Dylan inspected, diagnosed, and gave me a quote on Tuesday. After doing some online research, I called again and he returned on Thursday with a compatible replacement Blower Motor. He replaced the part and AC is blowing cool air now. Dylan asked the owner, Scott, if he would apply Tuesday's service call fee, which he agreed. Scott also authorized a 10% senior discount. Both, Scott and Dylan get 5 stars. I have used Right Now Air for over 30 years, and have always been very happy with their quality, service, and pricing. read more

Told us we needed a new unit two years ago based upon a supposedly Freon leak. Got a second opinion and was told there was no leak or need for a new machine. Gave them a second chance. Tech we had was great. He left. Recently had a rodent in one of the units. Was told by another tech we had a bent blade. Would cost 700 to replace. Plus maybe a new motor. Again second opinion was had and there is no bent blade or need for a new motor. I had faith in them. No more. read more

Have been with them for years. each employee we have interacted with has been polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.. Installed our new system, always reliable with pre-summer and pre-winter checks. Takes the time to explain to us about our system, maintenance suggestions, and any questions we have. Highly recommend them. read more

Right Now Air is the best ! Here's why : RNA replaced our HVAC system three years ago, and there have been no problems since. On Labor Day, there's a water leak in our laundry room. The leak was coming from the condenser unit in the attic above, so I called RNA. Jeff was here in less than an hour. Air conditioning needs drainage for condensed water from the unit. Homes are built with drain tubing that runs through the attic and outside. It was blocked. Jeff blew ot out and the leak was fixed. Despite not being covered under warranty, Right Now Air charged NOTHING -- ZERO -- ZIP ! ... not even a holiday service charge. We were vulnerable. A lesser company could have taken advantage of us for THOUSANDS of dollars, but not RNA. THAT'S why they're the best. read more

highly professional, efficient and thorough. i got some good advice on types of filters, and although i dont need it, was informed of a special on air quality light tech for the units to kill germs. Well worth the yearly contract for maintenance and service. read more

We have been customers of Right Now Air for at least 10 years. We have found that they are very honest. Never have they tried to tell us that we needed a repair if it wasn't necessary. All of the technicians we have had contact with are very knowledgeable and friendly and are willing to explain what needs to be done in a language a layperson can easily understand. read more

Ordered a tune up/maintenance for our two systems in the house (upstairs and downstairs) Here's how it went: - On time service. -Customer service from the office and the field: spot on. -Pricing seemed some what high for the service but still fair. Would I recommend and use again? Absolutely. Field technician Jose was courteous and professional who also demonstrated a high level of respect for our home. I say this because he automatically wore shoe covers prior to stepping on our white carpet which put my wife at ease. They offered a club membership for maintenance and discounted services on HVAC. MY OPINION: worth the 300 dollars a year. read more

Originally had them service our AC a few years ago when they were recommended by a commercial service. Since then, they have responded RIGHT NOW, but with the club service, my AC unit is working as the manufacturer said and maintaining it with Right Now Air is keeping it in tip top shape. Contact with office is exceptional and they are always willing to fit you in. Excellent phone contact! thanks to owners Larry and Scott for running a really fine business! read more

Right Now Air is the best business I have dealt with in the 40+ years I have lived in Las Vegas. They have been my air and heat service company for over 13 years. I purchased two units from them 13 years ago, and they have been my annual service company since then. They are honest, reliable, and always there for their clients. I highly recommend them! My service men Joey and Michael are the most skilled, helpful and totally personable imaginable! They are always concerned about my needs and give me honest evaluations on my units! Brittany is the warm and happy voice who answers my calls. This company is the best! Trust that you will be very happy with them! read more

Right Now Air has been servicing our air conditioner for over 5 years. Their team is always professional and diligent and explains any issues that we are having. Today, John came to check our AC. He found an issue with our motor and immediately took steps to explain the situation, then replace the motor. Our AC is over 13 years old--right now, just trying to get our AC ago hold on for another year or two, then we will call Right Now Air to replace our units. Thank you to John--he was professional, diligent, engaging and represented your company well. And he liked my dog! :-) Dog friendly service people are always a nice touch! read more

