They replied quickly and we agreed on a time. They specifically said the time worked and they would be here. Then, without any other explanation, they simply said they were booked and couldn't make it. Nothing other than that: no message apologizing, no message saying they're prioritizing rescheduling as soon as possible, nothing. I waited to post this 9+ hours after their last message to see what the owner said, but I've gotten nothing in reply. So while I should at least get an apology, I'm not surprised to see zero accountability. If they can't simply apologize, I'm not sure how they think they can be trusted to do any actual work.

The existing system was installed when we purchased this house new in 2018 but was contractor grade. Ryan provided a couple of solutions but decided to replace. Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

After she left them for whatever reasons, getting somebody to pick up the phone or respond back to leaving a voice message can be hit or miss, especially during the busier summer months. Don't waste your money to buy their extended warranty because Alpha Air won't be there for you when you really need them for that expensive covered repair job. My AC died during a 100+ degree day, and I called Alpha Air several times and left a message but no answer. I finally decided to just call another AC company that came the same day to fix the problem, but of course, I had to pay out of pocket instead of being able to use the pre-paid warranty. I also had a sick, elderly parent suffering in a sweltering house so I wasn't going to wait for an unreliable company that didn't pick up their phone and will likely just say that they never got my phone call or voice message or that there was a glitch in their system. Alpha Air can do the job well if/when they want to show up so I give them one star for that and one star for Terry who no longer works for them. Based on my recent experience, however, I won't be using Alpha Air anymore and wish we had never paid for their useless extended warranty. They got their extra profit back then, but lost a long-term customer as of now. Businesses that truly deserve all their positive reviews have consistently excellent communication/customer service so they don't have to give after the fact excuses or apologetic explanations.

Hello Yelp Members,…read more I have a SPECTACULAR one for you all! Super Service Cooling and Heating! My Professional Plumbing Expert Johnathan. He repaired a water leak in my garage located under the partition that held my hot water heater. Johnathan arrived on a Thursday, before his off days, Friday, and Saturday. He diagnosed the problem, but was unable to repair due to my request for an afternoon arrival. Johnathan is SO KiND and KNOWLEDGEABLE. To the point that I chose to wait until Sunday, for his return. Allowing the leak to continue because of the trust I have for him. That night he went above and beyond. I wanted him to receive the woke hours. Garage flooded and expecting a high bill in sacrifice for his expertise and my trust in it. I received a quote from his office which was fair. I have used many different plumbing companies in the past. Each one charged(from my decades long home owner experience) much more than the time it took to complete. No parts and labor, but a flat rate. No itemization until work was completed, which only one company provided labor time. That complaint attempted to charged for time spent speaking about two other issues I enquired about and an estimate when provided. I decided to ask if he had time in his schedule to complete that additional work then. That time, speaking, and receiving a course of action was billed as labor hours. I was forced to call management to have it removed as the technician would not. Back to Johnathan. Moving the hot water caused an issue with heater maintaining a burn. Johnathan then called the boss, Issac who helped to diagnose the problem and recommend the repair required. An additional fee when the water heater was working perfectly before the leak was repaired. Issac 'offered' to replace the part at the cost of the part only. I could have argued for no additional charge as it worked perfectly before being moved. However, being understanding and grateful that he offered 'at cost only' before we discussed it. Fairness is part of their culture obviously. After replacing the flame would still not hold. Johnathan disassembled the vent for a third time. First, before water leak. A second time after replacing the new part. He sealed it off. Oh, I have a commercial heater with venting. Johnathan sealed it so good no air could possibly enter. The work was not completed until Tuesday. My responsibility. Due to my sleep schedule afternoon hours are best. Each night before completion Johnathan worked tirelessly until the job was completed to his standards, and my own. Even cleaning the area and spraying and wiping down the water heater afterwards. I have the utmost respect for that young man. He will go far in business and in life because he is honest, and so is Super Service, Issac. They could have charged so much more, but they were fair and accountable. Anyone out there who has gone through multiple plumbing companies in hopes of finding a competent, fair and decent one please stop here?? You will not regret your decision. They, Johnathan, 'are my list' now. What a relief. Now I know who to call and who to refer with the utmost confidence. Johnathan is also engaged to be married with plans of starting a family. It is refreshing to know that we will have members of the new generation raised with morals, respect, values, kindness, a great work ethic, and a relationship with our Lord God. ALL of God's teachings, no cherry picking. Which we both shared and learned of one another thought our time. The greatest two; 1) Love your Lord God with all of your soul, heart, mind and spirit. 2) Love your neighbors as you do yourself. Tall and Dustin cleaned our ducts yesterday. We just moved into this house two weeks ago, and duct cleaning is something we always do right away when moving in. The house is 12 years old, and construction dust from the original build was still in those vents. Incredible amount of yuck came out. What really sets this company apart: no upselling. Every other duct company I've used tries it. These guys didn't. Here's the kicker -- an HVAC company had been out that same morning and charged us $2,500 for a "new panel" to fix our AC. Didn't work. Tall walked in, and within 30 minutes (without me saying anything) spotted the real issue and fixed it. Professional, genuinely nice guys. I actually asked if they owned the company because of how they carried themselves. They don't -- but my husband and I run our own business, and we know exactly how lucky this company is to have them. It was definitely DuctPro who showed up in a DuctPro truck with a DuctPro sign on the truck... The technician spent a few moments in the attic, then come down stairs stating that due to restoration dust... (which there wasn't any) but because we had the carpet and padding ripped out, he said that the $99.00 special wouldn't cover the basics, and it would cost $399.00 No matter what you write here, fact is it was a Bait and Switch scheme and an upsell... Has anyone else experienced their upsell... please don't have any friends, family or others write something nice about your biz or contradict what I wrote which happens to be the truth? read more

