Page has the components for greatness. For instance, it's the first time in years that I've seen actual sardines used in a Caesar salad. And the servers are kind and interested in trying to ensure you have a good experience. But then there are moments where it seems to come undone. Such as a server coming up to your table, asking to borrow a chair to add to another table, despite a bunch of empty tables around you where they could take a chair without the disruption. Then suddenly about 15 minutes later, the chair is inexplicably returned to your table. Or something a simple as a bread and butter service that is clearly plated with intention, only to have the butter up be rock hard like it just came from the freezer. And for some reason, the dishes are clearly well prepared yet they somehow lack flavor. It was a perplexing experience to say the least. read more

Had high hopes for this place based on good reviews, but sadly they didn't pan out:) Stopped by for an early weekday lunch, waited over 20 minutes for service - but I'm on vacay so that was OK. Obviously understaffed with many customers waiting for their orders. Finally our server approached and we ordered cheeseburgers, he asked about desired meat temp and we specified Medium and Medium Rare. Don't know why he bothered to ask, since both of our burgers arrived over 30 minutes later cooked well done, bone dry and extremely salty. I don't generally send things back and the room was slammed so we ate, paid/tipped and left. Our server was pleasant but clearly overworked by management. Excellent food! One of my faves is the Garganelli Pasta Bolognese--I am not particularly a person who orders pasta but this is the best I've ever had and...if I don't have their excellent salmon..I have a hard time straying from this dish! Also the kala salad--enough for two with a meal--is also super..and top the meal off with their coconut cake. My only complaint now is that they took their super BLT --I think it also had turkey--off the lunch menu and it was the best around. Hint, hint, put it back on the menu!! Eric at the desk is the best. Noise level is pretty high, but that's the way of hip restaurants today. If you can, snag one of the window tables. read more

Food was great and our waiter Sean was very personable and attentive. We were a party of 3...my wife and six year old daughter. My wife had the duck which was great and I had the lamb special. Both were done well. For apps I liked the Burrata salad my wife seemed to enjoy her red beet salad. Kids fair was typical..chix tenders and fries. Drinks were good but I think a little pricey at $24 for an espresso Martini. I get it. It's Sag Harbor. Anyways it was good and I'd recommend. read more

We had two great dishes. My husband had the Garganelli bolognese and I had jumbo curry shrimp. So many others were enjoying the bolognese as well! My shrimp were indeed jumbo and the curry was light. Graciously admitted our family for a late night dinner. Saying this because we felt w bit uninvited at other surrounding restaurants in the area when I inquired about a children's menu. We had a long day entertaining the rugrats throughout the Hamptons and needed to refuel not only calorically but mentally. We were able to enjoy a nice meal while our children were quietly enjoying themselves at our table, fed & happy. Spacious eatery with a romantic, but family-friendly vibe. A nice spot for brunch The atmosphere and staff were very nice. Unfortunately they couldn't get their temperatures right on the Steak & Eggs. The steak was over cooked, fatty and not hot. The home fries were cold. The one thing that came out right was the egg whites on top. Their omelets look amazing and taste almost as good as it looked. Wow, what a great spot! We were referred here by a marina employee who said it was a "must go" restaurant. She was spot on. Sometimes you walk in a place and immediately get a good vibe. Page is such a place. They have a great menu as well as multiple specials and the decor is beautiful. The Host (Owner?) is running the show and is truly making sure that everyone is enjoying their experience. We were fortunate enough to have Leo as our Waiter and he appears to be an institution there. What a fantastic experience. We will return soon! read more

Had another great experience at Page. Hostess and Mngr directed us to a high boy table. We shared we would be having a drink and some appetizers. We said we would be out by 730. He said it worked since the table was reserved for 730. Allan the bartender took our order. He is terrific. Great bartender and always welcoming. Both he and Julian are awesome dudes. Anyway. About a 1/2 hour into our dining experience the manager came over and said no need to rush. The table reserved had been cancelled. Recently went for dinner with 2 other couples at Page 63. Very warm and inviting venue...we were greeted and our reserved table was ready for us. Our server Hannah took great care of our group. Drinks were next and they came out as ordered and so so tasty! We ordered a bevvy of appys; great calamari, octopus... The choice of mains was great for our group. 4 of us shared 2 dCaesar salads which were delish! Our mains were LI Duck breast with confit leg..a little over done but still great dish. another astonishing restaurant on Long Island called Page Sag Harbor. I had nan with some kind of red pepper/tomato/pomegranite puree and garganelli bolognese. mom had burrata with fig and prosciutto and tuna tartare. it all was delicious. I've never been to a restaurant that was run by someone with such eye for details- they had custom made wood frame sound diffusers/absorbers mounted to the ceiling. it was the first time I could hear what anyone was saying in a busy restaurant since i was young and had good ears lol read more

