Here's the kicker they wanted to charge over $1,000 for a "facility fee" I did put a down payment for the service but they didn't give me a date. I ended up changing my mind and asked for my money back. They gave me a hard time and tried to explain why we needed to pay that huge fee for services that are covered by his insurance!! She still went on when I asked for my money back 4x. She said anywhere I go they are going to charge me that much. Let me tell you..... I called two places and I found a dentist where everything is completely covered. What a shame that this office is doing this...

Not only was it not painful, she helped get rid of the pain left by the previous Dr. I wasn't able to eat after my last visit with the old Dr for almost 2 weeks, or eat on the side that was worked on by them for over a month. But with Dr Vo, I was able to eat again the next day & even on the side I haven't been able to eat with!
