During a grand opening of a local business, I entered a raffle for a free tune-up of my a/c at their tent. I've received free tune-ups & quotes from a couple other businesses, but I've been seeing Bumble Breeze at neighbors' homes & was intrigued. I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'm glad I waited to review Bumble Breeze HVAC and Plumbing Services. Had I initially reviewed this company based on my plumbing needs, I probably would have rated them higher. However, after the two pleasant, informative, and professional plumbing technicians I had earlier, I later had a third technician come to my home for an HVAC matter, and he was anything but. About a month ago, I had a toilet backup and called Bumble Breeze. Hugo, the first technician, seemed to clear the clog and warned me that wet wipes should never be used, as they will clog your toilet faster than anything else. Unfortunately, a second technician had to be called days later when the clog returned. Adrian, the second technician, was also pleasant and professional, but after being told I would have to pull the toilet and potentially pay $1,700 to $1,800 to permanently clear the wet wipes, I decided to go in another direction. That direction cost me $300.00 and has completely fixed the problem. After the toilet incident, I was in the Bumble Breeze database and became inundated with offers of a low-cost HVAC inspection. This is where it all went bad. The third HVAC technician was nowhere near as professional, informative, or pleasant as the first two. After he left, I had to call Bumble Breeze for a return visit to fix what the initial technician had inadvertently caused. I asked for a different technician, but the same one returned. Since those visits, my HVAC system isn't working as well as it was prior. I was given an estimate of $800.00 - $1,100.00 by the HVAC technician to fix non-critical findings. Then I received another estimate from the Bumble Breeze office for approximately $2,800.00+/-. This HVAC process is/was extremely distressing and concerning. As a result, it is unlikely I will be contacting Bumble Breeze again for either plumbing or HVAC services. Nothing bothers me more than "low-ball" unprofessional estimates. read more

We've used Bumble Breese at least 4-5 times over the last few years; however, the last 2 times have been horrible.  I called Bumble Breese to get a platform placed under an air conditioning unit that was installed a few years ago at one of my residences.  My first issue is that when the technicians went to install the new AC unit, they would have seen that the old unit was on a platform (as required by the homeowners association); however, they didn't place the new unit on a one and since I can't see on the roof, I wasn't aware of this. After being notified by the HOA about needing a platform, I made an appointment to have a technician come out to provide me a quote on 6/24/26 between 6 pm and 8 pm.  On 6/24/26, I received a message from an AC manager saying that the HOA was responsible for the roof and you all would need some type of paperwork.  I called the office back about 10 minutes later and left a message for this individual to call me back.  I also contacted Bumble Breeze through Yelp to see if a technician was still coming to my residence and was informed that someone would be calling me back. No technician ever showed, and to date, I have not received a call from anyone from Bumble Breeze regarding this issue.    We really liked Bumble Breeze when we first started using the company, but it has gone downhill since.  When you look at the company's website, one of the founder's wrote, "He works to maintain exceptional customer service, which is crucial to Bumble Breeze's success." I am posting this review to document a pattern of poor workmanship, lack of oversight, and unreliable follow-through by Bumble Breeze. In June 2025, Bumble Breeze installed an HVAC system in our unit. During that installation, their technicians disconnected a washing machine drain hose located adjacent to the HVAC room and failed to reconnect it before leaving. When the washing machine was later run, water discharged directly into the unit. We only became aware of the issue when our downstairs neighbor reported water leaking through her ceiling. By that time, there was approximately one inch of standing water throughout our living room, bedroom, and hallway, causing significant water damage to our unit and the unit below. This was not a minor oversight -- it was a failure that resulted in extensive property damage. Bumble Breeze eventually hired a contractor to address the water damage, but communication was disorganized and required repeated escalation. Despite multiple follow-ups, Bumble Breeze never reimbursed approximately $60 for towels that were water-damaged during the incident. While the amount itself is small, the refusal to resolve even an undisputed expense reflects a broader lack of accountability and basic customer service. Despite this incident, we later engaged Bumble Breeze again for plumbing and water heater services. This proved to be another mistake. Communication throughout this work was consistently poor. Documentation was minimal or nonexistent. There appeared to be little to no supervision of technicians. At one point, a technician reportedly worked on our water heater until approximately 1:00 a.m., a fact we learned only from our tenant. The issue was still not resolved, and no one from Bumble Breeze contacted us to provide an update or confirm whether the system was operational. After we contacted Bumble Breeze to request clarification, a senior technician was dispatched. Even then, the installation was still performed incorrectly. Bumble Breeze later requested permission to perform a "free" water heater maintenance visit. During that visit, their team attempted to sell our tenant a new water heater, despite the underlying issue being improper installation from prior Bumble Breeze work. After we raised concerns, another technician stated the issue was "fixed," provided no written report, and advised our tenant to manually adjust settings himself, stating it would "probably work." No confirmation was provided that the system was functioning correctly. We ultimately hired another vendor, who confirmed that Bumble Breeze's work was incorrect and redid the installation properly. We requested reimbursement for this work and as of this writing, no one from Bumble Breeze has bothered to respond. Based on our experience, Bumble Breeze demonstrates a troubling lack of quality control, documentation, communication, and professional oversight. The repeated failures across multiple service calls suggest systemic issues rather than an isolated mistake. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. read more

