Beautiful restaurant. Lovely lighting, friendly staff. They seated us quickly, no reservations. Which was appreciated. Restaurant was busy but not loud (bonus!). Delicious options. I enjoyed the salmon special, with vegetables and balsamic. Perfectly prepared with a delicious smashed avocado situation. Sound odd? Pleasantly delicious. My husband had risotto with chicken, and it looked tasty. Nice wine list, complete with some selections from home (Napa, CA). We had a long day exploring the Hamptons, and were so happy to top the day off with this gem. read more

I have been coming here for years, it's a 10/10 in terms of food... I've had nothing but good experiences after the first pizza I touched from them. I'll be honest, the first time I came to this spot I knew it was the top tier but the pizza I ordered was just not right- but every other time after that- it was a hit. The ambiance is always live and active and fun and energetic, but still a calm classy neighborhood local place at the same time so it's got a mix of all feelings. Claudia the bartender knows how to make a drink, and the waiters have been there for quite some time.. they can be young but they'll do whatever to make the meal right. I love this place, and I think it's the best Serafina in NY. Hands down- I live in the city so I've been to quite a handful of the chains, this one is the one. The Limoncello pasta with chicken is to die for, the Truffle pizza is a hit every single time, the affogato is a MUST and the Mezcal Passionfruit is everything if you love a lil spice. The food here is pretty good. The menu is nearly identical to all their other locations with the exception of the Veal Scaloppine Al Limone which was excellent. The espresso martini is average. The atmosphere is very nice with a big outdoor area with a big fan. The service was average. Overall a nice night. read more

Service was fantastic and food was good. We didn't have reservations and stopped in before the dinner rush (prior to busy season), and they were able to accommodate us. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the chicken Milanese I believe it was called. I'd say his dish tasted good but was a little dry due to there being more breading than chicken. The dishes are spread out but we didn't feel full after dinner. read more

Taking an 18 month old to the Hamptons isn't ideal but we had to take my baby for a family party. Until I had kids, I never realized how family friendly the Hamptons is. It doesn't mean that kids won't annoy other patrons or be met with sneers by the wait staff at restaurants. Proud to say we experienced excellent service and were welcomed with a high chair! The food here is kid friendly- they gave a kid's menu and they sell pizza, the main source of sustenance for toddlers (and most of us, let's be real). I can't attribute this to the restaurant, but the other patrons were very friendly. The waiter was from Italy and he was outstanding! So prompt with water refills, red crushed pepper and the necessary second glass of wine. They have outdoor seating and I highly recommend calling for a reservation in advance. read more

I have been here twice and had an excellent experience both times! Service was timely but not rushed, and everything tasted very good. They are offering both indoor and outdoor dining right now and are keeping the windows/doors open for more air flow when the weather permits. I had previously tried some of the Serafina locations in Manhattan and experienced spotty service, but I have not had that issue here. read more

The food was great. My server was so lovely. I happened to be dining alone which isn't always easy to do. At the end of my meal, however, when I was waiting for my Uber, the manager turned to lights on and told me I had to go. When I told him I was waiting for my Uber, he yelled at me across the room to wait outside. Totally ruined a lovely evening. We are not quite sure why it took us so long to make it to Serafina East Hampton. Our visit was fantastic. We found that the service and attention to our table was covered perfectly. The server was well versed in the menu and was willing to accommodate any possible options or alternatives. We found the overall atmosphere to be quite good. As for the food, the bread was fresh and warm upon being served. We enjoyed the margarita pizza. It was obvious that nothing but the best ingredients were used. The focaccia isn't your traditional style, or what you may expect. Its thin crusted like a pizza crust style that is crunchy, instead of the typical thick focaccia. That isn't a complaint, just wasn't expecting it. They were quite good. The Insalata Di Porto Cervo salad featured Romaine, carrots, hearts of palm, avocado, corn & lemon dressing. This was light and fresh and not overwhelming for an Italian meal. We also enjoyed the Penne All'arrabbiata with Spicy tomato sauce, parsley & crushed red pepper. The Atlantic Salmon was grilled to perfection and served with lentils, baby spinach & béarnaise sauce. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. read more

