I took time off work to get to the appointment on time, drove OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to get to her, waited in the lobby where she approached me and said she had no appointments for the rest of the day. My heart dropped, I showed her our messages from the day prior and as she scrolled through them she muttered "oh i forgot..". She said that she could not take me that day because she had booked a class for that time slot. It was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate and upsetting. She said she'd be accommodating but didn't offer times and when I asked about my next available day she seemed hesitant to take me. She later went on to post on her instagram that it was clients duty to assure that their appointments were set and that she would send verification texts, the whole situation just was very unprofessional. I have nothing against her work, just wish it went differently. She later offered a 30$ discount but I am still hesitant to take the offer. Also I am very forgiving and understanding of human error, I know times are busy right now but there was just no way for me to know if I wasn't booked considering all she had asked of me was my information. I never knew she sent verification texts and she was continuing to promote other time slots on her instagram so I assumed my time was booked.

They weren't pushy or like trying to upsell me for anything however, I did opt for a premium pedicure and all the fixings for my gel manicure. The nails lasted so long. It's unbelievable. It's the best manicure I've gotten in a really long time. She did the buildup. She did the shape exactly how I like. She worked with me on the color even after I changed it twice and did a killer designed super fast and the nails didn't lift anywhere around the edges. They didn't break they didn't crack and I pushed my nails to the limits. 100% would recommend 10 stars. After my next appointment, I will take pictures. (I messed up and went out of town and got a new set, paid over $100, and have two broken nails within the first week. I'm so annoyed. Can't wait to get this set off and get back to my girl Mio!!

These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.

So I went to get a full set with Hauie. He was quick and efficient -- like the quickest I've seen even with a small design. I just wish that I got a hand massage at the end like I usually do at other nail shops.. I did see another client receive one. And that I was asked which exact sticker before putting it on. The Parking lot is easy and big. The location is pretty close to the 15. If I have to be here for work again, I would come back if I couldn't wait to just go to my usual nail shop at home. Thanks hauie!

I've been hopping around different nail salons ever since my regular spot closed, and I have to say…read morethis place was definitely better than the last one I tried. While the other salon wasn't bad, I left feeling unsatisfied with their scrubbing. I'm a bit particular about getting a really good scrub to remove dead skin--it's such an important part of a pedicure for me--and when it's not done right, it just doesn't feel complete. Here, I had an older gentleman do my pedicure, and I really appreciated the time and care he put into it. He wasn't rushing to finish, which made the whole experience much more relaxing and thorough. It felt like he was genuinely focused, and that attention to detail really stood out.
