I believe good food is in the small details and these guys really have it down, not only is the chicken perfectly cooked. The sauces are transcendental. Kai Zabb is so good I want to keep it all for myself. And simultaneously tell everyone I know to come eat here. Small menu because everything is a hit, with huge portions and fresh crispy chicken. Ordering in advance is a good idea - since everything is made to order there's always a wait, but if you aren't sure what to get the owner/chef is very friendly and is happy to chat about the menu. The sauces are really what makes this S-tier, the hedonist in me wants to bathe in them. Light and thin, perfect for dunking or drizzling, and packed with flavor. Basil chicken (Kra-Prao) is my favorite so far. Don't be scared to get it spicy! Kai Tod is the least exciting, very sweet and sticky, but perfect for simpler (or younger) palates. Everything comes with a mountain of rice and a side salad, too. And the leftovers reheated very well the next day! The sitting area for the truck is spacious and cozy; big tables, lots of happy plants, and with a large shade cover overhead - secluded enough to sit down and have a conversation (between stuffing your mouth with chicken...)