The burrata was delicious. The toast was very crunchy, the pesto was very bright and complimented the tomatoes well. The lobster BLT was delicious and the French fries were crispy and well seasoned. The home fries were spicy and delicious. The poached eggs were a little too under done the whites were runny as well and it was a little too raw for me. The service was quick and attentive. Walked in on Saturday night for dinner. We are locals who have dined at Page many times and have always had good experiences. Tonight was terrible. Service was extremely slow. No drinks or apps for 40 minutes and no entrees for 90 minutes. No explanation or apology offered. Entrees finally arrived as my husband was asking to cancel the order. The waiter ended up packing our food to do, again with no apology or explanation. Spoke to the manager on the way out and he was extremely rude, basically said they had done us a favor by seating us with no reservation. Honestly so very disappointing. read more

The vibe is great at this restaurant. The servers are terrific as is the host. It's simply located in Sag Harbor. Some dishes are very good some not. I love the jumbo shrimp curry dish. It's really good. I've had Duck all over and they really mangle it unfortunately. It is either overcooked or undercooked. It's got too much fat the sauce isn't that good side dishes isn't that good? I was a little skeptical to come here based on the reviews however going against my gut was the right choice with this restaurant. What a perfect way to end an evening. We had just finished a boat ride and couldn't get reservations anywhere so I doubled back and decided to make a reservation here and oh was it worth it! The food was delicious, appetizers, entrees, drinks and dessert were all divine. We sat out on the back patio and it was such a vibe. If you're in Sag harbor this is definitely the place to come to. First dinner at a restaurant as a Private Chef here in The Hamptons and I was it was shocking bad and will never go back. Our server, Endri (something along those lines) was inhospitable, dry and could sense he had this dread for service attitude. I got the classic "I don't care, just tell me what you want" attitude when I asked about a couple dishes and got replies on both, "it's good" I was also appalled by the salad I ordered, I wish I took a photo but I was so wrapped up in the shock factor of getting a $25 "salad" with 2 specks of goat cheese, 4 cuts of beets and a small handful of arugula, and slivered almonds that were bought in a bag and probably not even toasted in house, oh and a bland dressing just thrown on the plate! I sent it back! And was told "that's how the chef prepares it" SERIOUSLY? And the manager came over and exhibited that same "I don't care" attitude. My entree was decent, I didn't finish it though, I had lost my appetite. Overall experience... No hospitality. No love. No care. Just get it out so I can go home because I'm just here for a paycheck. This is exactly why chefs hardly go out to dine because we know what the ingredients cost, we know what good service is and isn't. This is also why people hire private chefs! read more

First of all I love sag harbor and this restaurant was the perfect spot for a delish lunch. I had a perfectly made omelette with spinach and cheese and a side order of fries with a strong bold ice tea. My husband immensely enjoy the tartare dish he said it was flavored with style. I was very impressed with the presentation of the meals they were executed very artistically. All Covid rules were still in effect which made me very happy to eat at this establishment. Page at 63 Main has quickly become our go to place for date night. From the atmosphere to the amazing staff, incredible food and great drinks...what's not to love?! Always fresh local specials, expertly explained by waitstaff. They are always willing to give stellar recommendations. The calamari appetizer is some of the crispiest most tender calamari I've ever had. And the chipotle aioli is out of this world! The ravioli appetizer was really good but unfortunately the extended wait for the main course was ridiculous and when the duck confit finally arrived it was incinerated (literally burnt black). While the flavors were all good the slow service and terrible presentation of duck confit were enough to turn me off ever considering them for a meal in future. read more

We had a great meal and service, and would definitely go back. The scallop entree may be the best we've ever had. The bolognese was also outstanding. Serving portions are large but not overwhelming. The restaurant wasn't too busy. They serve lunch from 11am to 3:30pm. We ordered the following appetizers and dishes and shared: 1.Jumbo lump crab cake-$24 3out of 5- too much mayo, not much of crab taste 2.Charred spanish octopus $23 5/5- the octopus was very soft with nice smoked flavor 3. Mediterranean quinoa salad $17 5/5- really enjoyed texture of quinoa with arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and feta cheese Main dishes: 4.lobster BLT-$32 3/5 very small portion of lobster 5.cod fish with vegetables in cream sauce-$34 4/5 the fish was cooked perfect but didn't like the creamy sauce too much. 6. Marinated skirt steak sandwich $25 3/5 7.garganelli pasta bolognese $24 2/5 sauce was very dry and salty, i asked our waitor whether sausage & broccoli rabe or bolognese pasta was better and he recommended this dish and it was a big disappointment. Beautiful restaurant, great location right in town, and lovely outdoor seating. They accommodated my large group with a reservation just a few days in advance on a busy Thursday summer night. The service was a tad slow, but unless I'm in a rush, I don't necessarily mind. The menu has plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes. The scallops were excellent... very fresh and broke apart like a piece of butter.