Called for their 33.00 drain clearing service. Verified 3x on the phone it's just 33.00 no other costs. Service tech comes, then informed me the 33.00 is actually 49.00. Now it's just the "dispatch fee". To actually clear the line is 350. At first the location of the clean out is included in the 350, then the clean out location is now almost 600.00 The service tech was fine, the company lied multiple times about their pricing. I will avoid bumblebreeze at all costs. I called Elliot sewer and drain instead, they quoted honestly over the phone. I called Bumble Breeze for a routine filter change for my Las Vegas business. After spending a few minutes on the roof the technician claimed that we had significant issues with both of our 5 ton commercial units requiring amongst other things a new compressor, an 2 Freon recharges, and leak detection. Before Bumble Breeze came out our units were running fine we hadn't had any cooling issues. After the technician left and I was awaiting the job estimate, we noticed that all of a sudden our business hvac was no longer cooling the same way it had the previous day before Bumble Breeze went up on the roof.we had significant cooling issues now in both of our roof HVAC 5 ton units. I received their estimate and it was for over $16,000. I called another HVAC vendor who came out the next day and evaluated both of our hvac units and his assessment was that both units fan motors are running in reverse, both units had two of their wires reversed one unit has a very small leak requiring 2 lbs of Freon and and one unit has a more significant leak requiring 18 lbs of Freon. The leaks in both units is being caused by loose schrader valves.He was able to assess the issues in ten minutes. His total repair cost is under $1000. In his estimate the Freon cost is under $20 a lb. I'm attaching the Bumble Breeze estimates here to show their Freon cost of $366 for the first lb and $280 for the additional 17 lbs per unit. Their price for a new compressor is over $6000 not including labor. I looked up the cost of the compressor at a local hvac supply house and the identical unit is $2900. I asked him how Bumble Breeze could possibly come up with such a huge bill and he said he sees it all the time especially during hot Las Vegas Summer days when customers are desperate to have AC working for their families. Sadly I will never use or recommend Bumble Breeze to anyone in the future for any kind of service. read more

