I called them on monday morning. A technician was out within the half hour. Determined it is the water flow switch, which needs replacement. Said he notified his company and would reach out to our Management Company, MDL Group. So I let them know to expect to get a proposal. The Proposal was signed. Was waiting to hear back for Scheduling. I didn't hear anything. So I called someone, this morning, to get it done ASAP. Because, guess what, the fire alarm went off last night, again, 8 pm, when noone was there. But our hangar neighbors were there, and informed me. It is very loud. I spoke to Everon, explained the situation and placed it on a 24 test mode. Yes, the technician got here at the time scheduled today. And I am so glad he is here doing the Repair. Our neighbors will appreciate this repair too. THANK YOU to everyone here! Thank You for your great customer service.

Was told by the receptionist that they would have someone out between 10 AM and 2 PM today, and that I would get a phone call notifying me when they were on their way. While I think we can all agree that time windows generally suck, it's to be expected with work that requires a trade skill where you're not sure how long repairs will take client to client. True to their word though, I got a phone call letting me know the plumber was on the way. I appreciated the heads up so I didn't feel like I was wasting my day waiting for someone to show up and he was there within about 30 minutes of the phone call! I feel bad not remember the gentleman's name who helped me out, but he was extremely polite and efficient. He took the time to explain what was causing my issue (and could cause future problems if I didn't make adjustments), made the repairs, and was on his way out within about 15 minutes. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I had problems with the new unit within a few days of the installation, and their technicians had to come over three different times within a week to try to get it running correctly. That made me suspicious of how well the furnace was installed, so I decided to have VKD, a highly rated HVAC installer, come to check it out. Jessica, the owner's empathetic wife who does the scheduling, quickly set up an appointment for Aaron to check it out. With pictures and a video Aaron took while examining the unit in the attic, he explained to me why the new system was not only installed and secured improperly, but where many of the connections were not even up to code. He even showed where there are a number of leaks. He told me that there were enough violations that I might want to file a lawsuit against the installers. I contacted the installer about this and they set up an appointment to reinstall the next day, only with a different, more experienced technician. Having read all the reviews of Vegas Knight & Day, and now having experienced the expertise of one of their technicians, I wish I would have known a month ago about this company. I would have gone with VKD when I decided to replace my system.

I have Fidelity as a Home Warranty - long story short Action Air saved our sanity. Our AC went out…read moreand had to go out of network, because Fedility couldn't find an in network company to come out. We called Action Air and they were able to schedule us within a couple of hours, from our call. The inside of our house was over 100°, we had been in excessive heat warning for days and were still going to be them for another week. Nick came out, diagnosed the problem(s) and let us know how we could proceed. Since we had Fidelity I followed their protocol, but was given the run around / delayed tactics and since this was literally life or death, scheduled an appointment, for Action Air to install a new unit. Our appointment was a few days out and Action Air offered to let us borrow some portable AC units. They worked so we could do some stuff at home, but with the excessive heat warning the units weren't enough for us to stay full time at the house. We ended up getting a motel for the evenings. During all this time Tracy was calling checking on us. When it came installation time, everyone showed up at the arranged time and work started immediately. Everyone knew what part they had and it went together like a puzzle. All the guys were attentive, friendly, they put down sheets in the walkways they used, the had sheets to cover the clothes in the closet, for when they were in the attic, they cleaned up after themselves and knew their business. They install a brand new, bigger and so much more quieter Maytag unit. After a few hours we had air . They removed the old unit and got the required permits. People and dogs were happy again. Unfortunately, later that night cold air stopped blowing. I contacted Tracy and she immediately called back. She got Nick on the phone and started brainstorming what the problem could be. Since it was 9/9:30pm, they said they'd be out 1st thing in the morning. Morning arrived and I get the call they're on their way. Nick does some testing and turns out it was a bad blower - the blower is old. The blower had absolutely nothing to do with the installation. Even though we weren't scheduled for an installation, they stayed and installed a new blower in the attic for us. Without a doubt, or skipping a heart beat, I would recommend Action Air - Tracy, Nick, Andrew and Mark (there was another guy, but I missed his name). They are upfront, honest, have great work ethics, reliable and a get the work done crew.
