I've been going to this salon for over a year and have nothing but good things to tell you. Top 5 things I love about this salon: 5. The staff is very accommodating. If you are late they understand, if you walk in they try to get you seated and started as soon as possible and are always checking in with you while you wait. Always recommend an appointment though cause they usually get you going right away. 4. Fun relaxed atmosphere - Typically they have some random music channel on the tv and you will find that most customers and staff are singing a long with the music. All the techs that work there are funny and are always laughing. They never try to "up sale" you which is refreshing. I don't have to worry about going in and being asked if I want something more than I already asked for. 3. Clean Spot - The salon is always clean when I get there and/or they are in the middle of cleaning. You know how some places you walk in and you immediately feel dirty? This place is not like that. 2. Prices - prices are fair. They don't hide costs on you and if you ask how much something is they will tell you. It's not the cheapest place I have been to but not the most expensive either. 1. ALL TECHS ARE GOOD! Most of the places I have been I am selective on who does my nails because not all of them are good. All the techs are really good at what they do and take pride in their work. If you request something special and the person doing your nails knows that it's not their strong suit, they will have someone else step in to do it. I don't ever request anyone when I make my appointments cause I know no matter what, my nails are gonna look great.

I used to live in Santa Clarita and my nail lady charged me $40 for acrylic refill. They also take a long time to do your pedicure and manicure. First time I went I ask for a two designs on my pedicure on my two toenails. Priscilla erased her design three times and kept doing the design until she got it right. Too pricey and take too long. My nails did last a long time but not worth the price and time away from my toddler.

The front desk girl is incredibly sweet and does her job well, I didn't catch her name she had me sign in and told me it would be a few minutes since I was a walk in. I waited maybe 5 minutes and they were ready for me. For my full set acrylic I got Bee and she was great! I showed her a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. For my pedicure I got Kat and she was great as well I felt sooo relaxed. Both ladies were very sweet I'll be requesting them in the future. The inside of the salon was really nice & clean. It was very busy as well and their customer service was excellent!