ALL REALTORS BEWARE!! Bumble Breeze pluming basically killed the deal over pure speculation! With my buyers in the process of purchasing a home, they picked Bumble Breeze because of their deal on inspection for $59 and sewer scope of an additional $59 (when most plumbers charge $300) you get what you pay for with them. To schedule we got an AI assistant, got a text the plumber was in route but could not call anyone to let them know the buyer and my eta. When we got there he wanted to get paid and dip said he looked at everything and will send us notes. He was in a rush but said there has to be a slab leak inside the house because the water meter keeps moving. I asked is that because the toilet is leaking? And the Bumble plumber said "no, 100% slab leak." And never sent invoice. Had to hunt down a human to request an invoice. Water Wise Plumbing came in to fix the toilet and recorded the meter NOT moving. Indicating that there was 100% NOT A SLAB LEAK. Bumble killed the deal to where the buyers wanted to cancel the purchase. Water wise came in to save the deal but it was too late, buyers decided to not buy anymore. read more

UPDATE: DO NOT USE THS BUSINESS! 2 years after install, our HVAC has 2 parts failing. This was found by another company doing a routine service call. The fails were due to POOR INSTALLATION. BB is here now , but WILL NOT REPLACE BECAUSE THE PARTS HAVE NOT COMPLETELY FAILED, even though we have a 12 year parts & labor warranty. We no longer use BB, due to other instances with plumbing; which had to be redone, by another company. Bottom line? They lie. Yes, their inspector checked the HVAC INSTALL, key word here, it was THEIR inspector. Parts should not fail 2 years after an entire new unit was installed. Would not reccommed this firm, and here is why: ( 1) they could not make a service call appointment for another 30 days out. (2) would not take the manufactirer waranty for service and repair..........I called them out to do a 6 moth/ yearly maintenance check on my A/C. The service tech was nice and no issue with the person. What followed was unacceptable. I received an invoice for $501.43 ( which included my membership discount $61.29) for the replacemen of the capacitor - I was told it was out of spec. My A/C unit is not even three years old. I called the CS for Bumble Breeze to get clairification as the invoice only has the price and no description of the issue. It only says "UL Lisyed Type 2 device" Item S-P 101. As my unit is under warranty, I asked them to bill the manufacturer. I was told that they do not bill anyone except the owner. So I asked for more details about the issue, so that I could document any isues for reimbursement. They could not supply any more information other than the original invoice. They offered to have the Tech call me for addition information, but that never occured. I decided to call YES A/C (yes-hvac.com) and they were here within 2 hours. They confirmed the issue and replaced the capacitor at no charge for P & L as they said the unit was under warranty. So, go figure; who would you call next time? My A/c was not cooling and with impending 110 degree Las Vegas weather looming in a couple days I made an appointment for a technician to come out 10am-12pm on a Sunday. I had cleared my morning to be available, but the technician did not arrive until 2:30 pm! Rather frustrating but delays happen, is what I told myself. When the tech finally arrived I showed him the problem and then tell him that the unit is on the roof. To which he becomes nervous and said he's not comfortable going to the roof and needs to call his supervisor. When he came back he literally said, "They might send another tech but that's above my pay grade" and then left. I thought being prepared to go on the roof was a part of the job? With no other information, I'm waiting the rest of the afternoon for any kind of contact, which never happens by text or phone call. At 4:30pm I'm startled by a knock from a second tech that was sent. Once again, I showed him the problem and said the unit is on the roof. To which he said that he doesn't think he has a big enough ladder. And after messing around for 15-20 minutes, he came back and confirmed that guess. He said that I'll have to make an appointment for a THIRD TECH to come the NEXT DAY. Frustrated with the waste of a day and lack of information since they haven't even had eyes on the problem yet, I make the appointment for the next day. The third tech showed up at 1:45pm and luckily, finally, made it to the roof. He came back down and asked for the number of the owner, and then the guy left. No estimates discussed, no explaining what could be wrong other than mentioning its an older unit. That same day, I call Bumble Breeze, the owner also called them, even a couple days later we both leave messages to all the numerous numbers that had been writing when making the appointments and with the first time slot delay notification. There were no emails, no estimates and no returned phone calls. With pets in the home and no time to waste with the heat ramping up and essentially ghosted by Bumble Breeze, I went to a different company for help. Here it is 22 days later, and I get a text message, with the wrong identities being addressed, saying there's an outstanding fee and they're going to take me to claims court for said unpaid fee or put a lien on the property. Absolutely insane to come out swinging like that when I was left hanging in the first place by them. Completely unprofessional services all around. With no apologies or empathy given for the delays and how it took two whole days of my time; for the lack of preparedness/professionalism when they did arrive; and complete disregard for following up in a timely manner after the fact; And when communication was finally established after multiple attempts there was no accountability on the lack of follow up. We use Bumble Breeze for semi annual maintenance and they are truly the best! Our house was built in 2021 and luckily no major issues. Our thermostats were reading higher than the set temperature and I knew something was up since it was like 87°F downstairs during the heat of the day, but all windows closed. I called them at 6:55P thinking they closed at 7 and it was truly 10. I could have had them come out the same night, but I prefer to have my husband home as well just so he can share home ownership duties lol! The fix was simple and it was $29 for them to come out. You can't beat the value, timeliness, and service quality from them! They are super communicative! Let's be real... we live in Las Vegas and summers are brutal! Wouldn't you want a company like this to be readily available? Your AC will never go out at a good time, but Bumble Breeze gives me confidence they will be there to help! read more

