Gosh I feel so filled with gratitude finding this place and even more so finding EVA the hair stylist there. I've had the worst experiences in the past with the extremely minimal times I've attempted a salon. Something about the majority of "beauty professionals" in this high desert are horrible people, just mean or greedy or bad at their job overall. But this lady was so very warm and patient. I ended up tipping her extremely generously bc of how much she helped me. I got color and a style done, she toned up my hair with some deep ash and did some color correction I believe. I know she didn't charge me nearly what she could have. she gave me tons of pointers for the future of my hair. I recently told her about a ridiculous experience at another salon while attempting to get a simple trim (peep my other review on my page to see) and she reassured me that I wasn't in the wrong and gave me more information on the world of the hair salon world with the new age beauty industry people and old school. I think I'll be sticking to the older generation when it comes to hair and beauty in this desert. I felt very comfortable and trusting of Eva, something I seem to have an issue finding with these younger / new age girls doing hair. I left feeling very happy and like I made a friend. The other girls there seemed very nice as well. We were all chatting and had a really nice time while I was there. Highly recommended! Please advise savannahfreshsets to conduct herself properly when in public especially when they have your business advertised on their personal page and her instagram blasted on her vehicle. If she represents your business, she as an employee should not conduct herself in a matter that reflects bad on her business but as well yours. She shouldn't be calling someone a "f*t b*tch" in the drive thru because she thinks someone cut her in line when in reality there's a separate line for people mobile ordering. Also it's a small town. I'm sure she will learn her actions have consequences and how she conducts herself publicly will affect her business when it's advertised on her vehicle making her easy to find. read more

Unacceptable Jobe done by Abigail. My hair is naturally curly and that's how I wear it everyday. I dyed my hair about a year ago dark brown. I wanted a change in my hair so I wanted highlights. So she told we are going to do peek a boo's which is cool for me since it's low maintenance. It seemed like she rushed through the job. The lighting sucks inside the salon so once I got in my car that's when I noticed the horrible job done. I asked myself do I go back inside and have her do it right? "Fuck No" who know if she can do it right. I was also referred by a friend that goes with her on the regular. My friends hair is nice so that's why I came to her. So she told me $100 for the work done. I didn't have cell reception so once I left she told me to just zelle her the money. I'm not one to pay so I payed her $25 for product used on my hair. So now I have to find someone to correct her mistake.Which is going to be more but I don't mind because I want it done right! So this is a warning not to book with her.... read more

I had a good experience with a couple of the people there. The girl that was doing the nails that day, and I forget her name, she did a great job on my daughters hands. There was also a hair stylist by the name of Michelle and she did my eyebrow, waxing and face waxing and let me tell you that she did a great job. My daughter also went to her for her eyebrows and lip. She also like Michelle. The down part was that the girl I went to to dye my hair, cut it, and to do mine and my daughter's eye lash extensions, did a crummy job. My children hated my haircut and the color of my hair. I don't want to say her name because I don't want to put her down. Maybe she lacks experience. my eyelashes started coming off right away and it looked like they were just glued on to my actual eyelashes but everybody there was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. read more

Called for a consultation and spoke with Carly (OWNER) she said she was" booked until next month " I mentioned if she had any openings ASAP I'm willing to take she said no so she referred me to one of her stylist names Melissa she called me told me she was open for Tuesday I walked in at 12:00pm and I seen right away she didn't want to do my hair I walked in with my baby which wasn't crying or being fuzzy but she was just making little stories about my hair not getting the color I wanted and this and that I right away felt she didn't want to work on my hair she stated for me to do another apoinment with her I'm not doing that I've had other stylist deal with my hair that could have been done right away she stated it would take 8 hours to get to the color I wanted I don't recommend this is a waste of time !!! read more

This is a shout out for Leila Durant that does my nails. She is truly amazing. I found her on facebook as I was looking for someone that did hard gel nails. I recently have become allergic to acrylic and was very sad. Leila has gone above and beyond to make sure that even after I leave she checks on me. I am sadly allergic to the hard gel but she has been working with me to try to figure out if it is something specific. After barely finishing getting nails done I went with my sister to her hair appointment at Bella's where I noticed I had a crack under my acrylic nails. Luckily Bella does nails as well and Lisa saved my day! She not only fixed the cracked nail but reshaped them the way I wanted them and gave me a new look. I followed Brittney Porter here from Elements, and let me just say, if you aren't getting your hair done by her, you're missing out! C'mon, we've all had those stylists who nearly send you out the door with a wet mane because he/she needs to fit another client in. Brittney takes great care of every single one of her clients. Somehow she makes time for each of us, and she never rushes you or whatever she's doing for you. Brittney rocks, and always goes above and beyond for each of us. Her prices are stellar, and you'll never get a bad cut or color. Well, unless you for the skunk look, then that's just your fault ;). Subtle or drastic as you want, she'll take you there, and she's always got some brilliant idea to update your look. Kimberly is awesome too, and she also headed over from Elements. Between Brittney and Kimberly, they keep up on all the latest and greatest trends, and somehow manage to pull a rabbit out of their hat each time you go. Lynette is awesome too, only charged $10 to cut my toddler's hair. Made her feel like an absolute princess! My only gripes about Bella Mia so far, are the location and the dreadful parking lot. It's in the Tom's parking lot across from Desert Valley Hospital. Feels like every time you drive into that place, you're playing chicken with everyone who's driving out, and you're having to pull into a parking spot suited for a smart car. read more

Came here strictly out of desperation or else I would have gone to my regular at home. Once you get past the shock of the beginning, your dealing with washed up hair stylists that actually believed that being a hair stylist was a wise career choice to retire on is eye watering and frankly disparaging. I see Nichole V.N. for my nails and pedicures. Fanstastic!!!! She does a great job on my nails. There is very little lifting for as much stress as my nails take. The colors are always great; she has hundreds to choose from! I constantly get complements on my nails. I love the pedicures, too! It's a great way to relax and pamper myself. She is on time 98% of the time. I rarely have to wait, even then for only a few minutes. She is careful and pays attention to what I want. I allow 90 min. for both acrylic nails (back fills) and pedicures. It's worth the time! read more

Let me tell you, not only did our hair styles stay the whole day and night, but the hair styles were beautiful. We got soo many compliments.
