The Paccheri Rosa was SO GOOD! Rich sauce, perfectly cooked pasta, and tasted like something straight out of a homemade Italian kitchen. My wife got the Rigatoni Strofinati, also excellent and definitely brings the heat with the spice. The Centocolori salad was also fresh and a good lighter option to balance everything out as a starter. Service was smooth, attentive, and exactly what you'd expect from a place at this level. It's also connected to a bakery, which is a dangerous situation if you have any self-control issues. Prices are on the higher side, but the food backs it up for sure and worth every penny. Easily one of my favorite spots in the area so far, and definitely somewhere I'd go back to.

Most employees look miserable and are not smiling or greeting guests who are coming to spend $$ on pasta and other dishes. I ordered the hamburger and it came as a mess of ingredients across my plate. It was not stacked neatly and ready to consume. Kitchen and server staff had to be blind or non caring to let this come to the table essentially de-constructed with a portion of the bun missing? Perhaps it was dropped on the floor? And it tasted bad. The chicken paillard was cold and unpleasant. Maybe just don't go Sunday? The floor staff misery might also be at play in the kitchen. And, they charged to share a dish without telling us ahead. Not going back soon

Refined Dining with Just a Few Misses at Dopo Argento, Southampton…read more Patrizia and I visited Dopo Argento in Southampton for a Sunday afternoon meal around 1 pm. The restaurant wasn't crowded, which made for a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. Starters: We ordered the sourdough bread service (not complimentary), which came with a hummus dip. The bread had a rustic, brick-oven style crust--crispy outside, soft inside--and paired nicely with our appetizer. We then split the Tuna Tartare, which was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. That said, it was served on its own with no chips or crostini, so we ended up using the bread we had ordered. A small touch that would make a big difference. Mains: Patrizia had the Salmon Oreganata. The portion was generous and cooked very well, but it arrived solo on the plate without any sides. We both felt it would shine more with a vegetable or starch--something like spinach, asparagus, or potato. I chose the Paccheri Cacio e Pepe, which was excellent. The pasta was fresh, perfectly al dente, and the sauce had just the right balance of richness and peppery bite. Drinks & Service: We started with two cocktails, then shared a crisp bottle of Italian sparkling water with our meal. Service was warm, efficient, and attentive, adding to the experience. Dessert & Coffee: We finished with the Tiramisu, which was light, fluffy, and not overly sweet, alongside a cappuccino--a perfect close. Overall: Our total came to about $235 for two, and we left a generous tip for the excellent service. We chose to sit indoors since it was too humid outside, but both options are available. We're giving 4 stars because of minor blemishes--the salmon plated all alone, and the tuna tartare lacking an accompaniment. Still, the food was excellent, the vibe relaxed, and the service top-notch. Definitely worth a visit--check it out before the summer ends and see for yourself!.

4.5 / 5.0 - We came back again to the Hamptons this weekend and to 75 Main again for a late lunch…read more Since it was past 2pm, it wasn't as busy, but people were still coming and going. This time, I ordered the 75 Main Prime Burger $25+), with sautéed mushrooms ($3+), cheese ($3+) and avocado ($8+) as add-ons. The mushrooms and cheese came on the burger and avocado on the side. I was quite hungry so could be a bit biased, but this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The fries were nice and crispy, too. I highly recommend the burger and I'm sure I'll be back again for it :)

The vibe was incredible just as I had pictured it in my mind. We were greeted very warmly the moment we walked in. The menu was extensive so it was hard to choose between the entrees as everything looked so delicious. I decided on the 75 Main Chopped Salad. My husband chose the Main Prime Burger with fries & my daughter chose the Fusolini Alla Vodka Telefono. Each of us were completely intoxicated with every bite!! 10/10 all the way around!!!! We were hoping to see a celebrity or two dining alongside us (as this is one of the restaurants known for that) but no luck there. Nevertheless, it was an amazing lunch we will always remember enjoying together. If you get a chance to dine here I highly recommend it! Booking a reservation will make it it seamless. The hostesses even complimented me on my outfit as we were leaving & that made me feel fantastic!! I saw many people dressed casual, but we chose to dress up in case we ended up dining beside others who were the same. Parking was very convenient with two hour limits. We hope to come back again someday as there are so many wonderful places to shop & dine in this area alone. One could easily spend a long weekend here.

Oops lol It was a quiet Friday evening and Plaza Café is conveniently located near my friend's house there in South Hampton. Being off season, there has been very little traffic and people on the streets. There were only 3 other parties in the restaurant when we walked in. This place is cute, private, has great good food, and service. Their menu is very small, but I was still having trouble deciding what I wanted to eat for dinner. Finally decided on the Tile fish....Yeah I know, I was like. Was told that they're like human beings because they eat just about anything in the sea. No idea if that's true or not, but I'll take it. The dish was light and full of flavor. Tried some of my friend's Salmon/Udon dish and I actually think his was the better choice. The salmon went very well with the udon. Noodles were kind of firm and juices full of flavor. Plenty of parking in their private lot. Looks like they may share it with businesses/hotel in the area. I'd eat here again. The décor and feel was okay, nothing amazing or memorable.
