Yikes. Not a fan. I came in for the first time to ask about membership pricing and spray tan services and was informed that they can not offer that service for another few weeks because their equipment broke- understandable. I was greeted by a friendly employee who informed me of this. She was super sweet! She even went out of her way to ask the manager or owner for a more definite timeframe of when to expect future services. Y'all.... the manager tho..... The manager asked her to have me go to her office where she was filing her nails and had continued to do so while talking to me. I was so surprised that 1) she didn't come out to the waiting room where I was and 2) Had me walk to her and stand in her doorway to watch her self groom It was so unprofessional and made me feel as though i was interrupting her empty tanning salon. Anyways, her mgr went on to inform me of the same thing I was told previously, but in a less friendly tone of course. She began to share where she receives her product, and then began to question where I used to tan and tested my knowledge of bulbs. Then as I began to walk out of the business doors, she shouts out another place, which I appreciate. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is awful. This business owner is extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this business to any of my friends. The owner gets fall down drunk and high while she's working. I paid for my tanning services a year in advance. She sent me a threatening text telling me she was going to 'fk' me up and to never come into her salon again. She thought I was giving her boyfriend marijuana. She uses the plastic surgeons name saying he supports her, but he doesn't, he thinks she's crazy, he doesn't even tan there anymore. This place is a nightmare. read more

I was charged 50 $ for a 1695 bottle of lotion on. Amazon the same exact bottle that's a 30 $ mark up how scandalous is that. Every single day the hours change. This salon closes whenever they feel like it. They post they won't close that day until 6pm yet you show up at 4:30 and the doors are locked yet the lights are on and the open sign is lit up. They sag it's cause l business is slow we'll I wonder why .. maybe because your closed more than your open! I paid $160 for a month. Unlimited yet have only been able to go 3 times this month because I work for a living and can't get here until after 1 pm and I see why they have signs saying no refunds every where. So $160 for 3 tans? Rip off. I'll go to Tan Essentials where they are actually open and I get my money's worth. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR $$ read more

Almost all beds have something wrong. Waste of money. Worst part the owner is always drunk. So embarrassing. Claims to be a very religious women, but gets drunk and yells at her employees and puts them down. The first time I was there, I was greeted by Ally. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She offered me a tanning package that worked out for my needs. I only tan once, or maybe twice a month and the package deal worked out for me very well with a great price. Ally showed me around her salon and explained to me what are the differences with all the tanning beds. She also explained very thoroughly how to work each bed. The other times that I went the girls were friendly. The feature that I really liked about the tanning bed is to shut off the face tanning. I personally do not tan my face, just my body... so that was a neat feature to have. I really do enjoy this tanning salon, I would definitely go back, and recommend it to anyone. read more

Walking in I was pleasantly greeted by the owner Ally. I got a great deal and she walked me thru the simple process. I've thought about tanning for a while now & I'm so glad I did! She is always a delight to see. Even tho it's a quick in & out, I look forward to having my relaxing me time. Place was nice and clean however the prices are pretty high and the owner basically called me fat. She said "Well we have a weight limit. However we have a bed that can hold X amount of weight but it's more expensive." Mind you, I'm not fat I'm realistically just average size. She tried to make it better by saying she used to be big and then she lost some weight . do not tan at this place the owner is a drunk and creates constant drama plus overcharges. i recently went to tan essentials and wish i had sooner the beds are better the hours are better and at divine there was a note left on the door randomly that they were closed for some stupid reason so unprofessional and now i pay half the price i was paying at divine plus at tan essentials every product you buy you are credited with upgrades..... tan essentials is a much better place to tan without being overcharged and have to deal with a drunk owner who acts like a spoiled brat while she rips u off......... read more

Devine tanning is the BEST place to tan in the high desert. Ally always goes above and beyond to make sure your happy from when you first walk in the door. This is my favorite tanning salon. I don't even live in the area but my parents do so I keep a membership so I can tan when I visit family. The bulbs are always new and I get the best color from their tanning beds. Clean environment and the owner Allie is super awesome! She's always accommodating and cheerful when you walk in. Excellent people who work here. The owner Ally is a beautiful person and so caring to everyone she meets. There is a large selection of beds that tan in different ways and find the staff very helpful in guiding me on what bed I should use at different stages of my tanning. The beds are efficient and I like that I don't have to lay In a bed for 20 minutes to get a tan. I go there to tan but I am always greeted by the wonderful staff and the lovely owner who picks honest, genuine people to work with her. After visiting this tanning salon I will never go anywhere else. Valyasia was super sweet when I came in I felt bad because they were getting ready to close but she still signed me up with a package and let me tan. Now I am aware of their hours I will go earlier, but she made it very convenient for me to tan same day. I just went in today and the owner Ally was so nice and personable. I love the warm welcoming feeling I get when going here! If you are looking for a place to tan I highly recommend you trying it out. Well I won here! The owner tried to talk me into all these different packages and so on and so on well I stood my ground and paid no start up fee and a decent monthly fee so I'm happy ! Owner is very loud and you can here her over your music while tanning which personally I think is very unprofessional and a tad annoying esp when it's every time I go in there but I just try and ignore it. I would recommend if you can get her to waive the start up fee otherwise it's very pricey to start in my opinion... read more