To make a long story short, my AC was not working well during the heat of the summer day but worked fine at night. The tech they sent was adamant about replacing the unit because it was apparently in terrible condition. I was dinged for 250 bucks in coolant charges that was used to cool off my AC for the tech to even be able to diagnose it. In total they charged me $500+ and the AC still did not function correctly. I did not believe the unit needed to be replaced so I had a 2nd opinion done by SilverState Refrigeration & HVAC. It turns out the only thing wrong with the unit was a bad capacitor which was fixed for $189. Also instead of using coolant to cool off the AC to diagnose it, the tech just used water from a water hose for no extra charge. Going from needing the unit replaced to just a bad capacitor really makes me wonder what RightNow Air was thinking. Glad I didn't fall for their ploy to get a new unit which would have costed me $5000+. I would never recommend RightNow Air to anyone because you will likely be taken for a ride. Businesses that try to take advantage of people in the summer heat of Vegas is just criminal. SilverState Refrigeration & HVAC would be the ones to call. My AC is working great now and I spent less than half of what I paid RightNow Air to just blow smoke up my ass. read more

Today these guys wanted 8k to replace one of the AC units and they said that was for the cheap one and a good one would be 14k. Then they said the part that's in the attic that dispenses the air needed to be replaced as well but when he went and looked at it he said the other one for the other AC unit was in the way so he would have to replace them both. At this point it sounded like a scam. Then they said they would leave a portable unit there for us overnight because there are two newborn babies in the house. But when they weren't sure we were going to spend 10k + with them suddenly they didn't want to leave the portable. Needless to say we decided to get another quote and remembered there was an AC guy at church. He said if we wanted to spend 10k we could have a weekend at The Red Rock with the families and have a ton of fun AND fix the AC. If you go with this company I would recommend getting a second opinion. UPDATE: the repair cost 150$. read more

I just ended service with these guys after several years of having our units maintained by them. One of their technicians just came over a few weeks ago to do our annual AC systems check. He determined there was an loud and unusual sound coming from one unit, and suggested we look into replacing both. We'll they were over 12 years old and were builder quality Yorks, so it really wasn't a surprise. Anyway, I said I'd discuss it with my wife and get back to him. That's when the pressure started. He really wanted to immediately set up a home evaluation with both me and my wife present. She was really busy then and was going out of town for a few days. He essentially forced us into making some arrangements. Well we decided to set up the evaluation with him a few days later. He took over 3 hours to check out our house! After he was finished he sat down with my wife and really pushed their air filtration system upgrade hard. I'm sure they get a nice fat commission for selling those!! And the clincher was they were going to install another couple York units! We decided to go with Sun Country, and smaller family-owned operation that was Trane certified. We got top of the line 20 SEER Trane units for much less than their 16 SEER York units! I'll be sticking with Sun Country from here on out! read more

Such a pleasure to deal with. If your heat or air goes out these are the people you want to do business with. They were recommended through word of mouth, I like that in a business because you know someone else was a happy customer. They were timely, efficient and honest (we knew what was broken because HomeDepot, who we thought we had a warranty with came out looked gave us a price and charged us 79 dollars for a service call) Ken was the serviceman who came to my house, he spoke very highly of the company he worked for, and he was very nice and professional, he checked out the unit diagnosed the problem explained it to me and told me someone would come back tomorrow with the part to fix the unit. As promised he came back, at the time promised with a call he was on the way. They have been around for a long time that in itself says something :) read more

Josh was great, same day service, honest, thorough, professional. I had another company tell me we needed a new air handler for $6600. I would like to thank the employees at Right Now Air for their professionalism. I had my AC/Heating system replaced due to age. Bob the service manager came and gave me a quote and did not try to over sell me. He gave me 3 options with different prices that would fit for my house. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The day of install Mark and Jose called to let me know they where on the way. They covered all my floors with clean sheets and a rubberized matt for my hardwood floors. When they finished the install you would have never known they were there. They went over the system with me and made sure I was happy with their work also they were concerned if I was happy with the clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank You read more

Called this company out when my FIL's AC stopped working. The technician said his blower motor and circuit board were bad and he recommended replacing everything to the tune of $8900. He also said he could replace everything, complete AC system & furnace, that day and that he would get started at 4pm. Um, that's just impossible! My husband went right over and put a stop to it immediately and apparently the technician claimed that he had already put in a work order without a signed contract. We called another company who told us the circuit board was fine and that the only fix needed was a new blower motor. He got that done and we had cold air blowing again no time. I'm disappointed in any company that would try to take advantage of an elderly man just to make a quick buck. read more

