The TLDR Version: Air Supply Heating & Cooling was incredibly responsive, well priced and financing worked out seamlessly to have an Amana 4 ton GasPack installed within TWO days after our HVAC went out. The experience was great and I'll recommend them to everyone. It has been a little over a month since install and we did have one issue with the dual-stage nature of our unit. The unit kept short cycling, we had opted to go with a larger unit (4 ton vs. 3.5 ton) as the calculation needed put us right around a 3.6. Air Supply came out twice and did all that was needed to confirm that we just needed a different thermostat to properly handle the unit. All around it worked out great, we're now seeing energy efficiency and that will lead to savings... while keeping us very cool :D! Additonal context on what made Air Supply our final choice. We purchased a 29 year old home in April. My NIGHTMARE of home ownership is the HVAC going out in summer so we had one company come 'for a tune-up' and besides being outright lied to we learned that technicians are often just sales reps in... well tech clothing from a second company who was trustworthy but the financing terms did not align with our needs. Respectfully, if I wanted a sales rep I will just ask for one. A second company came out and told us the system should get through summer and call them for maintenance in fall/spring... Monday of this week the system stopped working. We called a company who got good reviews and I believed would be trustworthy given their support for military/veterans. We again got a 'sales tech' who couldn't even properly identify our current unit type and tried to sell us a Goodman basic system for well above market rate... so we kept looking. Air Supply used Goodleap the same financing firm and I found them to have very good feedback on google/yelp but also places like reddit... as I came to learn you really get to know a company's reputation on reddit. I called Air Supply on Tuesday and Lisa showed up towards the end of the day. She was so very wonderful to work with. It was refreshing seeing a binder of predetermined options, a consultation on what we wanted and recommendations on what we should get based on our feedback. We didn't just get another tech telling us BS about this or that and showing us pictures of 'our unit'. Gosh, one day our system was Trane the next day it was a York a few months earlier it was so old that all the identifiers were worn off (true stories from 3 different HVAC companies)... Lisa even was nice enough to send pictures of the old unit the next day AND the new one post install. As I told her, we're at a point where we know what we want, we know the rough pricing and in some ways it's a race to the bottom for who gives the best value and after seeing pricing... thankfully it was hands down Air Supply. Once we completed the paperwork, Lisa kept us updated through the whole process. Installation was on Thursday of the same week and went flawlessly. We got to chat a little with Jose and Victor who were excellent and very friendly. All around it was simply a wonderful experience. I very much value relationship based selling/customer experience with companies I interact with and Air Supply not only delivers that but does it at a fair price. Thank you again to Lisa, Jose and Victor. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful experience we had. read more

One of our 3 units quit working in February of 2024 and this company told us we needed it replaced. The salesman told us he'd give us 3 smart thermostats for free. We had to call them out after the installation at least 5 times in the two summers after the install because it was blowing hot air when it turned on. They were nice enough to send out techs free of charge but to no avail it is now 2026 and we are still having problems. One of the service calls we were told that there was a clog. Another time we were gaslighted and told that it's the residual hot air from outside but then it cools down. But it could never keep up. We set it for 76 but can only get it to 78. Our first summer bill after the install was $950. The prior year with the old system it was $650. Then the next one a little over $1000. Repeat that the following year with calls requesting for servicing from them. So... our daughter hooked us up with her former employee who owns an AC business now. He came out and after doing some investigating of the unit itself he pulled off the UV light from the air handler in the garage. He noticed warm air right away which should be very cold. The air tested 76 degrees which is bad. The thermostat was wired wrong and BOTH the heater and AC have been turning on simultaneously!!! After he rewired the new thermostat we bought, it tested 38 degrees and we no longer sweat the bed as a result of fearing our next energy bill. All is working well now and I can actually get a chill. I was not about to call them out a sixth time. They are not skilled or something more sinister is at play. I don't know. I'm just so thankful that it is fixed because it has been very depressing having spent $15000 on a new system only to have extremely elevated bills. Be ware. read more

I just want to thank Dick and Eric S from Air Supply for coming out to check my A/C on 8/1/26. My A/C stopped working after hours and Dick worked very hard to find a tech so late on the day. Eric S came out and was able to assess the problem which was readily resolved. Thank you again to Air Supply for saving my best friend's birthday at the beach which would have been cancelled if a tech could not come after hours and fix my A/C so we could leave town early Sunday morning. read more