That was the old company, then became, they became Bumble Breeze,. We had our AC unit replaced by them, not very pleased with the outcome. I think my old unit cooled the house better and this one is so damn loud in our living room, it's impossible to hear the TV when it turns on. We had them come several times to see the situation but it seems like they always send technicians that just started doing this or it seems like they might work per diem for the company. Extremely disappointed--independent reports confirmed major mistakes & code violations after Bumble Breeze's work. What we hired them for: Full HVAC, ductwork, and plumbing upgrade (see attached invoices) to fix air quality and pest problems. What actually happened: Ignored critical ductwork problems: Pure Plumbing (Oct 2023) found our 30-year-old ducts were failing and needed replacement. Bumble Breeze insisted they were "good enough" and pushed expensive add-ons instead of addressing the real issue. Serious safety violation: Bumble Breeze installed a new system but left the furnace flue pipe at 3" instead of the code-required 4". Pure Plumbing documented and fixed this dangerous mistake in August 2024. System failed within months: Bob's Repair and Pure Plumbing both confirmed installation errors, refrigerant restriction, and mismatched parts left our new system unusable--just months after installation. Broken promises: Contracted hydro jetting and main line work were never completed as promised. Multiple independent plumbers confirmed this in follow-up visits. False claims on invoice: Invoice claimed an "existing loop replaced" for the water softener--but photos and later inspections prove there was NEVER a loop installed, before or after. Total lack of support: Repeated warranty calls ignored or deflected. When we demanded help, we were told to "take legal action" instead of receiving any real service. The result? Over $25,000 in additional repairs, replacements, and work we should never have had to pay for. Multiple independent contractor reports, invoices, and before/after photos PROVE every claim here. Our health, finances, and home's livability suffered--needlessly. Advice: ALWAYS get a second opinion in writing. Never assume "included" work is done--demand visual proof, even if they get defensive. Read all reviews and BBB complaints before signing--don't let a sales pitch rush you! Bottom line: If any contractor claims your old system is "good enough" when you know better, GET IT IN WRITING and VERIFY. Trust no one--double-check everything. We regret trusting Bumble Breeze, and wish we'd walked away. We would not recommend this business for even a standard HVAC/Plumbing evaluation. We contacted Bumble Breeze Plumbing after seeing their online listing claiming 22 years in business and many 4-5 star reviews. Based on that, we felt comfortable calling them for a quote. The technician arrived about 30 minutes late but gave us a quote to replace the assemblies in all three toilets, install a new house water pressure gauge, and flush our water heater. He completed the work on the toilets, the pressure gauge, and flushed the water heater. During the flush, a lot of sediment came out, and he suggested replacing the anode rod. While attempting to remove it, he bent the connection and had to reform it just to get the pipe back on. I wasn't impressed with that, but everything seemed okay at the time. A few days later we noticed one of the toilets were leaking. We called the company and they sent another technician. He told us the original technician never tightened the water line to the toilet and replaced the line. Unfortunately, the leak damaged trim that we had freshly painted just two weeks earlier. Not long after that, another toilet started running continuously. We called again, and they sent someone out who simply adjusted the water level. It temporarily stopped, but the same issue kept happening. Over the next three weeks we had to call them back multiple times (six service calls total), and every time they sent a different technician who only adjusted the water level rather than actually fixing the problem. On the last visit, we asked if they could just replace the assembly because it might be a faulty part. The technician called his manager, who said no and told us that if we had any more problems, the manager would have to come out because we had called so many times about the same issue. That response was frustrating. If the problem had been fixed correctly the first time, we wouldn't have needed to keep calling. We were also told the work was under a one-year warranty. Later we found out the first technician had actually been fired. Despite the company advertising 22 years in business, the plumbers they sent appeared to have very little experience--many seemed to have only 1-2 years of experience. Eventually we gave up and hired another plumber. He replaced the assembly and immediately found the real problem: when Bumble Breeze installed the part, they never properly set the water level or locked the mechanism in place. Every time the toilet flushed, the water movement would shift the adjustment because it was never secured. This issue could have gone on indefinitely if we hadn't brought in someone else to fix it properly. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The repeated service calls, lack of a proper fix, and the way the situation was handled were disappointing. I would strongly caution others before using this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

