Painful Experience and Unreliable Crown - Would Not Recommend…read more I had a crown done at this clinic, and within three years, it fell off twice. The worst part? It fell off just one week after it was first placed. When I went back to have it re-cemented, I had to wait over an hour just to be seen by the doctor. And when he finally saw me, he didn't ask if I wanted anesthesia--he just started scraping off the old cement. My nerve was still alive. It hurt so bad I could barely breathe. He didn't ask, didn't explain, and didn't give me a choice. Just told me to "hang in there." I felt violated, ignored, and in unbearable pain. After that experience, I made up my mind: I'm never going back. No one should be treated like that at a dental clinic. More recently, the same crown fell off again. I went to two other dentists, and both of them said the crown wasn't fitted properly. One even said, "It was bound to fall off." But more importantly, both dentists told me this tooth never needed a crown in the first place--that it was a completely unnecessary treatment. The nerve was still alive and the tooth could have been treated much more conservatively. Instead, I went through a painful, irreversible procedure that cost me time, money, and well-being--and the result still failed. It's a total joke. The overall clinic environment was also extremely unprofessional. One of the dental assistants--an older woman--was rough and lacked basic courtesy. There was a time I was sitting in the treatment room, and as soon as she walked in, she pushed the chair button to recline me without saying a single word--not even a hello. It shocked me and felt incredibly disrespectful. Another time, during an X-ray, she poked my gums so hard I bled. She didn't apologize, didn't check on me--she just kept going like I was an object. No empathy, no communication. The dentist also seemed to overbook patients, and his treatment plans felt rushed and incomplete. When I had the crown placed, it was the assistant who was adjusting the bite. She was clearly frustrated during the process, and her attitude added so much pressure and anxiety. It made me dread coming back. If you're someone who fears pain, or if you need a dentist who listens and informs you before doing things to your body--this is not the place. You deserve better. You deserve someone who's honest, gentle, and professional. This clinic was none of that.

The facility is very clean, modern, and brand new, with updated equipment and chairs. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Nathan Nittayo is great--he keeps it real, explains everything clearly, and is transparent about what's necessary without trying to upsell like many other offices. He takes time to educate you on your condition in a way that's easy to understand. He even comes out to greet patients personally when entering and actually remembered me when I came back for follow-up work a month later. Appointments are punctual, and even during a cleaning scheduled with the hygenist, Dr. Nittayo checked in to answer questions when passing by. The hygienist I had was excellent too, and it was probably the most painless, comfortable deep cleaning I've ever had, done thoroughly in about an hour with explanations along the way. This office is a great addition to the area; it's a small but growing privately owned business that I hope will continue to grow. They offer a wide variety of services from deep cleaning, tooth extraction, fillings, etc. I came here due to teeth and gum issues. Procedures were performed very well- high quality standard. Moreover, they offer free consultations and convenient scheduling. Dental fees are very costly, so it's best to have a robust dental INSURANCE plan. I'm glad I have it. They do accept a modest selection of dental insurance companies. Their support staff (Sarah) will help you navigate the billings and save. (sorry dad) Dr. Galvan was very welcoming and non-judgemental. He fixed the teeth that were worth saving and then made a partial that completely matched my other teeth.
