Mark is very knowledgeable and is also great when it comes to customer service. It's a breath of fresh air when you do business with people who are genuinely nice. I was able to drop my fire extinguishers off for service and do some shopping at a Walmart less than 2 mins away and when I came back they were both ready. He placed them in my car and placed them in a position where they would roll around so everything would stay in tack. He has the best cost compared to a lot of other companies I have called. Between his knowledge for business and customer service I would definitely use Rainsfire Extinguisher Service again.

I purchased the house May 7 and Kyle came out on Aug 10. A total scam. I called for ductwork cleaning only after purchasing the home on May 7, 2026. Kyle came out and said that I needed an entire new AC unit and that the ductwork in the attic didn't look good. The total cost is over 26k and the bandaid fix was 2,500. Look story short, had 2 other companies come out and it was a $200 part that needed to be replaced. Everything else looked fine. Please do your research and stay away from this company.

Not gonna lie, there's probably at least 1,000 handymen in the valley who could do a great job for…read moreyou. That's not why you should hire Mike & Mike...well not the only reason, because their work is top notch. The biggest reason you should hire them (and I absolutely acknowledge I'm an old man yelling "get off my lawn!" here) is "honesty and integrity." These guys come from the old school of standing by your work and letting it speak for itself. My wife really wanted a fridge with an ice maker but the house we moved into didn't have a water line for that. I was trying to get an idea of what it would cost to have one installed so we could decide whether it was within our budget so we could pick a fridge and move forward with our lives. You would seriously not believe how hard that was. I made it abundantly clear to everyone I talked to that I knew they couldn't give me a binding estimate without actually seeing the project, and I begged for just a guess at a range...would this be somewhere between $200 - $2,000, am I looking at more like $10,000? Am I going to need another mortgage for this? I talked to probably 20 different handymen. 19 of them pretended they had no idea what it might cost and wouldn't even give a ballpark or a range without sending someone into my home so they could use their high-pressure sales tactics to make sure they got my business. They had either never done a job like this before, in which case I didn't want them, or they were lying to me, in which case I also didn't want them. Mike and Mike were the exact opposite. I asked what they expected it would cost, and they made their best guess and gave me a range of the top and bottom end based on really hard or really easy jobs. They were super flexible and easy to work with, and when the job was done they came in at the very bottom end of what they had estimated. They were on time, quick, super respectful, and my wife is smiling ear-to-ear. So yeah, there's plenty of handymen you could hire who will probably do a great job. These two are the only ones I know of who will do that AND be good humans at the same time. Thank you so much, Mikes!

I asked, as they were wrapping up, about a surge protector...They did not install a surge protector for my "HIGH $$" mini split, which I found kind of odd. Travis said he'd relay the inquiry to the "Office". After the technician left my property, I promptly, same day, inquired about a surge protector. A couple of weeks went by; after the install and I got several text messages requesting a google review . . . So here it is. GREAT Job on the installers part....Different story for the "Team" sitting on their duffs, in the office, enjoying the air conditioning, Your review: F A I L. After finally speaking with a real person, in the office of Ambient Edge, who didn't hesitate to inform me that 90% of their mini-split customers opt for a surge protector, I asked for a quote to get my surge protector installation. I've basically been "Ghosted" for over a month now, so without any other "Ambient Edge" options, I CALLED AN ELECTRICIAN, who IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULED my service request. Today, I'm happy to report, I HAVE A WHOLE HOME SURGE PROTECTOR. A really really simple job that can be accomplished, literally in minutes, but Ambient Edge "Office Guys" apparently aren't capable of handling this "Service after the sale" . . . Thus the four star vs five star review. If there was a separate review for the guys sitting in the air conditioning, during this triple-digit season in Las Vegas, while the worker B's are out there busting their tales, the Office would get a Negative Five review. Thanks Ambient Edge Techs for your professionalism and Great Work (Travis) and THANKS FOR NOTHING Ambient Edge Office guys, chilling in your chairs, waiting for the next call. Yea, I'm a bit frustrated. Oh well . . . Live and Learn y'all, Roll the Dice and maybe you'll get FULL SERVICE AFTER THE SALE (they got my money and ghosted me)
