I was excited to return to this office after being told I could be seen sooner. Before accepting the earlier appointment, I had been told my insurance covered my visit and that I wouldn't have a copay. After I accepted the new appointment, I was then informed that I would need to pay $50 because of a missed appointment from 2020. The $50 was repeatedly referred to as a "copay," but I had to point out that it wasn't actually a copay through my insurance--it was a missed appointment fee based on the office's policy. That distinction matters because a copay and an office policy fee are not the same thing. I explained that the missed appointment occurred during the COVID period and asked if they would consider waiving the fee as a one-time courtesy since I was returning as a patient after several years. They declined. My concern isn't the $50 itself--it's the way the information was communicated. I believe patients should be clearly informed of any outstanding office policy fees before they commit to an appointment, and those fees should be described accurately rather than being referred to as insurance copays. read more

I am so happy I found this place, and that it's near my house. My dentist, Dr. Edward, was so helpful, informative, and patient. He explained everything that's going on with my oral health, and how to make sure I take care of my teeth. My hygienist, I think it was Ben, was so gentle with my teeth. My teeth didn't feel sensitive at all after my cleaning. The front desk also helped answer all my questions and helped me with scheduling. They renovated and expanded the office! It looks great, the waiting room is cozy but has nice chargers. Priscilla was amazing. I had to come in for a deep cleaning and she numbed the area so well I honestly felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the chair. I've been a longtime patient here and we love this office! They have always been accommodating of my busy schedule and help work around my availability. They do get booked out pretty far but sometimes have last minute availability. The front staff, techs and Drs are all friendly and professional. Ambiance/Decor: With the new lobby, the place looks more inviting. It also feels more spacious. My new dental hygienist, Cecilia, is very nice, gentle, thorough, and has cleaned by teeth twice. She encourages me to floss more. She jokingly, threatens me every time by saying "John, if you don't floss more, you'll have to see me more". Perfect Smile For Thought: Something about going to the dentist insights fear in me. I guess going to get my bi-yearly teeth cleaning by Cecilia is not that bad. I've been coming here for over three years and have stayed with them through their recent office renovations. While their old office was already nice, the new one is modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff is responsive, transparent, and helpful. My dentist and hygienist are always offering tips and advice to keep my teeth in great shape. 11/03/25 I called and asked how much is a visit with cleaning the person on the phone said $99 with X-rays. I ask how much is deep cleaning, person replied with; everyone is different and the time varies. Then I asked how much is deep cleaning per hour, she then said we don't give prices over the phone, I then said "I need to know how much before I sit in a chair." I got no answer. Then I asked how much is a root canal. The person on the phone said " we don't do you canal, we refer you out." This is when I hung up. More like Perfect Excuse. I would be fired if I responded to clients with the answers like above from the phone person. read more

Amazing place for dental work and help. I had my Invisalign done here and was given options not even brought up by other dental offices. Everywhere wanted to remove front teeth and use classic braces while The Perfect Smile gave me a thorough breakdown of all my options and told me Invisalign and classic braces were all doable options just with different plans and experiences. I ended up going with Invisalign and my teeth are all straight now. They held my hand through the entire journey and I felt heard and all my concerns addressed. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. My old dental office would never give me the time of day but the staff here all really listen to your worries and concerns then address them accordingly. They give you options that other places will all tell you but also ones that other places might not consider due to being more work or more difficult to work with. read more

Earlier this year they put a crown on a molar that had infection instead of performing a root canal first then adding the crown . This week I had intense pain and visited another dentist where the Dr questioned why they would put a crown on an infected tooth. I had the root canal done today. Now the crown I payed money for has a filling on it and you can tell. I am disappointed since this should have been standard practice. On the other hand their office staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Beware of what the drs are trying to sell you it feels like it's all about making money rather than patient care. Good luck ! The care and consideration provided here are insurmountable. I just had a basic cleaning today, and the hygienist, Priscilla, was extraordinary! She was very informative in explaining what was being done and also explained periodontal disease and its cause and effect if not addressed. The front-end staff is also very accommodating and professional, not to mention everybody is just plain nice. AND the office is pretty cool, well designed, and decorated to "distract" that you're in a dental office. It kind of takes away from the anxiety some may feel at the dentist, in my opinion.
