Very good French onion soup. Exactly what you would expect.

Very cool local bar vibe. Patrons were mainly local, but a few tourists like us. I saw some comments about the service, but we did not experience anything negative. Our server was really good. We had the French onion soup : A, Chili with "the works" on the side: A-, Caesar Salad: A, the special Prime Rib sandwich: A-, and a side of onion rings: A. We also had very cold draft beer that was great. All in all, I recommend it for a solid lunch. Not pretentious. Reasonably priced.

Had to go in to enjoy a proper lobster roll. Right next to the water it just seemed right to order it. Pretty decent sized place inside with maybe a 15 people bar. Ordered 2 margaritas and this bad boy here. Bread was lightly toasted and packed with chunks of lobster. It was so damn good and I wanted another one. Fries were very crispy and flaky. 10/10 on this dish for sure.

I had the beer batted cod fish and chips $27.00 I was very disappointed it was mostly batter and very little codfish. My service almost non existent, after a long while I couldn't find my waitress and I I had to get up and look for my meal. We even asked for take out boxes that did come but without a bag to put them in. You guessed it I had to find someone who could help me get a bag, of course I couldn't find the waitress... I'm never going back. I'm attaching a photo of the batter on my so called cod.

Our server (sorry forgot his name) was genuinely friendly - a rarity in the Hamptons these days - and made great food recommendations. The restaurant is one flight up with indoor and outdoor seating, even our inside table offered fantastic water views. Shared an order of burrata (a special of the day) to start, thoroughly enjoyed the creamy globe of cheese resting on tricolor sauce with toast points. My bouillabaisse, comprised of a large lobster tail, clams, mussels, and white fish, was well spiced with a saffron-based broth and served up with butter-slathered toast to mop it all up. Yummy! Partner's lobster rigatoni was made with plenty of fresh lobster meat and a well flavored creamy sauce. He said it was filling and delicious. Excellent experience overall, would definitely return when in the area.

While it's pleasant to dine outdoors on a nice day, on a hot humid day without much shade the lunch experience was more akin to a sauna. Their limited lunch menu and high pricing ($16 surcharge for a few shrimp added to my salad!) coupled with glacially slow service made for a mediocre experience at best. One and done. Our dinner at Baron Cove's upstairs venue was much better. My mezcal-based "Smoky Summer" cocktail was delicious and refreshing. Tuna resting on a spiced tomato sauce and mashed potatoes (cheerfully substituted for included fries by our friendly server Aislinn) entree was very tasty and a good portion. My partner had local halibut with lentils. Although not a fish lover, he said the halibut tasted very fresh and finished everything. Service and room ambiance were excellent on a weekday evening, with good climate control.

I had chosen this place to have dinner with friends from out of town that were vacationing in Sag Harbor. Reviews looked pretty good and fit what they were looking for: good food, water view, not too far from where they were staying. When we drove up, I was seriously questioning myself. The outside looks like a little dated and small. But as other reviewers have said, the interior is very nice and spacious! We were lucky to get a window table although it was foggy so we could not see a lot of the water; just the parking lot and dock. But still better than nothing. I forgot to take pictures of the apps but we shared multiple orders of the burata, fritto misto and salmon tartare (yes, you read that right). All were good and I did enjoy the tartare. For entrees, I got the fish and chips, Cathie got the bouillabaisse, friends got the chicken Milanese special (what a deal!!), Scottish salmon with ramen, burgers, and another bouillabaisse. We all loved our choices but highlights were definitely the chicken Milanese dinner special (because even with slight up charges for certain items, it is an amazing deal!!); and the bouillabaisse. As some other reviewers have said, this is a MUST ORDER! The broth is not too tomato forward but instead is very flavorful with other spices, not just saffron, and the same food is generous and prepared so well! I will come back just for this! My fish and chips were good, even the Cole slaw although I prefer meatier French fries (although these were still good, nice and crispy). Desserts were also very good and service was good after a couple of bumpy starts.

Securing one of the tables by the window overlooking Noyac Bay is definitely a splendid bonus, especially when the summer sun is setting, making it a picture-perfect time to capture the spectacular cotton-colored sky. Reservations are almost mandatory during peak season; wanting to book same day is challenging, however, late evening oftentimes works. A long, dark bar sits by the entryway with cheerful bartenders awaiting. The Bouillasse is a favorite, with clams, muscles, fish, shrimp and lobster in an an unbelievable pinkish-red stew flavored with lovely saffron. I was slightly disappointed the lobster didn't budge easily out of the shell. Nevertheless, the Bouillasse still remains a favorite. Without a doubt, I'll be back for more.

I was surprised that they were served in tinfoil clam shells.... But that didn't stop me from enjoying them. We also ordered the spinach salad which was a nice place of fresh greens with a warm bacon dressing and mushrooms. For dinner, I ordered the seafood pasta (Frutti di Mar) which was delicious however in being honest, it could've used more pasta. Basically I got 4 fork twirls . A little more pasta would've been very impressive. The calamari, shrimps mussels and clams were delicious as well. The staff is nice, but seemed overworked. There was very little interaction with our wait staff. Dinner began with "garlic bread". Essentially garlic. So much garlic the bread was inedible. Next we split the baked clams. Mostly breadcrumbs, served in an aluminum foil clam shaped cup. Seems like it had been quite a long time since those clams had been anywhere near their shell. Main course was a mess. Eggplant parm was mushy and had a weird flavor. Assuming it was from the other items it was stored with in the freezer, clearly not made fresh. My spouse ordered flounder "limone". Flounder dipped in egg and flour, but served soft, mushy and tasteless. Again, clearly not made fresh. The place was busy. I've read other reviews.
