It's $8 for a men's hair cut so don't expect anything fancy or outlandish but they're better than most economy haircut places where they just try to cut it as fast as possible. Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. It's very upsetting how they dismiss their clients. The nail tech pushed the table as I was sitting. Didn't say anything and basically pushed me as well. I try not to dwell on one bad thing, but the nail tech was extremely rough, after I told her something if was not okay with it. I was here a few months ago, getting just a blow out for a dinner! After some cheap shampoo and conditioner, the owner Kathy managed to start drying my hair. I have a medium length hair, I'm Asian, and still after 10 minutes, my hair was still felt dampened. I paid $25 out the door! I gave them a 1 star for many reasons, but the majority of annoyance was that they didn't acknowledged the fact that there are customers who can understand their cultural language (Vietnamese) and speaking to one another about clients during these services was very unprofessional, but again it's a self employed atmosphere; therefore they feel that it's OK! I also would recommend to not, EVER try facial service here, why?? Would you risk your skin over what they don't know or know very little of! read more

DO NOT GET DIP POWDER HERE! Normally this place does a good job all around. But recently I had a bad experience when I got the dip powder. The owner Kathy normally does a really good job but the last time she did my nails, they were horrible. I made an appointment for 10:30 and didn't leave the shop til 12:30pm. In addition to that Kathy got up from doing my nails several times to do other things, she even got up to start someone else's nails and then came back to me to finish (reason why it took 2 hours to do my nails). She was completely distracted and not focused on my nails which is why they came out so bad. I would understand had I been a walk in, but I made an appointment to specifically avoid something like this happening. My nails were not completely painted with the clear coat and you could visibly see the streaks on my nails and the unpainted part. The sides of my nails were not completely dipped in the powder nor were painted with the top coat, and they looked really bad. I came back the next day so I could have them fixed, STILL took two hours, STILL painted the clear coat very sloppy and had the nerve to blame me because other people had to wait while my nails were fixed. Had she done a better job from the beginning and was fully attentive while doing my nails I would never had to come back. I am sorry you missed out on clients. I definitely won't be back though. read more

I went to this salon a few days ago for a pedicure and that first impression that was left was already not a good one. I sat with me feet in cold water for quite some time before someone got to me. The customer service over all just wasn't very friendly. I thought I'd give them a second chance today so I took my mom to get her nails done. Both of us were left disappointed. My moms nail are way shorter than she asked for and they're shaped very poorly. She continuously looked over at me to tell me the lady was hurting her. Her nails are quite uneven and a few of them just look very different. As for my nails, they are not filed properly on top and are very uneven. You can clearly see bumps and grooves on the top of the nail and some of them aren't filed evenly from the sides either. Both my thumbs are shorter than the rest of my nails. I'm not sure how this happened but she also managed to cut my finger along my. Once again the customer service was rude and these experiences just were not worth it. I highly suggest just saving yourself by going to a different salon. I really wanted to give them another chance and make this my go to spot but it just isn't happening. read more

I came to this place to get away and have a self-care day because of my busy life. And the lady that did my nails was extremely rude!!!! Had an attitude every time I asked her to do something, she rolled her eyes multiple times when I showed her a picture of the color that I wanted and did not listen when I told her the shape nails I wanted and started filing whatever way she wanted. When I brought it to her attention she huffed and looked at me with an attitude! Lastly moved me from her chair to the pedicure station and tried to do my nails when while I was getting my pedicure done, which was fine, but she was struggling to find room to do my nails while I was getting a pedicure and had an attitude about that. Towards the end of when my gel nails were under the light the machine was on the edge off the chair and fell off and then the lady yelled and said "you broke it!". The worst experience in my life! Julie did my manicure today. It was a wonderful experience. I usually go to Megan's but they wouldn't take me anymore because it was an hour until they closed. I called this place and without hesitation they waited for me. I really love how detailed they were and plan to come back. My husband ended up getting a foot massage and he to had a great experience. Not sure why the rating is so low though. They used clean tools and new files for everything. I take sanitation very serious and felt that they were clean and transparent. I will definitely be returning in 2-3 weeks for a full set. I paid 63 bucks for a gel mani and regular pedi as well as my husbands massage. read more