in march I called bumble breeze, my unit was not changing from heat to air, and I had a warranty. They came out made the repairs, they took multiple pictures of the work they did. A month later on April 2, we had a wind storm, on April 3rd I was leaving for work, and found the cover of my A/C unit, laying between my cars in the drive way, it blew off the roof, and landed on the hood of my car, causing a dent and scratches across the hood. Called bumble breeze they sent a tech out that afternoon to reinstall the panel on my a/c, and she told me she would let the service manager know about my car, and to send pictures, which i did and I should here from someone by the following Tuesday. Oh they also waived the $49 service call, to have the tech reinstall the ac panel, well never heard from anyone, texted them a week later, still no reply... the bill to fix my hood was $1050, and I had to get a rental car. They take all the pictures of the work that they do, but they do not take a picture of the panel once they have installed it back. My suggestion for anyone having work done, ask for a picture of the cover, and check all the holes securing the panel, and make sure there is screws in all the holes. Very disappointed in Bumble Breeze, if they feel they are not responsible for the damage, then tell me that, don't ignore me and pretend that it didn't happen. read more

I would hire a 4-year-old with a toy tool set to fix something in my home before I would call Bumble Breeze again. We needed our hot water heater replaced--a pretty simple task for most plumbers--but it took four visits and three different people to get the job done. Every visit featured some miscommunication about the date or time of arrival, or a mistake that needed to be corrected. For example, we had brown water the day after the initial installation. They came back to "fix" it, but the next day water was leaking from pipes they hadn't properly sealed, ruining the drywall in our garage. Then we discovered the sound of rocks rattling in the pipes every time hot water was used. Every technician who came was baffled by the mistakes made by the person before him. Each would try to fix the previous problem, only to create another issue that needed yet another visit from the next incompetent person. The last technician even had his blowtorch break mid-job and said he couldn't complete the task because he didn't have a working tool. He asked if we had tools he could borrow and complained that the company doesn't provide what he needs, saying he couldn't afford to buy another blowtorch. We ended up helping him problem-solve by suggesting he call someone else in the company to bring the tool--instead of having a meltdown in our garage. By this point, I had taken a total of four days off work just to get the water heater installed properly. The cost of the plumbing, combined with the lost income from missing four days of work, was astronomical. They simply do not respect their customers' time. Months later, Bumble Breeze reached out to schedule the city inspection. Once again, I had to take yet another day off work. The day before the inspection, they sent a reminder asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did. I received their text saying they were coming. Then, on the morning of the inspection, their automated system sent a text saying they would be coming tomorrow. When we called to point out the discrepancy, they told us they were overbooked and the city wouldn't be coming that day--it would be tomorrow instead. They didn't even have the courtesy to proactively let us know they messed up again. They acted like expecting me to take a sixth day off work for one project was no big deal. They don't care that every time I have to take a day off work to accommodate their incompetence, I lose income. At this point, I started to suspect this "no-show" on the inspection day was intentional--not the unavoidable scheduling error their permit director cowardly claimed. It feels like they're trying to frustrate me to the point that I simply can't take another day off, so the inspection never happens and the city doesn't see the likely botched work they did. They avoid accountability at every level and try to make it seem like it's the customer's fault. Bumble Breeze is shady and incompetent from top to bottom. BEWARE! read more

