It is definitely in your best interest to have Quick Dry in your corner. Maybe not physically, but they have definitely "held my hand" and took care of all the communication that was needed on my behalf with the adjuster. They are a 24 hour service that handles many home emergencies at a time. So you will see different technicians coming out to check the machines and monitor the moisture, but they all eventually become familiar faces.