First the response time was incredibly fast, I got the technician within couple hours to my house, the price was reasonable and after a long time of research I found out that duct pro have been the best quality for the best price! Duct-Pro came out and cleaned out my AC ducts and my dryer duct. They were very professional and took great care of my house. They covered areas with tarps under vents that could not be moved and vacuumed up after. They even created a few videos to show me the condition of vents from the inside. We used Yelp's project feature to find a company for a full air duct cleaning on our two-story home, and J&J was one of the first to respond. From the start, they stood out. They asked thoughtful, specific questions, provided a clear quote, and patiently answered all of ours (and we had a lot ). Gilbert and his teammate arrived right on time and kept us updated from when they were en route to when they arrived. They were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process--wearing shoe covers, being mindful of our neighbors while setting up their equipment, and walking us through each step so we always knew what to expect. By the end, every duct in our home--including the dryer vent--was thoroughly cleaned. And the results? Immediate and noticeable. It's been just over a week, and my indoor allergies are completely gone. Before the cleaning, I was waking up multiple times a night going through boxes of tissues. Now, I sleep straight through the night--no issues at all. Thank you, J&J, for such an excellent experience! Pro Tips: 1. Plan for this to take most of your day (at least ~4 hours). We stayed home but kept out of the way by hanging out in the front and backyard and ordering food. 2. They apply a deodorizer/sanitizer at the end--you can easily air it out if needed. 3. Clear the areas under all vents ahead of time--they place commercial blankets to catch debris. 4. Make sure they have access to your dryer vent. For us, that meant leaving space to pull the dryer out.

For a 1500 square-foot and 800 square-foot home I was given a price of $800 cash. I do think that they charged me too much but the gentlemen who did the work were nice enough. And they were very quick. They did not open every vent as I thought they would. Some were just cleaned on the outside and vacuumed. Some of the vents they claimed were for smoke and others just had a lot of air so they literally just cleaned out a couple of actual vents and had one large vacuum in the major vent. And they did not touch any of my bathroom fans, even though they were extremely dirty . I do think I was definitely overcharged but at the same time it's the holidays so I hope they enjoy that money and actually give it back to the employees that do the work.