We had our service for HCAP and pluming just this week. Jerry came from the pluming side of the house and was able to answer our questions about our water heater easily. He respectfully gave us additional information and some tips, which was much appreciated. For the HVAC, we had Eric who came to our house. Eric was also very professional, cleaned out HVAC system, gave us a breakdown/overview of what he saw, and was very friendly as well. Additionally, we had our kitchen sink replaced earlier this year. Michael and Ozman was able to help us with the removal of the old sink and installation of the new sink. Overall, we couldn't be more thrilled with the cleanliness and service they have provided for us. Seems like Bumble Breeze's staff are all very professional and respectful. Generally, I'm the guy who only leaves positive reviews. Everybody just wants to complain these days and has unreasonable expectations. Sadly, due to no communication from management after a frustrating experience filled with inconveniences and poor communication, I'm forced to leave this review. I left messages by phone with management at Bumble Breeze and emailed them more than once in order to avoid having to blast them online. I NEVER heard back, and still have not received any response. What's worse, in this case, the review does not reflect the work done by the technicians or their professionalism. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The work, while not at all done in a timely manner matching their estimates or the needs of me as a customer, all appears to be of a good quality. This is about the lack of follow through on behalf of management when faced with pressing complaints from a customer while ongoing, troublesome issues with the service persisted and escalated. Space is limited here. There are emails sitting unread in their inbox detailing why I was hoping for a slight discount (not a refund, mind you) for the work. If Bumble Breeze wants to read them and reach out, I'll be all ears. For those considering this company, know you will pay a much higher price to support a mom-and-pop business, but neither mom nor pop will be available to handle any customer issues nor return any calls. Know the workers they dispatch will not have a clear idea of the work they're supposed to do and will leave the office without any of the parts or supplies needed to fix the problem. Know they will send out a technician who is professional enough to recommend bringing in a better-qualified person from the company to do specific work, only to send out the same under-qualified technician a week later to do the work he stated he shouldn't do. Know everyone you do actually get to speak to will be very kind and their work will likely be good, all while knowing you will be overcharged for the privilege of being ignored by management when you have any issues in need of their attention. Lastly, know the replies you see from them here are likely to be chat-bots generated by AI, given how little they respond to actual phone calls or emails. I'm very disappointed with them, but more in my self for trusting the reviews and recommendations, and wanting to support a smaller local business that clearly is not who their reviews suggest they are. read more

We needed analysis and troublehooting of our newly installed Multi Zone Mini Split HVAC System. We were connected to "Dane" of Bumble Breeze who assured us that they could come out and do what we needed to be done. It turns out that "Dane" is nothing more than an AI figurehead, yes, not a real person. You CANNOT make this stuff up. Nicole, a real person there at B Breeze verified that "Dane" does not exist. We were connected to Nicole after attempting to actually set an appointment for the work we needed completed. It turns out that No, they will NOT come out and analyze a system not installed by them. I think that this is an extremely shoddy way of doing business. I think that ANY company who uses AI in this manner does not deserve to have ANY customers. read more

