She was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. We discussed the costs, my warranty, and how everything would work with the repair. Matthew (Matt) was the tech who was sent to diagnose the issue and he called when he was on the way, arrived on time, and was responsive via text as well. He always respected my home and put down covers and cleaned up afterwards. He is a very friendly, neat, organized, polite, and efficient guy! Matt knew exactly what the issue was after trouble shooting (I had the breaker off and turned on to hear and show what was happening with the clicking sound. He ordered the part and I paid for the service call, which was reasonable. Plus, it's one fee and includes even when he comes back to install the part. Once the part was shipped and arrived at the office, Adela called to schedule and made sure the time was convenient for me, and Matt arrived this morning during the 8am-12pm window. He had the part, opened up my fireplace, and installed the new PCB board!! He was done within 30 minutes. I'm so excited to see my fireplace working again! For the payment, I paid online and got the receipt emailed. Super easy and convenient. Thanks so much!

This recent service, my pilot just stop working. Thought that maybe it was just the pilot that needed to be replaced, but it just wouldn't stay lit. My technician Matt would not give up to find the problem. After many calls between him and his team and the manufacturer, a couple of trips, Matt figured it out! He also made my fireplace look like new! They are reasonably priced, but they go all out to make sure things are in working condition and that their customers are happy! From the management, reception and technicians, this company is by far the best I've ever worked with! I picked this company based on yelp reviews (!!!) and they responded almost immediately to my request for service on a gas fireplace I said I haven't used since moving in 4+ years ago. The house is about 25 years old, and I said I wanted to make sure it was a) safe to use, b) functioning, and c). I'd be shown how to operate it. The next day the owner and wife came over, pleasant to deal with. Aside from that positive thing, when they were here I noticed that they didn't do much or seem to have any kind of process. There was no "inspection," or anything taken apart or looked other than the pilot cover (or grate or whatever it's called). The fireplace would not turn on with the wall switch and they did change the switch (which was quick) and then it turned on. I asked if the unit should be cleaned and he said "eh, probably not." I mentioned I'd lost family in a fatal fire and was concerned about safety, so I'm not sure how they determined the chimney was safe because nothing was looked at. They did show me how to push the pilot light button and that's it. Whole thing was maybe 20 minutes, then they left, and I zelled them the money. I also messaged that I might refer a friend and right away got a "thanks!" A few hours later, I flipped the fireplace on (fine), looked over 10 minutes later and the flame was out. I messaged them right away - nothing. Three days later sent another message (maybe something extraordinary happened)? - nothing. Two days after that (today) I messaged again - zero rsponse. So .... out a fee, no working fireplace, and would not feel confident that it's safe anyway. IDK the qualifications of this person (I will ASK next time) but their service and communication get an F. My advice is don't use this company and be very careful who services something that could cause a fire (and god knows what else) in your house. This town has flakes and I was just stuck with another one.

The team thorough with measuring, spray painting locations and details so location was important for my vision. The team worked very hard on my project, and paid attention to detail on my pavers. They were able to lay 2 types (front and back yard) and 2 colors in the backyard (Holland style). They planted many trees and shrubs, and set up the irrigation on multiple valves to ensure even watering and hopefully a long life for my plants! They laid turf, which is perfectly flat and stretched. They built a step up patio, and included under step lighting, tree lighting and walkway lighting. We had a small fire under our dryer a couple weeks ago and luckily we were home or we may not have a home today or Chance. We had a guy come out through our AHS insurance to fix burned parts. Our insurance didn't cover vent cleaning though, which leads to roof and collected tons of lint. We also had the coil in back of dryer that was crinkled up behind dryer and never knew it. We never looked at it. I tried two different companies to clean out the vent that couldn't clean it because they didn't have equipment ect.... It has been a horrible experience. Then we found this guy. Wow, the lint he pulled out of the vent was crazy. He shows you everything and Tom was surprised. We have never had dryer vent cleaned once in 20 years. We never thought about it. Dumb move on our part I know. We thought as long as lint screen in dryer is clear we are all good. I have brought up kids to always check it because I always told them it can lead to fires. Although it's a good idea to look at dryer vents; it is also a good idea to clean vent that leads to outside house. Check out your dryer vents everyone that leads up to roof or side of house. We could have had a catastrophe. If you live in Las Vegas use him. You should have vent cleaned yearly. So glad we were home before something bad happened. Google his website. He did a fantastic job. The house is almost 30 years old, and I have been living there for the past six. The dryer vent has never been cleaned. My dryer had been taking longer and longer to dry, until eventually it wasn't drying at all, and the dryer was heating up to a scary degree on the outside. First of all, David showed me where the dryer vent came out on the side of the house, and that even with a powerful blower attached almost no air was getting through. He first took out some wire mesh that was wedged in there, and then used a brush and pliers to take out huge chunks of wet lint that were clogging the pipe. He then hooked up a new hose between the dryer and vent, cleaned the dryer lint trap, and checked to make sure the dryer was running right and exhausting air properly. The difference was night and day. Needless to say, I am quite pleased with the results. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally, and he left the area cleaner than when he found it,. It is nice to know that I have such a prompt, courteous, and hardworking professional that I can call whenever I need my dryer vent cleaned again. He also does carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning as well, and I plan on using these services from him in the future. read more

