I was greeted by a friendly employee who informed me of this. She was super sweet! She even went out of her way to ask the manager or owner for a more definite timeframe of when to expect future services. Y'all.... the manager tho..... The manager asked her to have me go to her office where she was filing her nails and had continued to do so while talking to me. I was so surprised that 1) she didn't come out to the waiting room where I was and 2) Had me walk to her and stand in her doorway to watch her self groom It was so unprofessional and made me feel as though i was interrupting her empty tanning salon. Anyways, her mgr went on to inform me of the same thing I was told previously, but in a less friendly tone of course. She began to share where she receives her product, and then began to question where I used to tan and tested my knowledge of bulbs. Then as I began to walk out of the business doors, she shouts out another place, which I appreciate. But come on... this was my first experience all within just a few minutes of having walked in. ‍

Most establishments will prorate your last month based on whether you give them a full 30 days cancellation notice. This place does not, and they charge an additional month on top. I had to go into my bank and cancel my card to ensure they did not charge me a second month. Save yourself the hassle and find a legitimate tanning salon. It upsets me having to leave this review as I try very hard to support my local businesses here in Yucaipa. Hope this helps whoever is reading it to avoid having to deal with this mess.

Not Allie, she takes them time to gently loosen the skin around the nail. And I never have to worry about the sanitary conditions at Collage, you can see how serious they are about that. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

I was beyond livid when I noticed my lashes falling off when it hadn't even been 24 hours since getting them done. I messaged Liz and heard no response yet and I requested my money back.
