I have been with tan essentials since they opened in 2004. I can say Jennifer the owner keeps her salon very up-to-date with the best tan technology you could really find. I can't say it enough. It's the best tanning place I've ever been to. Jennifer keeps it so clean! I use to work for her and I know how clean the beds which includes taking the plastic covering off the bulbs and then clean the inside of the covering! I have never known any other tanning salons this clean and bulbs are changed regularly. The lotions she carry's does what they are suppose to! I will not go anywhere else! This place is always extremely clean, beautifully decorated with constantly new bulbs and lotions. I don't think I can ever recall a single time any of the beds I have tanned in here ever had a single burnt out bulb. The owner Jennifer is a sweetheart and always in a great mood and takes time to explain the beds, their functions, pricing and what to expect. They stick to their hours posted which was huge for me since the did not have consistent hours and changed them whenever they felt like it, even though their signs posted differently. I've forgotten my lotion before and she let me use hers. Super cool lady and always clean. I've never had any issues here. The only place I will go to up here. Was put in a dirty tanning bed today, trying to contact the owner via FB, no response. REALLY not happy. This is residue from the previous tanner. It cleaned off when I had him come clean it in front of me to "show me its just from tanners using the wrong lotion". No, it was not. This is DISGUSTING. Check your FB messages and call me. Response to Jennifer- IF that was crackling in the acrylic, it would not have cleaned off. It was CLEARLY residue from a previous tanner. Your worker even admitted, "oh, I must have missed a spot" when he realized his explanation was only applicable to one tiny spot, not the side where people slid off where my photo shows it dirty. More like he didnt clean the entire bed. Yes, were human, but when the possibility of spreading disease is concerned, thats pretty negligent. Making excuses dosent make people feel better about the situation either. read more

This is my favorite tanning salon to go to and relax. I was kind of sad when I learned that they closed the one in Victorville (that one was my go to when I used to live by the 15 Fwy). However, currently, this one is closer to where I live now. I go every other week or once a month. My skin tans very well and easily. The rooms are nice, simple, clean, and comfy. The tanning beds help me achieve an even tan while I get my 20-minute nap. I recommend this place :) read more

Spoke with the male receptionist today about getting a spray tan he stated that they only had a machine spray tan. I asked him if any blotches were to occur do they fix it he bluntly said no and it was just a risk that I have to take. He then started talking about "how the company doesn't even want to have the spray tan machine they just have it because people beg for it". Not a very good sale representive also I'd like to know that if my spray tan came out Blotchy that the store would fix it. read more

Beds are dirty!! Every time I went in there. Now I will say it was only when the man was working. I have seen a customer complaining to him that the bed was dirty. I have seen him NOT clean a bed. And it always seemed to smell musty when he was there. I ended up cancelling my membership. read more

If you want a good spray tan do not come here. I normally live in Utah and tan there. When I called they had affordable prices and said they have a mystic tanning machine, that's the same I use in Utah so I was so happy to find this place. The staff was friendly, but it all went south as soon as I got to the machine. The room was tiny & they had no where to put your stuff, then the machine had to be from the 90s! It was so old and AWFUL! Like old enough to not have a drying feature! When my tan dried I had streaks everywhere! It dried on my leg as if it was dripping off!! So embarrassing. The only way I would ever go back is if they updated there machine. Otherwise do not go here read more
