I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service provided by Air Done Right! From the very first phone call, I knew I was dealing with a company that truly cares about its customers. Krystal, the dispatcher, and the entire office staff were friendly, organized, efficient, and quick to respond. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions promptly, and made everything stress-free from start to finish. A special thank you to Matt, who was the first representative to come to our home. He carefully inspected our air conditioning system, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. His professionalism, honesty, and patience gave us confidence that we had chosen the right company. What impressed us even more was Matt's exceptional customer service. Later that same day, he personally returned to our home with a portable air conditioner so we could stay comfortable while waiting for our new system to be installed. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and showed how much Air Done Right genuinely cares about its customers. The very next day, Angel, the lead installer, arrived with his two team members to install our new air conditioning system. They even arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which we truly appreciated. Angel and his crew were polite, respectful, hardworking, and highly skilled. They patiently answered all of our questions, explained the installation process, and worked efficiently with great attention to detail. I was especially impressed by how clean and respectful they were while working inside our home. After completing the installation, they thoroughly cleaned up the entire work area, leaving everything spotless. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. I would also like to thank Rosa, who did a beautiful job repairing the trim after the installation. The finished work looked clean and professional, and you could hardly tell any work had been done. Her attention to detail was truly appreciated. From the office staff to Matt, Angel and his installation team, and Rosa, everyone worked together seamlessly to provide exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a company where every employee is so professional, organized, courteous, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Air Done Right to anyone experiencing air conditioning problems or needing a new air conditioning system. If you're looking for fast, reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service, this is the company to call. They exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you, Krystal, Matt, Angel, Rosa, and the entire Air Done Right team! Keep up the excellent work! We are extremely happy with our new air conditioning system and your exceptional service. read more

Air Done Right - Our New Air Conditioning System - Thank You, Air Done Right! - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Mark, who came to our home to give our breaker unit some attention. The unit connected to our newly installed AC unit needed to be changed. We had expected a technician in the morning between 8-10am. When no one had called or arrived within that time frame, I called and someone was set to come right away. It was a nice surprise to have Mark, the owner, provide his services today. We were not charged for his work and attention, and he was very apologetic for being later than we expected. When told we would instead need the attention of an electrician, Mark gave us referrals to get what we needed. Additionally, a drywall expert came and finished the final part of replacing the moldings at our attic opening from having replaced the furnace. He finished in a timely manner and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you very much for all of your help, Air Done Right! read more

I submitted a project request on Yelp for an A/C tune-up and received responses from four highly rated companies. After reading through additional reviews, I decided to go with Air Done Right--and I'm so glad I did. I was happy to learn they're a small, family-owned business. Eric came out, inspected my outdoor A/C unit, cleaned it, and let me know everything was in good shape. Since I know A/C units don't last forever, I asked about the cost of replacing mine when the time comes. I was pleasantly surprised that their estimate was significantly lower than many of the advertised prices I'd seen, which is definitely something I'll keep in mind for the future. Overall, it was a great experience. I would absolutely use Air Done Right again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable A/C service. read more

Quick response, came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem easily. Thank you

Tech was prompt and polite. It was difficult to evaluate the estimate because this company does not break down time and materials. After doing our research, we felt the price was too high. We contacted the tech and reached a mutually agreeable price. read more

Jay was our tech to change the module in our A/C unit. He did a great job! I do recommend AIR DONE RIGHT for any A/C unit problems!

Called just before noon today & James was at my door by 2pm! He was quick in assessing the situation & gave me several options to remedy my problem. He checked all of the components of my A/C system & had me charged up and cool air flowing within the hour! These guys have great, friendly customer support & James was super helpful, friendly & efficient! I will definitely use Air Done Right in the future if I have any further HVAC issues. Thanks for a job well done! read more

Matt was extremely polite, efficient, and trustworthy. He actually listened when I told him about my concerns instead of brushing me off and talking to the "man" of the house. he gave us multiple options for a short term fix and told us how to handle our almost brand new system bot being installed up to code. I also appreciate how they wear shoe covers because I sincerely cant stand shoes in my house. Since this was their second time coming out, he only charged us $35 which I appreciated. read more

Jay was on time, quick and efficient. Finished our heater inspection and system check. He explained the results in detail. Everything was perfect! Good job. Thanks Jay! read more

