We had a great experience at Shark Bar! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was so kind and quick -- you can tell the staff really cares about making sure guests have a good time. A couple of things to note: there were no fans outside, and on a hot afternoon, it definitely got uncomfortable. Also, the prices were steep -- our bill for two people (an appetizer, two drinks, a kids meal, and two entrees to share) came to $400, which felt excessive for a casual bar setting, even in the Hamptons. Thankfully, we knew the manager, and they comped a few items, bringing the total down to $200 -- much more in line with what you'd expect for this type of spot. All in all, great food, fun vibe, but be prepared for Hamptons pricing -- and maybe go on a cooler day if you want to sit outside!

Two stars for their lobster fried rice, which is actually a very salty lobster bibimbap (avoid), however five stars for the rest! The outdoor vibe is so chill and welcoming, the shark bite cocktail is insanely delicious, and their homemade take on your childhood strawberry shortcake popsicle is right-on. Would come back for drinks, a different dish, and dessert.

Great vibes, relaxed and casual with next-level fare & fantastic cocktails. the spicy watermelon margarita is so fresh, and the piño verde was an excellent chartreuse twist on the colada. ordered the fish sammie and shark burger, both absolutely fantastic. worth stopping off on the way out or before the way in to montauk.

What a find! That Shark Shack Burger- WOW. I'm a little worried this place will become too popular -- it's that good....

Truly, the cocktails and menu at this restaurant are so inventive and flavor packed it feels as if there has to be something supernatural happening in the kitchen and behind the bar. We came here in early May and sat at the bar. Dillon took great care of us, walked us through the menu and made stellar recommendations all around. After having my mind blown by the Everything Bagel Martini, we moved on to share the charred octopus and Leggy's Thighs. The charred octopus was tender, and paired so well with the citrus fruits on this plate, plus the bite of pistachios?! So well put together. Leggy's thighs (RIP Leggy) were literally the best chicken I'd ever had, fall off the bone tender and topped off with flavorful furikake and hot pickled fresno chilis. We also split the Wagyu sando which I'm literally still thinking about. Wagyu on milkbread?! What an excellent idea. Live acoustic music was going on the night we were here which really added to the cozy ambiance. They also have trivia here on Thursdays (Dillon, if you're reading this, we hope your team wins the championship). 10/10 no notes. Come here if you can get a table.

The food was amazing as well.. I never had to ask for a knife and fork for a Hot Dog before, but didn't want to unhinge my jaw to take a bite!- it was righteous !!! the Watermelon puree margarita was my go to drink and I appreciated the lemon/lime water stations inside and out to pace myself from overdoing it.. it helped that the weather was perfect too on the Saturday I went. I will gladly make the trip back, this time with my girlfriend to enjoy a day at Lynn's Hula Hut!! - Top Notch!!

The delicious and reasonably priced food was a forerunner to soak up her incredible award-winning cocktails, most made with Lynn's own proprietary brand of naturally infused spirits, like Lynn's hula juice. Lynn herself is warm and welcoming, getting to know everyone on a first name basis. She makes everyone feel like a regular, whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I started with the fluke sushi, which I'd never tried before, and it was delicious. (I wish I could accurately describe sushi/fish in better detail, but I can't so just trust me on this one!) For my main course, I ordered the hot lobster roll, and as an avid lobster roll-lover, it did not disappoint. The lobster was served in generous, chunky pieces with just the right amount of butter. It came with fries that were perfectly crispy, though I do wish they had been seasoned a bit more. The restaurant overlooks the inlet, making it the perfect spot to relax and watch the boats come and go. The staff was welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They also played great music -- that particular day they were playing country music (a southerner's dream!). Last but not least, another bonus is the location. There are several charming little shops just steps away, making it easy to browse before or after your meal. My biggest fear is it's going to be super crowded the next time I'm back in Montauk and I won't get a table. With that being said, I absolutely cannot wait to eat another amazing lobster roll with that lovely view! 5 stars for the lobster roll, 5 stars for the view, 5 stars for the hospitality!
