As for the chicken, I was hoping by itself it would be more thai inspired/marinated/seasoned but it's effectively just chopped up chicken tenders to be dunked in the curry. The curry is flavorful, albeit a bit watery, which I wish was reduced a bit. But if curry is not your thing, my friend's Kai Zabb was very good: tangy, sweet and heat all at once, so good to really switch up bites. And while I wasn't expecting sticky rice, I can't help but say it's the first time I've had thai fried chicken without it. But in my recent trip to Austin, I found these amazing Momos The stuffing was exactly as we like back in Delhi- the perfect balance of flavors and the satisfying texture. Their main webpage now offers other food we haven't even seen at the truck but you can't order their basic fried momos and the Jhol is the worst because it's like crack and epic AF and yet always out! The dude is super nice and we appreciate that but we can't support a business that can't even be stable with consistency for us to even access them- and this is a splurge for us so we do end up having to be economical and order the frozen bulk which has been super great- IF we can get them. The tacos were loaded with fresh toppings, and you could really taste the care that went into the food.
