We finally made it to this institution after I decided at the last minute to go to Montauk for my birthday this weekend, which happens to coincide with Labor Day weekend. We were able to get a reservation at 8:45 pm at the bar for Friday night- I could not believe it. When we arrived we waited only a few minutes and we were seated in the dining room- we were told the bar area never truly clears out- and I was thrilled. We had the famous zucchini chips for an appetizer, the panzanella salads then seafood for the entrees. The staff was attentive and cordial, they treat everyone as if you are important, which I think is spectacular for The Hamptons. The music was filling the restaurant and it was perfect for my birthday dinner. My only gripe (which seems irrelevant because, Hamptons) is the parking situation and there are no lights anywhere in their lot. It adds to the East Hampton charm, but we did have to park pretty far away. All in all, perfect dinner.

Finally made it to this Hampton's institution and it did not disappoint. Came here for an early dinner around 5:30 pm on a Friday and was able to get a seat at a bar. The interior of this restaurant is beautifully decorated and intimately lit. Definitely a cute place to take a date. We started off with cocktails, and I was happy to find that my dirty martini was made to perfection -- just the right amount of olive juice. Next, we ordered the focaccia which is a must have. The outside was crispy, the inside was fluffy and airy and the flaky sea salt and rosemary absolutely made this dish. We also split their baked clams special which was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the yellowfin tuna crudo was fresh, salty and delicious. We also had the half portions of their lobster pasta with fresh local corn and penne dish that was their take on an a la vodka, also excellent. Service as friendly and prompt, our bartender Stephanie took great care of us. I've seen other reviews saying this place is overhyped but hard disagree. Staying in business for 36 years out in the Hamptons is not a fluke. This place is doing everything right.

The best has its own garden and is amazing. Eat here if possible. Seating is tight and bar has very high high tops. Warm in summer and crowded you will need a reservation for 7pm Friday in August but worth it.

Overhyped. The food, service, and ambiance are decent but it's not worth the hype that this place still has. The parking lot is always packed. I had to park a half mile away because all the parking lots were full. The Strip Steak was average (nothing special). For Hamptons pricing, this place is not overpriced. They offer outdoor and indoor dining. The zucchini chips here look amazing. This place isn't great if you are on a diet.

The OG Hamptons spot to see and be scene... Ideal for family dinners, (with grown kids), engagements, life moments...ideal for 3 couples having a wine+food long drawn out summer get together. Best option off season for a cozy wood burning stove fish or pizza. If you don't know about the zucchini chips- your behind in the game. Best Tartuffo this side of Italy. You can find me at the bar on a weekday or late nite!

We make a trip here at least 3x during our 3 week vacation out east. Service is excellent. Food never disappoints.

Nick & Toni's is a staple of East Hampton and a great place for a celebration. They really pack people in there, but the service was great and so was the food. The fried zucchini was amazing, sliced so thin and crispy with a Parmesan coating. The halibut was good and the tartufo is a must for dessert. It serves two people! The chocolate and caramel are perfectly balanced. It's a bit pricey, but no more so than other quality restaurants in the area.

This restaurant is a solid choice for the Hamptons, where dining options are limited. The service is excellent, the food quality is good, and the ambiance is cozy. The zucchini fries are a must-try.

My family and I enjoyed a great meal and even greater service at Nick and Toni's. This was our first time trying this restaurant and we had to take advantage of its Long Island Restaurant Week menu. Nothing disappoints!

Very Inattentive service and middling food. The seats were wet, as it had rained and they didn't wipe them

The food is really nothing special. The place is old and needs a facelift. The service starting from the hostess is snooty and offputting.

The place is a very chill vibe with indoor and outdoor seating, they also have a nice little bar. Food wise everything is great! We got the oysters, fritters, and steamers to start; all of which were fresh and delicious! For dinner I went with the cold lobster roll and it did not disappoint! The roll was nicely over stuffed and the lobster was so meaty and fresh. Definitely one of the best lobster rolls I've ever had! Service was super friendly and fast. Got to meet the owner who was a super nice guy. Definitely recommend if your in the area. They dont take reservations so you might have to work, but definitely worth it!