This is the guy you want when it comes to dryer vent cleaning. He will first inspect your venting system to be sure the usual cleaning process will work and advise you if not. He took photos of inside my wall of the duct system first and determined that there was a major construction flaw and that he could not service my duct system. Other companies would have hooked up their equipment and then told me my system was clean. I was only charged a small service fee and advised what needed to be done to correct the problem. It would be a better world if home servicing companies have the know how, the honesty and integrity that David King, the owner has. I highly recommend him and his company for all you Duct Cleaning needs. read more

I had used 2 other companies in the past on other properties, but I was impressed with David of Dryer Fires LV as his service stood out. He was professional, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and just good old honest service. Amazing! The owner performed the service and was prompt, professional, clean, reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with. I've had King come out once to clean my dryer vent that goes through to the roof, I don't think it had ever been cleaned after that my dryer worked great. He's very friendly and knowledgable we know he is going to do the job right the first time. His price is fair and he is very professional. He cleaned all my air vents today after one of my dirty room mates with cats moved out. The house smells amazing and he showed us before and after pictures of everything. My dryer was working but no heat. David came out and did a great job!! Very thorough. he went through the vents as well as gave some helpful tips on keeping the lint filter clean. He pulled out what looked like a foot long pile of hard dust that was shaped like the vent, and then went and double checked it to make sure none was left! Great service from david, got here same day, a few minutes after our talk on the phone. Worked quick and knew what he was doing. Had a happy, uplifting can do attitude. Was able to fully explain what the problem was and fixed it for a low price. Brought all of his own tools etc. Overall the service was excellent reliable and trustworthy I will be calling next time for any similar problems. He even went and got change from the store for us. David the owner came to my house he does a great job at what he does I have bad allergies and asthma iv been able to breath alot better since he did my vents, when I seen all the stuff that came out of my dryer and the tube in the back was smashed against the wall he fixed it now my dryer gets my cloths dry in half the time it was taking me. I love this company, they do a really good job on cleaning vents and airs ducts. I will continue to use them. The owner is very helpful and knowledgable about all areas of air ducts, vents instalation, and cleaning. They are also not as expensive as other companies. David arrived earlier than expected and did a great job. I purchased the flexible dryer vent hose for additional cost. My only concern is that the electrostatic air filters he said could only be purchased through him, I can get for less than half on Amazon. I understand markup but this was excessive. read more

He did all my ducting for a/c and heating. Cleansed the condenser could. Cleaned up all his mess, explained the process as he went. Treated my houses for smoke. No complaints and I no longer smoke in my home and it's made a difference. Thank you. Would absolutely recommend. read more

For a 1500 square-foot and 800 square-foot home I was given a price of $800 cash. I do think that they charged me too much but the gentlemen who did the work were nice enough. And they were very quick. They did not open every vent as I thought they would. Some were just cleaned on the outside and vacuumed. Some of the vents they claimed were for smoke and others just had a lot of air so they literally just cleaned out a couple of actual vents and had one large vacuum in the major vent. And they did not touch any of my bathroom fans, even though they were extremely dirty . I do think I was definitely overcharged but at the same time it's the holidays so I hope they enjoy that money and actually give it back to the employees that do the work.