Air Done Right are my "go to" HVAC folks, without fail, they inspect and repair my heating and more importantly my air-conditioning system. Krystal called me a few months ago to set up my spring service for today. Nick and Mike were prompt as usual. They put on their shoe covers, checked my thermostats asked if my filters needed replacement then went outside and inspected my system. The system is around six years old and they mentioned they have a trade up program to install a new more environmentally friendly system, but I passed on that . Bottom line, prompt, courteous, professional service ..... and of course with our "it's only a dry heat" summer around the corner, I feel better that my system is in good shape. read more

First time using Air Done Right. They came over September 2nd. Nick our Technician was on time and courteous, communication was great from texts and phone calls. I feel respected. They put in 2 Hard start kit for our AC Condensers and did a tune up for out Furnaces in the Attic and we even became a member of the Maintenance program. This is a small family business that i chose over the large private equity owned companies that don't care much about a long term client retention. Definitely recommend . read more

Thank you to Mark and Nick for servicing and repairing my AC unit for the past 6 years. They've been great to our household and cant imagine trusting anyone else with my AC unit. Today Mark came by to add a booster to my capacitor free of charge. Felt guilty about it being so hot outside, but saving me money right now was a godsend because money is tight with my new baby. Thank you again for being there for me Mark, I appreciate you. read more

Had a great experience with the technician Matt. He came for an individual dryer vent cleaning service and did an air condition refresh and spot check for me. Also made some recommendations that will improve the airflow inside my home as well. Thanks again for the great service. read more

4,000$ for a problem I in fact did not have ... getting the job done with a different honest affordable company who puts you at peace, ran by a really good man who's no longer in field employees are good. So glad I didn't have to use this place and be scammed 4x the price and wrong issue I needed a filter change . I never had a 4,000$ leak . So thank but no thanks very disappointed here read more

Honest and professional service with reasonable prices. Our a/c stopped blowing cool air during 105 degree weather. Technician Nick came over and tested our a/c unit thoroughly and diagnosed the problem. Nick was very polite and charged me a fair price. They also offer same day service. My AC went out today and I called around to a few companies first, nobody had availability, and the ones that did wanted a high service fee just to show up. Air Done Right fee was significantly lower than everyone else I called and they got someone out to me about an hour after I picked up the phone. The tech arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed the same visit!!! Professional, efficient, and no runaround. In the middle of Vegas summer, getting same day service at a fair price is no small thing. Highly recommend.!! read more

I had Michael H. Service my air conditioner today. He even called and was able to arrive early. Michael is a very likeable person. Right in the door he changed my air filters for me. I appreciated he showed me on his phone the readings he took on my air conditioner and explained what that meant. He wasn't pushy but informed me there's a peice of equipment that he can install to prolong the life of the compressor. Financially I'm still paying on the air ducts they replaced. He even gave me a union name when telling him about my nephew looking for work. Michael is an asset to your company and definitely representing your company well. I've been with air done right for some time. Professional technicians and office staff. read more

Air Done Right absolutely deserves all five stars. They offered same‑day service, showed up right on time, and their pricing was refreshingly fair. Eric explained everything that was wrong with our old unit (it was leaking carbon monoxide, the compressor was dead...) and showed us pictures. Angel and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient! They removed our old unit and installed the new one in under two hours, which blew me away. Everything was handled smoothly with zero hassle on our end. If you want quick, honest, and reliable AC service, Air Done Right is the one to call. They made the whole experience effortless, and we couldn't be happier with the result. read more

James was my tech. Very thorough and reasonable with the price. We needed service done day of. Most places said they couldn't come out for the next day or two but I live in Las Vegas and have a little children and we needed to get the AC serviced right away. They came within a few hours and got everything done quick. Excellent service. read more

My technician, Jay, was very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. He went into great detail about my unit and what he noticed when checking it out. I bought my unit from Air Done Right back in May 2021 and Jay came by for its semi-annual tune up. He let me know that the capacitor was faltering and it was one microfarad away from bottoming out. At first I said not at this time and Jay had no issue with my declining his recommendation. Then I thought about it more and decided that I didn't want to take the risk and with the unit being at about its half-life, it made sense to get the new capacitor. The cost of the part was included with the 10 year warranty so I only had to pay for the labor. He also let me know about the hard start kit as a preventative measure. Jay did a great job at letting me know my options rather than making it feel like an upsell. read more

Matt was my tech person who was professional, on time, pleasant and knew his job. He advised me through out the job on what was wrong and what the repair cost would be. So refreshing to have that in today's service world. Thanks Matt. read more

