Upon arrival and prior to entering my residence, the technician, "Manuel" immediately informed me he could not resolve my problem (prior to looking at my residential fire suppression system). After speaking with the technician's supervisor, "Jose" On Guard Fire Protection services refused any attempt to inspect/fix my residential system and would still charge me a$215.00 service fee. "Manuel" admitted he and "Jose" had been aware they were not going to do any work on my fire suppression system prior to arriving at my residence. My recommendation is any potential On Guard Residential Fire Protection Service customer strongly consider utilizing another company due to an apparent integrity concern with this company.

Recently made the change to use this company to monitor our fire system at our townhome community…read more Ditched our former service because it was very costly; there was a charge for every visit, in addition to the maintenance agreement. Our fire riser rooms have an issue, it seems every week or every other week. We have one in each building on both sides of our community. There might be slight differences with each side of our community. The Proposal was easy to follow and there didn't seem to be any hidden fees. I really like when a company operates with transparency. Going with them was ratified last night at our Board Meeting. It will be a savings on the cost, so that is something that we like. (Last month, I approved a last invoice to the former company, and it's ridiculous.) ((I was happy to ditch the former service because I see them almost every other day at our neighboring hangar, across the street, from my work place. They also monitor the airport equipment inside our property. There was such a communication issue the last time that they were here to do a complete overhaul of the airport equipment, because there was a switch to newer technology. It just left a bad mark on their performance.))

I used Elite Brothers construction because they were assigned to help repair 2 floods that I had in…read moremy home. I am African American, and they are white male owned and the spouse Simone was a former customer. They attempted insurance Fraud by telling State Farm that my carpet upstairs had been replaced and it HAD NOT. I caught the mistake, and they tried to lie and claim that it was an ERROR by the office manager... I had to miss work to meet with their workers on several occasions, only to have them not show up and even call to cancel. On top of that they did horrible work and my floor upstairs feels uneven when walking upstairs. They did not caulk and seal around the toilets, baseboards, or entry points. They left the gas running one day, and I had to turn away one of their workers because I smelled gas. The technician with Southwest Gas confirmed that they did indeed leave the gas running. A HUGE SAFETY RISK!! Elite Bros brushed it off as if it was NOTHING... When I tried to rectify the situation with them, they tried to CONTROL me by scheduling appoints on their own without considering I have a ton of other things I am working on. They need to be shut down because who else are they doing this to?
