrants loitering about. Prices are reasonable and quality of work exceeds expectations (especially for what's typical in the high desert). I've always been happy with the quality of work, professionalism & attentiveness they have given in the past. As expected, they are continuing to keep those high standards and expectations. I walked into the salon to get my nails done and the man at the front asked me what i wanted to get done and then proceeded to tell me they were to busy for me and to come back monday. Granted i was there on a saturday at 3:00 but they close at 7. I could of waited. Anyway i took my business somewhere else. read more

Did a walk in with my mom and the place wasn't super packed. They started working on us immediately (it was my first time but my mom has come before). The service was great! I got a gel mani and regular pedi by Holly and she did a very meticulous job on both my hands and feet. Sonny did my nail design and it looks better than the picture that I showed him for the inspo. Overall a great place to go if you want to get your nails done for a quality experience. Thank you! read more

I have gotten gel x nails before and I have never experienced burning pain before. I let the technician know that it hurt really bad, no response. So I tried to ignore it and move on. But two nails later, it burned again, it was very painful. Then I simply asked the question, is this supposed to be happening? But that seemed to upset the nail tech and then he started to make me feel like it was my fault that my nail was in a lot of pain and then he went off with his little comments that got me upset. I was simply trying to communicate that something was wrong, and trying to understand why it's burning so bad. I kindly ask for a different nail tech, but I was ready to leave, but decided to give someone else a chance and that person was good. Flag #2: I was ready to pay but apparently they don't take any card. There Internet was "down" and only take Zelle. I wish they told me that when I walked in. The funny part is that they point me to the ATM and a print out with instructions how to pay via Zelle. Flag # 3 I was so ready to leave and felt I had no choice but to pay via Zelle. Then they tried to charge me the "credit card" rate! Omg, now I was upset because I know many people will not speak up and be taken advantage. Are these ethical business practices? They were NOT acting with honesty and integrity.

Proper sanitation, safety, and client consent should always come first. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and advocate for themselves during services here. I trusted this salon with my health and unfortunately ended up dealing with pain, swelling, infection, and medical bills afterward.