So glad we found a company with Aloha. After having our annual AC inspection with another company and feeling like something wasn't right, we decided to call Air Done Right. Really glad we did. When I called, the owner Mark was friendly and straightforward about the cost to replace an AC fan motor. The price he mentioned was more than fair, actually hundreds less than other quotes. Most companies won't even give you a ballpark unless you schedule an inspection first, and then they hit you with inflated prices and a handful of other recommendations. Our technician, Eric Evans was great. After inspecting our unit, he told us the fan motor was running perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced, despite what we were told by another company. That honesty alone earned our trust. When we asked about upkeep, he mentioned replacing the capacitor and adding a starter could help extend the life of the unit, but there was no pressure. We decided to get it taken care of that same afternoon since we felt comfortable with his professionalism. It was close to 5pm and we were his last call of the day, however Eric went the extra mile to clean the unit and show us before and after photos. Great service all around. We'll be requesting Eric for our annual inspections. read more

My evaporator coil was freezing over. A previous Company couldn't figure it out. I eventually (myself) found the issue to be a faulty Honeywell Zone Dampener. Had Air Done Right come out to verify and they did. I expressed that since they came out I asked what the cost would be to replace the part. They quoted 1K, but would do it for $850.00. Ok, so I understand they are a business, have to pay employees, a vehicular fleet, insurance, licensing, etc. but... the part being replaced is $122.00 (original Honeywell Zone Dampener), requires two wires which are literally a push in/pull out friction connection, and one hex key. That's it. So, would I pay $700.00+ for a job that will take less than 5 minutes. 15 if you count crawling carefully to ensure nothing is broken enroute to the Dampeners location. I believe in a fair price for a fair job/service and this took a good 30 seconds to register after being told the cost. I paid the service call fee and watched a YouTube video and went on Honeywells site to make sure it was as easy as it seemed. I want to support local over corporate if at all possible and would have paid for an hours labor, but this was just too much for me. read more

Had requested ADR to clean our vents/ducts in the house including our 2 dryers. Matt was our service technician, and he did a terrific job. Then he noticed there was a problem with one of our AC units. Turned out he found the wire leading to the fan blower was "pinched" and our AC unit stopped working. Fixed it right away! Now we won't have to worry (praying) for another 2-3 years before having this work done. Thanks Air Done Right! And thank you, Matt! Highly recommend! read more

My AC stopped blowing cold air around 1:30am in the middle of a heat wave, and so I did a quick search for an AC tech with 5 stars & excellent reviews on Yelp and came across Air Done Right. Left a message, and Mark messaged me back at 6am asking me to give him a call. By around 8:30am, Nick was at my house and saved the day! He did a diagnostic of my AC and answered all my questions with patience. He fixed my AC within 45 minutes and even helped me program my thermostat. Excellent service and would definitely call them again for all my AC needs. I highly recommend!! Thanks Mark & Nick! read more

To anyone who read my previous review, it was this company. I'm aware there is another company with a similar name, but this is the correct company. Again, my elderly father hired this company, paid an exorbitant amount of money, and three short years later the entire system had to be replaced. This company does the bare minimum, takes advantage of seniors, and tries to take down reviews when they're being called out. There are similar reviews to mine, be sure to read them, believe them, and stay away from this company. read more

Of course my air conditioner died in the heatwave and on a weekend! Sunday I needed help I knew the unit was old and probably would need to be replaced but was hopeful it could be fixed I did reach out to another company at first but was turned off by the AI assistant that answered the call The questions were so robotic and false interaction. I found air done right on yelp they were amazing Live person Mark the owner was able to get someone to house that afternoon as promised and on time Eric was the technician and got right to work As expected the system was 33 years old and just couldn't keep up with the high temperatures and humidity He presented the different options for a new system and financial assistance It was all very reasonable for the time of year I really didn't feel I was being taken advantage of They had some discounts available as well I feel it was a good value They were able to install a new system the next day In the meantime Eric was able to go to Home Depot to purchase a cooling unit for my bedroom to at least allow cool air conditioning for the night Extremely nice !! The new system was delivered on time the next day The installation team and crane operator were extremely impressive The old system was out and new system in ! I don't remember the installers names but kudos to them for the excellent job in such hot weather conditions Of course they were extremely busy but they didn't rush they did a really professional job It was so easy with this business Definitely would recommend them for any heating or air issues It was like a breath of fresh air!!!! read more
