Came here last Saturday with a party of about 10 for a friend's birthday. Sat outside in the patio area which was really nice and a pretty big space. I know we got a few appetizers but I honestly can't remember what they were and it was only a few a days ago. I recall they were fine, but clearly not memorable enough! For the main courses, a few around the table got the filet, some got fish. I split the porterhouse with the bday girl which is ~40 oz and I'm so glad I did! It was seriously delicious, both sides of the steak were super tasty with a nice char on the outside and well seasoned. My only gripe with the steak was that I asked if I should order medium rare which is typical and what steak places usually recommend, but our server suggested we go one up to medium because of the way they cook it? I don't know if this was miscommunication, but it was served in a skillet that was still hot, so I think that was the exact wrong recommendation! I definitely wish I ordered medium rare instead of medium, but even though it was more well done than I would've liked, it was still delicious so for me a sign of a good steak. For sides we got corn, spinach, and mashed potatoes. Corn was good, others standard. For dessert we ordered 3 for the bday girl, but they brought out an extra! Plus a gluten free one for someone at our table! Desserts were great. Bananas foster and strawberry shortcake were awesome. We also had tons of wine, but I wish the server came back to refill waters more because I was dying of thirst the whole night. Overall good experience, great steak.

Needed somewhere to eat after going for a drink and an appetizer at Southampton Social Club. We weren't so came here and had a great time. It is clean and modern with a nice outdoor seating with heat lamps. The inside was also nice with proper social distancing in play! For dinner I had the prime rib burger which did not come with any cheese which surprised me. It was a straightforward burger with lettuce, tomato, and pickle. The beef was cooked medium just like I asked. It was good. The fries were ridiculously good. They were thin with a perfect amount of salt and fried to a great crisp. My wife ordered the matzah ball soup which was also pretty good. This whole experience was much better than down the street at southampton social club. It is a chic modern place too with reasonable prices. The location is off the beaten path in Southampton next to the train station. If you don't have gps it is hard to find but once you do you will be happy that you did.

Anyone who knows the Upper East Side dining scene knows neighborhood gem T-Bar steak and lounge run by Tony Fortuna and Chef Ben Zwickler. After running for a brief stint Savannah's at the same location in Southampton, Tony and the team are back with T-Bar Southampton. The menu is similar to that of the UES - which is no bad thing as consistency is the watchword here and service is very focused. In short, a great experience to be repeated.

To quote my husband "coming to Tbar without ordering dessert from Chef Payard is like going to a Ferrari dealership and not driving a car."

Oops lol It was a quiet Friday evening and Plaza Café is conveniently located near my friend's house there in South Hampton. Being off season, there has been very little traffic and people on the streets. There were only 3 other parties in the restaurant when we walked in. This place is cute, private, has great good food, and service. Their menu is very small, but I was still having trouble deciding what I wanted to eat for dinner. Finally decided on the Tile fish....Yeah I know, I was like. Was told that they're like human beings because they eat just about anything in the sea. No idea if that's true or not, but I'll take it. The dish was light and full of flavor. Tried some of my friend's Salmon/Udon dish and I actually think his was the better choice. The salmon went very well with the udon. Noodles were kind of firm and juices full of flavor. Plenty of parking in their private lot. Looks like they may share it with businesses/hotel in the area. I'd eat here again. The décor and feel was okay, nothing amazing or memorable.

Came here with my wife and father in law a few weeks ago and the food and service was solid. Came on slow day so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, but I really enjoyed the food. Fathers in law got the poke tuna nachos and it was very good! Not the biggest tuna person but the flavor was excellent! My wife got bang bang shrimp with fries and the shrimp was very good! Shrimp was cut into small pieces and wasn't overly covered with sauce. Shrimp had great flavor and the French fries were very good. I got a steak bowl that came with rice, beans, avocado, sweet plantain, and a nice veggie slaw. The bowl was very good and the steak was pounded out and just very good. The bartender Tara & her sister were great! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a new place to try. The food and service were great. Unfortunately, the food is no longer seafood-centric and overall not nearly as good. Music was loud and the service was very lacking. Honestly, other than the frozen tasting mussels, nothing was necessarily bad. The smoky Chicken Quesadilla and Ahi Tuna Street Bowl were even decent. However, majority of everything else was just average at best and not memorable. To top it off, the prices are relatively high for what we received and the service was subpar. No one came to pour us water or take an order after we sat down for 20 minutes. Then a few different servers came by with our food. No refills on our water or check on our status. Next time we saw our server was when she came by to give us the check. Didn't even asked if we wanted dessert. Oh well, we will not be back.

Great option for large groups but lower your expectations for the club…read more Our group of nine appreciated the venue's prie fix group menu which made ordering and splitting seamless. This came with a huge variety of family style appetizers (delicious), a choice of entrees (the scallops were heavenly), and a cute cheesecake pop tower for dessert. Drinks were extra - I didn't like my cocktail that mixed tequila and coconut milk but my friends raves about the summer sangria spritz. The dinner venue was playing awesome pop music (albeit a bit too loudly) and there was an Instagramable patio near the eating tables so we were surprised to find out the after dinner club was in a separate dinky pub a 2 minute drive away. The venue offered shuttles to the "club", but not back, so we opted to drive. We finished dinner and arrived to a DEAD club at 10pm. Few people had arrived, and the music selection was much worse. The crowd didn't pick up until 11:30pm, and the music barely improved by then. I spent most of the time people watching instead of dancing. Logistics: - indoor and outdoor seating - large parking lot near the dining location - reservations recommended - moderate amount of vegetarian options - great for groups

We got a huge order-- three piece of fried chicken with wing, thigh and drumstick, as well as the chicken sandwich and fries, mac and cheese side, and an order of hot wings, with an apple pie for dessert. Everything was brought out hot to the car, and they put it right into our trunk, so it was 100% pandemic proof. The fries are really delicious-- nice and thick cut, with good seasoning, the chicken sandwich is TERRIFIC-- nice soft roll, deliciously seasoned and fried chicken, the crisp and slightly sweet bread and butter pickles a perfect complement, and it's not so big that you feel like exploding after (but also-- makes you definitely not want to share!), and of course the chicken itself was nicely done. I was super surprised by how strangely good the wings were, too-- I always like wings, so I was ready to be happy, but these were like... exceptional, and surprisingly big-- really, really MEATY wings. Plus even the carrots and celery and blue cheese that came with were above normal levels of yummy. The only ding to our experience was the apple pie-- it was kind of goopy in an off putting way, like they used that slime from a can of "apple pie filling", so that was sad. But I still gave full stars because I was honestly enthralled by everything else, as was my fiance, so I'd just say maybe skip dessert and enjoy what you should be there for anyway-- the killer chicken.

Best decision ever...I loved everything about this restaurant! I liked the overall good feel of the restaurant, great bar and our waiter, Diego was super friendly and accomodating! This is a must have to start off your delicious meal! Next came the burgers...I can honestly say that as far back as I can remember, my burger at Union was the BEST burger I ever had, seriously!! Even tastier than All American which was my former favorite! The flavor, cooked to perfection and the bun made it all perfection! My daughter and her fiance ordered a mac and cheese burger and said it was their new favorite! I ordered the onion rings and they were beer battered, also delicious!
