I was greeted by a friendly employee who informed me of this. She was super sweet! She even went out of her way to ask the manager or owner for a more definite timeframe of when to expect future services. Y'all.... the manager tho..... The manager asked her to have me go to her office where she was filing her nails and had continued to do so while talking to me. I was so surprised that 1) she didn't come out to the waiting room where I was and 2) Had me walk to her and stand in her doorway to watch her self groom It was so unprofessional and made me feel as though i was interrupting her empty tanning salon. Anyways, her mgr went on to inform me of the same thing I was told previously, but in a less friendly tone of course. She began to share where she receives her product, and then began to question where I used to tan and tested my knowledge of bulbs. The owner is also super sweet! This place really makes the customers feel very welcome. It has this small town vibe that I absolutely love! Some places I have beeen to in the past have been toxic and you can just feel those bad vibes the minute you walk in. This place is the absolute opposite. The pricing is reasonable compared to other places. I literally drove up here from Orange County because Rocio is the best. Nobody else compares (I learned that mistake once and will never do that again) Come here and ask for Rocio. If she isn't taking new customers the other ladies are just as sweet as well. Did not give me what I wanted or had showed her on a inspo photos and still charged me for what I originally had wanted (which was shadowed root ombre which she had told me would cost $300) I was fine with. However she had told me for a balayage would be $250 which I did not want. And ended up charging the $300 (which was $50 extra) for the balayage and not the price she had said prior to coming into my appointment and walked out with a balayage hair and terribly haircut. Super bad experience will never return back.

If you want a great manicure and pedicure (without all the bells and whistles, like a massage chair) then she is your gal. I love that she takes the time and care to do it right. She also takes great care of my ingrown toenails and is very gentle. The best part is, she does them correctly...everyone else uses the "pliers" and cuts them out, which is so very wrong.