Francis came out and gave me a decent quote for the job (kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal install). He did a great job with the work and is very nice. We chatted while he did his thing. We needed to replace our air-conditioning unit in our house that was built in 2008. We've been using Bumble breeze for the last six years or so with a service contract. We had three different estimates. Bumble breeze came at the best estimate of $8900 for their base unit They came today installed. The unit took them 8 1/2 hours and it was two people working so that 17 hours of labor it was a big job just for the air conditioning unit, but I highly recommend them there. They do a really good job and they have serviced us while over the years. read more

I hate writing negative reviews. My experience with Bumble Breeze was the worst customer service experience ever! Have a four-month-old water softener still under warranty. Thought the problem was pretty basic; water is not recycling but is overflowing through the overflow valve, leaving one side of our garage flooded with water. Told the dispatcher exactly what my problem was. When the technician arrived, he claimed, "she is only a dispatcher." The technician was completely ill-prepared to troubleshoot/fix, my problem and was unaware of the reason I called for assistance. Instead, for the $49 "consultation fee" I received upsell right from the beginning. He could take out my new/under warranty water softener and replace it with one that costs 10 times what I paid for mine, or, as his supervisor said while on speaker phone with the technician, charge me $200 an hour to work with the warranty company to facilitate a full repair. Apparently, this company is not versed at the repair of Rheem water softeners, although a Google search revealed they are. Do not expect anything from this company--no commission, no assistance, period--JUST UPSELL TO THE HILT! read more

Nice experience overall. Got a mailer from them and their ratings on multiple platforms is solid. Tune-up was scheduled to accommodate my work schedule which was appreciated. The tech arrived at the tail end of the scheduled window but got straight to work. Eric was efficient and explained the work that was done. He did make some observations and some obligatory recommendations but there was nothing high pressure about the interaction. The invoice included photos of the AC units, and the relevant pressures, amperage draws. The units were cleaned and Eric was able to identify the source of a rattle and eliminate it. The pricing to service all the units was competitive. The one recommendation I have for the team is to upgrade the payment acceptance method. Hand keying of credit card data into the tablet application is a bit of a concern. I will not hesitate to recommend this outfit to my friends and colleagues. read more

Their sales rep was very thorough with his explanation and took the time to explain every detail of the installation process. The actual installation happened just as described. Very neat and with attention to detail. Lastly, they back their product with an exceptional warranty package to provide the buyer with peace of mind. We hired Bumble Breeze after our furnace began tripping the breaker, knocking out our A/C in the middle of a brutal Vegas summer. After charging us $350, the technician claimed the issue was resolved--only for it to happen again hours later. We were heading out of town and had to wait for a second visit. That time, they said it was a breaker problem and left. We replaced the breaker ourselves... still not fixed. Another HVAC company came out and diagnosed the real issue--a faulty blower--in minutes. Once replaced (for $1,400), everything worked perfectly. Even worse, we have reptiles that rely on a stable temperature. The extended outage in extreme heat could've had serious consequences for them. We were stressed, out of town, and totally let down. What started with a great experience ended with a very hefty price tag. $438 to replace a 2ft section of PVC drain pipe is a LOT of money. Rome, the plumber billed for 2hrs of labor, but one hour was spent getting up to speed with the project and shopping at Home Depot for parts, and the actual job took about 50min. My problem with that is that Brain already came to my home to do an assessment, and once the walls were open I sent photos and we spoke over the phone, so he knew exactly what the job was. Rome showed up with no information and no supplies, and he was under the impression that he was scheduling the work for another time. But for 2 hours of labor that means he was on the clock from the moment he rang the bell, even though he wasn't ready to work. That doesn't seem right, guys. Update: I totally agree with you Nicole. I'm sure you guys are excellent and worth every penny of your hourly rate. No complaints there. My issue is when a plumber shows up without the necessary parts despite everything I mentioned above, and I have to pay that rate just for them to go to shopping.
