I read a lot of good reviews for this place. So I went last night to check them out for the first time. Setting: the lights are dim. I sat next to the window so it was not as lit as the booths. We were immediately greeted and seated when we walked in. + Food: I couldn't decide what to choose from with the many options they provide. They have hibachi grill items. That is pretty cool to add that in with the Thai food. I went with the G07. Neur-Yang (Thai Steak). It came with rice. OMG! It was cooked and seasoned so remarkably well. So good! The chili sauce comes on the side so I dipped my steak in it. They have a plate for hot chilies and sauces. The steak was really good! Wait! Didn't I just say that ? Lol ++ I tried the Drunken Noodles it was really good too. I just found it odd that the noodles were cut in small pieces. It was cool that it was cut into one inch or smaller pieces, but just never seen it like that. The dish was good with lots of vegetables and the meat was seasoned very well. + Service: there were two waitresses and they were attentive. They do honor the 10% off discount on Yelp. Pretty decent Thai food with amazing lunch specials. Grabbed a dinner portion of Pad Kee Mao to go, they let me grab some salad and soup from their lunch buffet while waiting. Dish was flavorful, beef was cooked perfectly. Asked for very spicy 5 star, received a mild spice dish, this was disappointing when I told her Thai Spice like 10 times. Food looked bland, but can't judge it by the cover. Has baby corns, they should leave those out. Overall, I feel it's worth the $7 lunch special, but not worth anything higher for dinner portion size. I love this place, I really do. I've been here quite a few times and it's just a wonderful welcoming family vibe every time! Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me very sick due to my gluten allergy after trying something new this time and yeah I wanted share how to avoid feeling like I do if you have an allergy. I asked if the drunken noodles could be made gluten free and the kind lady at the counter confirmed that they would be, however, I called back after feeling itchy and nauseous after eating to see if they used regular soy sauce in the noodles, and they did:/ I recommend specifying clearer than I did in regard to what would contain gluten if you have an allergy (soy sauce is NOT gluten free, tamari is gluten free!). Again it's nothing against them at all, it's just something I wanted to let my fellow allergy friends know. read more

This is my favorite place to support in the midst of COVID. They are doing an exceptional job of maintaining social distance regulations and providing clean, smooth, and friendly service. But more importantly, their food is high quality and authentic, and the owners are incredibly kind. I've been here twice and I've had amazing service both times. I was looking for a yummy bahn mi and I hit the Jack pot!!! The first time I ordered to and love it so much I brought my husband the second time. When you dine in they have complimentary cup of soup. We tried the hot and sour IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The grilled pork is my favorite so far but the pork belly was also really good. We loved the Vietnamese coffee! Do yourself a favor and come eat here. It's a small place and it gets a nice little lunch rush but it's so worth it to sit and have a nice meal. read more

Sorely disappointed that yelps rating did not match our experience. We got take out and spent over $50 on 4 entrees for a family of 4. As soon as I picked up the bags of food, they felt light and underweight. And sure enough, the boxes were half filled as compared to other restaurants' takeout food. The portions were skimpy at best. What made it worse was that they completely screwed up on our sandwich order. The sandwich contained mystery meat that was extremely salty. We wanted mayo but no jalapeños and of course, it came with jalapeños and no mayo. We ended up getting some hamburgers afterwards to make sure that our kids had enough for dinner. read more

An absolutely wonder lunch spot that proves being in a strip mall doesn't mean you cannot find a jewel. People who work there are so nice and happy. Do get the sandwiches there. This place is in a very convenient location right off of I-35. I couldn't decide what to order as there were plentiful options but settled on the Beef Pineapple Fried Rice. The dish was very large and could be shared with more than one person very easily! It was a very tasty dish but nothing too crazy about it. I'm glad this spot is offering safe service during COVID. Takeout only, wait outside and call the restaurant when you arrive and they will bring the food out to you. I thought everything was pretty good, decently priced. I did think the pad thai could have been seasoned more personally and the papaya salad had some odd crab shells that were not edible. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and got a couple Bahn Mi sandwiches. Girlfriend got the pork belly and I got the classic. The fillings on both were generous and the vegetables were fresh. Definitely the best part of my sandwich was the bread and the house mayo they use. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The owner makes her bread in house, and it's definitely telling. Would have included a picture... but we kinda scarfed it down. I do have a picture of the mango w/ sticky rice which was also baller.