Honestly why doesn't this place have more stars? Highly recommend for a cute date spot! Or even a night with friends. The vibe is legit, food was amazing! The tiramisu hit the spot and did not give me the bubble guts, drinks also hit good. We went on for multiple rounds after one! Server was very attentive and always made sure we were okay! Went to dinner with a friend of 40 years. Service was mediocre and entrees came 10 minutes apart and the salmon entree that came second was not even close to being cooked. Not even warm. So many other places to eat in EH. Go elsewhere. read more

The restaurant was very uncomfortable and extremely noisy not to mention VERY hot. The plate presentation was acceptable and the food quality was good. We found that the servers or wait staff were very unprofessional and did not follow thru with servicing the table. After the Appetizers were removed they failed to bring fresh utensils/silverware however, served the main course. Getting the server's attention for fresh silverware was a challenge. When dinner was completed the servers did not re-service the table fir desert or coffee.... they simply disappeared. If you are looking for a hot, noisy uncomfortable restaurant with poor service Serafina will fit your needs. read more

It was ok! The bow tie pasta was tasty. However, the hospitality aspect was shaky. For one, they didn't have a record of our reservation made on resy (but they were able to seat us right away which was great), and then, the waitress broke the wine cork in half while opening our wine and stormed off. It could have been an opportunity to make a funny joke but instead it felt super awkward. I liked the low lighting and I liked the liveliness of the place. Recently had my daughters' bridal shower here and it was better than I anticipated. Goran and the waitstaff were so laid back, accommodating and friendly, the food from start to finish (apps through desert) were amazing. Any special requests we had were met, and the cocktails were amazing as well. Was happy they asked if anyone had allergies before serving which was great because I do have a shellfish allergy and one of the dishes was bowtie pasta with shrimp! If you ever need a place for a private party in the Hamptons, look no further, this is it! It is a great restaurant with a delicious menu as well! Horrible customer service. My friends and I (large party of 10) were running late to our reservation, and the restaurant was notified multiple times of it. An employee asked us to wait outside for a new table, which we did. When some of the girls tried to speak and show the confirmation of our tardiness, the owner became aggressive, rude, and nasty. He began yelling, slamming the table, and cursing (in front of tables full of other customers) and kicked our group out of the restaurant. The owner should be embarrassed to treat customers like that! What a terrible business, don't waste your time going here. read more

I had the Italian buffalo cheese for appetizer, and it was amazing! I thought it was good for one person, turns out it was for sharing size. Then I had the pasta with vodka something, it was okay. A little too bland for my taste, maybe. I've had better in some places and way cheaper. The service was great too, their staff were friendly. And we were able to seat right away when we came in. The place itself had a cozy vibe. I'm giving this restaurant just 3 stars because of their food pricing. Also, I thought the pasta might need a lil improvement. read more

I just want to start off by saying the food is really good at this place, but the service is absolutely horrendous. I've been to serafina in Miami and NYC and the service doesn't compare. We ordered 8 different dishes, half of which were appetizers. We received everything all at once to the point that our salads came after we finished our steak. We ordered 3 cokes and it took 40 minutes, 4 different servers, and a call to the manager to receive them. The place wasn't even packed for the service to be this horrible. Our bill was over $500 and to think the that we would enjoy our food. I had to leave the place to find a CVS to buy a laxative because alll the food mixed at once gave everybody such severe stomachaches. The food is good which is a shame that their service takes away from such good dishes. I wish they would do better. read more

Serafina was ok for the price. We had a special crab and avocado appetizer and although it had a lot of crab, it lacked seasoning. It was like they took the crab out of the jar and layered with avocado. Some thousand island ddressing on the plate and some unseasoned lettuce mix. I asked for lemon and olive oil and seasoned it myself. For main I had the tagliolini with prosciutto, mushrooms and peas in a "light" cream sauce that felt a little too heavy. It was better tasting than the appetizer. The other pasta was a special, with zucchini and shrimp, and that was pretty bland. Maybe next time I will try a pizza, they looked good. Had dinner here for my moms birthday in July, the service was just perfect. Despite everything happening, i felt so comfortable there, all the workers were wearing masks, distance in table. We enjoyed it so much that night, we cant thank enough the owner, what a wonderful men, he made everything so special for my mom, with drinks, cake and the atmosphere, bravo! This Serafina location is Covid hazard. None of the stuff wears masks. The manager and hostess are not friendly. They crowd people and do not honor reservation requests for outside seating even when tables are available there. The food is mediocre at best. Will avoid this place in the future. read more