I booked a tune-up and duct cleaning service with Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning because my home's air was feeling stale and vents were blowing weak pressure. To be fair, my HVAC unit is older (42 years marked on the sheet), so I completely understand a technician noting its age and recommending a future replacement. However, what followed was a classic high-pressure sales tactic that took advantage of a lack of technical knowledge. The technician came out while I had a relative over, clearly taking advantage of the fact that no one was standing over his shoulder to verify his "work." Instead of performing basic maintenance, Representative James handed over an "ASI Service Options Worksheet" quoting me between $12,168 and $13,375 for new units. Meanwhile, the basic root cause of my weak airflow was never touched, checked, or mentioned: a completely choked, filthy 20\times25\times1 intake filter. To make matters worse, when I asked to proceed with the paid duct cleaning service I had originally requested, the technician recommended it was best not to do the job. He told me he'd rather not perform the duct cleaning now and would instead come back to "do it for free" if I bought a brand-new $12k-$13k HVAC system from them. After they left, I opened the main return grille myself and pulled out a filter caked solid with dust. Simply replacing the filter myself immediately restored proper airflow throughout the house. Pointing out an old unit's age? Absolutely. But ignoring basic maintenance and refusing a requested service just to hold it hostage for a $12k+ sale is wrong. I strongly warn homeowners--especially those with family, women, or seniors who don't know the technical side of HVAC--to be very careful with this company. Note to owner Isaac D.: Nothing is needed from Air Supply, and I will not be reaching out to mend this. I simply ask that you teach your technicians not to over pursue the "sale" and to actually care about the families and homes they are servicing. read more

Kevin from Air Supply was courteous and made a great fix to the problem. Condensate pump for the AC unit broke. Upon review, Kevin diagnosed it honestly and gave me a choice of 1) another condensate pump which is bound to fail in a few years and cause a leak or 2) recommended choice of configuring it correctly to have gravity drip out of the already available condensate waste line. Obviously went for the permanent fix which he completed on the spot. Other AC repair companies may have just changed the pump to have recurring revenue every few years. Would call again with any AC or heating issues. Also great text system which gives an accurate 1hour window of technician arrival. read more

Our HVAC stopped working altogether. Air Supply took great care of us! We were able to get a grant from Amana which donated a new AC and furnace. Before the equipment arrived, Air Supply allowed us to use a portable AC which really saved us. Our upstairs got up to over 100ºF! The new unit came on Friday afternoon and Air Supply came Saturday morning and spent over eight hours getting our AC up and running. They even came back to check and make sure everything was running smoothly and installed the new thermostat I purchased online. A great big THANK YOU to Robert, Jon, and Rowel for going above and beyond in taking care of us. We are very blessed! read more

I had two complete units installed Aug of 2025. One in my primary residence the other in my rental home. The installations went okay. I had some issues with the unit at my primary residence and I still am. They pulled the wrong permit and can't seem to resolve the problem. Twice they scheduled a maintenance inspection and at the last minute cancelled. The excuse is always the same. The technician called in sick and the backup tech truck is down. I am not completely satisfied with their customer service. read more

Honesty and integrity best describe my Air Supply experience. During a routine maint tune up Kevin our tech. Sat down with me and went over each of his quality checks of my heating/cooling systems. He took the TIME and I mean TIME to explain in detail the difference between a good running system and one that is running optimally. The fact that Kevin sat down at our dining table and presented pics of our inner system, along with video of the inner workings made me feel like "I'm family". Then I learned Air Supply is a family owned bizz I've never met tech Kevin before, but I can say after his no rush visit he feels like a true brother. Air Supply did a great job cleaning all the ducts and vents in my single family home (return and supply lines and stand), and charged me less than other HVAC companies. They also installed an Air Scrubber air purifier (with top notch technology) which I really need because of all the pet dander and dust in my home. First, UNBELIEVABLE customer service and AWESOME technician! I called at 0717 a.m., and the receptionist immediately scheduled a technician between 0800-1200 p.m. Their technician Derek was at my door at 0845, and by 0900 a.m., the service for my A/C Unit was finished (The condenser was changed out.). Btw, Derek did the necessary protocol after changing the condenser by coming into the house, and checking every vent to validate if A/C was correctly operating. Brother Derek, MAHALO for your professionalism, precious time, and explaining what you were doing along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend Air Supply Air Conditioning & Heating without no hesitation! It's really frustrating that there are not only unreliable businesses out there, but dishonest as well. I had Air Supply come out for a routine tune up. My unit had been working just fine. While the tech, Renate, was on site, one of my units "stopped working" in the middle of his tune up. He said it was my fan motor. He then quoted me at least $2k to fix it. He also then scheduled a sales person to come explain options on a brand new unit. The sales person came by, and was just hard selling me on buying something expensive. Absolutely obnoxious. I obtained several additional estimates to both fix and for new units from 5 other companies. I was mentally preparing myself to be out $20k to get new units installed. Keep in mind this is at the peak of summer, during a heat wave. I had to stay at a friend's house the first night since it was 92 degrees in my bedroom and cancel other (unrelated) house work I had scheduled to be done, all because the first guy was dishonest and turned my house was a sauna. Luckily for me, I have a friend of a friend who used to work in the industry. He came by to take a look. The previous tech had left the system unfinished/disassembled and said it was broken. The only part my guy had to replace was a run cap which cost about $20 as well as correcting the wiring. Nothing wrong with the fan motor. He got it up again in 15 minutes, said have a nice day and was on his way. He just saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I CAN'T BELIEVE how dishonest this company was. Trying to make a profit off someone in the dead heat of summer. Either that or their techs are incompetent. Too many people in the industry are taking advantage of the community because we don't have enough honest options and don't know how to fix our own HVAC. What a shame. I will not use Air Supply for anything in the future. read more