Don't do it! They quoted me $2200 - $2800 for a compressor, plus $3434 for a condenser. I was told by another company that if you replace the condenser it will come with a new compressor and should cost about $2000. When asked what a new unit would cost was told $7000 to $10000. Called Dekes - came out the same day and replaced the unit with a bigger one for $3100. Very nice and knowledgeable. read more

I have been dealing with Right Now Air for many years, both at this home and my previous one. The service is second to non. After living in this home for just over a year I felt it was time to replace the HVAC system. No pressure from anyone I made a selection and today it was installed. Mark and Jose were professional in every way. Although I had been told it could take up to six hours they were finished in less than five hours. Everything working well and checked out thoroughly. I would recommend this company to everyone. read more

Got up this morning and once again no fan for the 2nd time in as many years to blow heat in my home. I've been with this company for quite awhile now but I'm starting to think the unit they replaced my 18 year old system with is an over-priced lemon. I paid 10k for a new system from them. It hasn't been installed more than 6 years and I've had 3 or 4 problems with it. Can you say rip-off. I guess now they're making throw away $10k heating & air-conditioning systems. Just like everything else in this country. All they seem like they want to do is sell, sell, sell to you as well. I'm looking for another company. Makes me wonder if the employees are writing the 5 star reviews here. I'm also tired of paying them $180.00 a year for their preferred maintenance plan as well. If the systems they sell you are so great you shouldn't need to buy their yearly maintenance. I shouldn't be having these problems on a system that's not that old either. read more

My A/C went out last weekend (of course during the hottest part of the summer) and I had no idea who to contact. There seems to be 10,000 A/C companies in this town which makes it difficult to know who is good and who is bad. I asked my neighbor - who has been in the Las Vegas Valley for over 40 years - if they had anyone who they knew that was good. He told me he has used Right Now Air for 10+ years and they were the only company that I was allowed to use! I called and spoke to a very nice lady who was able to get someone to my house later that afternoon. Just like they promised, they called me when they were on their way and when the gentleman arrived, he was incredibly friendly. It's always a little uncomfortable letting people like that into your house but Tyrone was so nice and funny that I felt like we had known each other for years after 5 minutes! He inspected my unit and attic for about 20 minutes and determined what the problem was. He came down and gave me several different options. I never once felt like I was "being sold". Since my house is about 10 years old, I was concerned that my unit is in the early stages of maybe needing to be replaced. However, Tyrone was very honest and professional. He told me we could fix the problem for a few hundred dollars and that should hold me over for several more years. He said my unit was in great shape except for the one part that went out. He had the part there that needed to be replaced so he fixed it in less than an hour. Tyrone was incredibly ethical and straightforward. And he has a great sense of humor as well! I have dealt with a number of different contractors over the last few decades and I have never felt so comfortable and taken care of as I did with this company. I even bought my neighbor a thank you card for referring such a great company. I know i'll have to replace my entire system someday and I will DEFINITELY use Right Now Air. I can't thank them enough for all of their help. read more

Since 2010 we've had Right Now Air come and do our A/C tune up, but this the first time I do a review and it's all because of Mr. Bob. He is great, simply the best. Thank you. Especially Bob!!! read more

I was very impressed with the kind staff of Right Now Air. They were the last company I had give me a quote to replace my unit and definitely the most impressive of the three. Randy, the man that first came out, gave me several different options on replacing my air conditioning system. We live in a 19 year old home so I knew the system needed to be replaced. He could tell I was concerned about having my mom stay in our house without A/C for a couple days. They offered to send out a portable A/C unit which they installed in my mother's room while I got the financing approved. This was going WAY over the top and I couldn't believe they would do that for us. When they installed the new Air Conditioner, Brandon and Jacob were absolutely phenomenal!!! The were so sweet and made sure they kept my house nice and clean. I don't know how those guys spend some much time in those hot attics but even as they were dripping sweat, they kept a smile the entire time. By the end of the day, the A/C was blowing nice and cold. Thank goodness because I don't think we could have gone one more day in our house as hot as it was!! It's only been a couple days since they were out here but everything seems to be great. I loved working with Randy, Brandon and Jacob! Thank you so much Right Now Air for your phenomenal service and fabulous staff. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to deal with good people who deliver great service, always! read more

The quote was clear and reasonable with an awesome warranty. Right Now Air installed the new unit in about 6 hours keeping my home as clean as they found it. Iam really impressed!