This was the worst customer service that I have experienced. My sister and I waited almost an hour to get seated. They were taking customers that came in after us. The manager seemed to have an attitude the entire time. I was unhappy with the level of professionalism and customer service and decided to complete a yelp review when the women at the front desk decided to look over at my shoulder. Once she saw I was completing a review she lost it! Started yelling at me in front of everyone in the room. We decided to leave and definitely will never return. I tried this nail shop for the first time yesterday and I love the service! It was the only shop that would take me as a walk in with such short notice. I liked it so much that I am sitting here again ! My toe nail got messed up and I came to fix and they re-did it with no problem. The workers are really nice and they take their time to make your nails look nice. Lily did my pedicure and she was really good ! I had planned poorly and was in desperate need to get my nails done for a wedding at 6:45pm on a Thursday. I'm not one to get my nails done regularly so I didn't have a "place". After trying to get into two others based on yelp reviews, I was unable and popped into Nice hoping they would take me and my 6 year old for mani/pedis. I believe they closed at 7 but thankfully they took us in, it was my daughters first professional mani/pedi and she absolutely loved it, they spoiled her. I must have had a newbie working on my nails because although I thought she was very thorough and the shaping and filing looked good, another of the ladies (who was to paint my nails) touched up the work. I got gel on my natural nails and they looked great. Now 4 days later the paint still looks amazing but there is a definite "fill" gap between my cuticle and the polish. My toes look great too with just a basic pedi. It cost $70 for my pedi and gel mani and my daughter to get a regular mani/pedi although they did paint 2 flowers on 2 nails. It took a couple hours however and it was just about 9pm before we left. I tipped them $20 knowing they stayed open late for me though. If I get my nails done again I'll definitely give them another shot. read more

I went in there after going to the movies to get my nails done for my birthday they had cute designs in the window for nails. with my work I have to have shorter nails she was able to get one the length i wanted but all the rest are longer and she got upset when i asked for short nails. the price is horrible it says in the little info thingy one price and then she charges me more for a very simple thing she keep trying to sell more stuff when i told her up front i wanted and thats all i want. she was really hard on my hand and she had stop midway to work on someone else without telling me. my nails are already chipping paint. after only 4 days i was thinking of going back to complain but i didnt want my hands in pain again i most likely going to have to go some where to get the work she done to my nails removed i wouldnt suggest this place to anyone at all read more

Be forewarned...A seven dollar eyebrow wax is worth exactly that, $7. I asked the lady to just clean my eyebrows up but homegirl had other plans. From now on I need to remind myself to look at my waxers eyebrows before agreeing to trust them with mine. O.o read more

Diana is amazing I would really recommend her she always makes sure you're happy with her work. My first time ever stepping foot in there they were so busy they asked me to come back but I never did cause I didn't have time to. The second time I came I called before coming and ask if they had time to do my nails and the lady said yes come. As I arrive each nail tech was with a customer. The lady there told me to wait a little and someone will do my pedi and my fill, comes to 30 mins I'm still waiting then the barely put me on a pedi chair and 30 mins later I'm still waiting. If you don't have time to do a customers nail let them know, I could've been running my errands instead of wasting my time. The lady who did my pedicure was the sweetest lady I've met and she did a good job. My review is for the lady who did my nails, she didn't seem happy or maybe she was having a bad day, but she was so rough with my nails to the point where my fingers bleed and I kept saying ouch not once did she apologize every time she put polish remover around my nails it hurt so bad and stung from how rough she was with my nails and on top of that my pinky nails aren't the same size, one looks deform how are you a nail tech but not notice that it doesn't look the same? I got there at 245ish and left by 530 that is absolutely ridiculous and on top of that this place was so basic she didn't know to do any designs I showed her.
